Andrews Auto Salvage is the second best salvage auto parts store in GA. I needed a rim for my rental car and they had the exact one I needed. They held it for me for 24 hours and even gave the best customer service by placing it in the truck of my car after purchase. I love working with them . They have the best customer service. I highly recommend you go visit them for quality, cheap auto parts

I would give this company a negative starred review if possible, in short don t do business with these people they mention a date for an engine to pick it up and then i had went to go and get said engine all why it actually turns out to be the wrong engine then following that they have horrible policymakers where apparently they wont refund you the money for getting the wrong engine and are now forced to either take the loss of your money or wait to receive the engine you would like and in our specific case we had to wait an entire week past when we were originally supposed to get our engine and still have not reciprocated it, i highly suggest you to avoid conducting business with the company by all means

I attempted to purchase a transmission for my 2005 Honda Accord. I placed a deposit down on a transmission in December 2022. I came back to pay the balance off and apparently they had new staff there. I worked with CeCe who was unprofessional and very tacky. I showed her my receipts where I paid $450 cash deposit and she pretended that the previous guy, Chris never turned anything in. After paying the balance, she gave me the receipt and told me it would be a few days until everything was ready to pick up. 3 weeks passed and I had to call and follow up. She told several lies about where the transmission was and then Finally settled with the lie that the transmission has been left out in the rain and damaged. They never had the transmission from the start. They stole $850 from me. Thankfully Navy Federal initiated a claim and I got my money back. Please don t do business with these people. The manager Hasan or whatever his name was lie just as much as Cece. She s a crack head and is no better to work with. This entire business has low class, trailer park trash! Stay away!

Don't use this place. Shop ANYWHERE ELSE....Online showed they had a motor they didn't have. Promised they would find one if we gave them $500 deposit. We did. Waited 2 weeks, told they found one. It was the wrong one. Told they would have one Monday, it is Thursday. Requested our deposit back and told they would only give credit because they would have one next Monday. LIARS.

Nice pleasant voice on phone was very helpful. Made sure part was in stock and had in her hands before I made a 30+ mile drive. Quick, easy awesome experience. She also worked with me on price. I will do as much business with them as possible from now on!!! There is nothing like "GOOD PEOPLE!" Thank you I really needed this headlight!

Think twice before buying parts from here. I paid $445.12 for a rear end on 7/03/21 and was given the wrong part. Brought it back to get my money back because after 2 weeks and many phone calls, they still had not got the right one. Long story short they kept my money telling me the owner is out of the country and they had to talk to him to refund my money and they have the part they sold me. Still waiting on phone call?UPDATE: I filed a claim in small claims court. They failed to answer, so I won by default. But because there were unliquidated damages we had to have another hearing on the amount owed. I sued for part cost, court cost, a week long car rental, and a days pay for missed work. "Mike" offered to pay for part and court cost, I declined and won the judgement I asked for. I contacted Mike the next day to see if they were going to pay and was told i would have to do what I needed because his boss was not allowing him to pay it, that he was sorry but his hands were tied.

My experience with this business is very good. They quoted me the lowest price in the area for the VW Transmission I was looking for. Upon installing the transmission, it turned out to be in excellent condition just as they had said it was. I look forward to buying from them again. My sales rep was Bill. It was a pleasure working with him.

I called about some headlights for my car a month ago, the said they were busy and would call me back. They never did. I went in last week and talked to them directly and they didn't have them in stock, so they ordered them to be delivered by Friday of last week. I heard the man order them on the phone while I was standing there. I returned on Friday, no headlights. They said they would be in Monday. I returned Monday an the guy I talked to had not come in that day, the lights were not there and they claimed something about him not sending the bill in. These people do not care about their customers. If you actually receive something when you go there, you are lucky, but they care less whether or not you do.

Put an order in for an Engine to be already ready for when I got there. Bob told me on the phone as we spoke that they were taking it out and pressure washing it. When I got there a day later nothing was ready. I had to wait 2 hrs for them to pull the part. Then a guy from the actual yard came and told me that the forklift was running hot. And that it will be a couple of days. No type of business . Very rude. No satisfactory at all.

If I could put 0 stars I sure more certainly would.This is the worst salvage company in Griffin GA to buy parts from. I put a deposit of 135 on a transmission for my car on 12/23 and still have not receive the part yet. Since I never did get the part, now I'm asking for my deposit back. Every time I call the place, they always tell me Bill not in he has COVID. I understand he is sick but it suppose to be someone else in his place to make those calls when he is not there. I want my money and I will get my money back if it take me sending them to court. Then you going to be out more money. So if ya'll wan to go to court I will be more than happy to do that. I have tried to handle this the best way I know how and no one seems to care, so now I don't care.

