I stopped by here after work to get a tire patched after my regular shop couldn t fit me in. I had my dogs with me, but the employees made it a stress free experience. They welcomed us, got my tire patched up promptly, and the charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend 5 Star Tire and will definitely return for my tire needs!

They were able to fit me in with little notice to get some bushings swapped on a diff mount I brought them, I really appreciate them getting it done so quickly, very happy with the service thank you!

We used them for a lot of things but when management changed so did they .. they do good work but you have up front pay and they have to order a lot of stuff .

I was given a price of $119 for an alignment on my 1966 mustang. No what ifs or anything. I got a call while my car was on the rack that it would be another $120 to actually do the job right. No special parts, just shims, which are part of the alignment. I told them no, and was charged $119 for a partial alignment. Toe adjustment only. They know what they are doing by not telling you everything up front. I did complain, and found out later that it was the owner that checked me out and he never made a comment. You don't have to operate that way to have a successful business. I will not be back.

Would not recommend this place took my vehicle there to get an oil change and radiator flush got it back coolant was nasty inside coolant resivor was nasty looked like mud oil level was over filled they added power steering fluid to the resivor so much that it was coming out when i took the cap off now the resivor is busted everything was fine before they visit at five star more like 1 star service

Wife and I were more then 11hrs from home when we needed brake service. The Good people at Five Star preform excellent service and worked us into their heavy schedule the same day and got us on our way. I stopped in at 4 pm on a Friday after checking all over Griffin fir someone to repair my tire which had a slow leak. They got me in and out quickly and they were courteous and helpful. I extremely grateful for their help and now I can drive without worry. Thank you

I went in to get an oil change today and the guy's wasn't very informative when it came to the oil change. Didn't have prices visible nor options of brands of oil to choose from. For a basic oil change it was $113 which is insane won't be going back.

I have used 5 Star for years! Way back when it was Willis Tire and Auto. I love the guys here. They have always been kind and helpful and always help me with what is a better or affordable option for me in times when I m in a bind. They alway fix whatever problems my vehicles have and always in a timely manner. I would recommend this business to all my family and friends! You can t go wrong with these guys! Was in Griffin working when I got something in my tire. Not only did they work me in quickly to make sure I could get to my next appointment but I was surprised and pleased how inexpensive they were. Awesome tire and auto store in Griffin, GA. There is one handicap parking space here. There is plenty of free parking. The store is in excellent shape and we'll organized. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the services and products offered at this auto store. Overall, I