Terrible experience. I have been lied to, cussed out, and lost over $200. I was assured that they have a "30 day no fit warranty". I purchased several items including a fender and 2 doors. The doors do not fit and the locks do not operate properly. I have never had a worse experience. Avoid at all costs! Don and tim, and whoever I have talked to are terrible. Buyer Beware!

I called about a car battery 8/26/21 and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and the new battery they had fit my truck he even came outside and checked to see was it the right battery before he sold it to me I paid then he carried it to my car very nice gentleman. I will definitely be shopping with them again.

Had transmission trouble driving from Florida to Ohio...Bill was wonderful! Even though they did not have what I needed, he referred me to someone who referred me to the guy that got me back on the road same day. Great customer service!

This establishment charges a core charge on a used part and then states that if the core is not returned within 14 days they will void your warranty. Wow! I miss the good old days when company's cared about repeat business. I buy about 20 used motors a year. This place won't get my money any more. If your shopping keep looking there is better places.

Ordered a part back the first part of September- my son stopped by a few times to get it, they told him it wasn t in yet (3 weeks after the order) he stopped by again they were closed and was told they would open that night by someone working outside. Husband went get their money back because now they can t get the part that was even ordered. They are refunding then money to our account, but man what a hassle it has been!I grew up in a Family salvage yard and our family would have never been so uncaring and rude oh well... Businesses certainly aren t what they once were!

Was disappointing at best. Was told the parts I needed were in stock and in good condition. Just glad I made the trip rather than having them shipped. What they consider "good" is sketchy at best the hood and fender I went to get were both more damaged than mine was AFTER I hit the deer that caused me to go there. And the grille was in multiple pieces. Don't even waste your time. Not sure these guys even know what they actually HAVE in stock.

I purchased,what I was told was a rebuild (good as new) rear for my 99 Dodge pickup. I started having problems with it immediately after it was installed. I returned to Andrews because of these problems, the rear was grinding and locking up. I was told to change the fluids, I did what was instructed, which didn't fix the problem. I had the rear checked at a different shop. The rear had a bend axel,ring bearings where bad, and the rear wasn't shimmed correctly. The repair costs me $500. So , I paid $700 for not a new rear,but junk. I returned to Andrews to make them aware that the rear, that they sold me had not been rebuild and informed them of what the auto shop had found . Andrews auto salvage told me there was nothing they could do for me. It was like oh well got ya... Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this place, they are dishonest and don't stand by their products. I'm just going to say it they straight up lied.

Very unprofessional place, called 3 times to ask about a part. was put on hold the first time for 10 minutes with no body returning , next 2 time s I hung up after 5 minutes. the lady answering the phones knew nothing and was very rude. Do buisness anywhere else but here . Since Tim , the original owner passed away this place has gone to hell! I would give zero stars if it would let me

Called over the phone and gentleman was very rude and not helpful at all. Decided to go in person to get different treatment but was very wrong. I travel from Indiana to florida back and forth buying used auto parts and WOULD NOT RECCOMEND ANDREWS AUTO TO ANYBODY. I went 5 miles down the street to A and B auto and they was very helpful and I spent around $500 on parts. So bottom line is customer service is what keeps your doors open so i would highly reccomend that Tim does something about his employees that obviously doesn't care about his business. Just my 2 cents and I wont be going there in the future. SADLY I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING THERE THEY ALL SAY THE SAME THING.

Wow. I'm glad I read reviews.. I called and asked for a transmission and they hanged up on me. Called back and the guy was just rude on the phone.. customer service sales. I'm taking my business somewhere else.. trust begins in the first phone call.

I called ahead of time to confirm they had the part (1986 Celica GT front bumper assembly) and then drove two hours to pick it up. Service was friendly and employees allowed me to check the parts before paying to make sure I wanted them. Parts were in great shape. The only hiccup I had was that the price I found online and confirmed over the phone was raised when I arrived, but I simply told them that I had already been told a different amount and showed them the online price and they matched it without any hassle. I'll definately be making a return.

We ordered a transmission from them, they shipped the wrong one. They ended up telling us (when we called them about it being wrong) the transmission wasn't labeled, but they thought it might be it & shipped it any way. They wouldn't reimburse us for the freight even though they were at fault for sending the wrong part.
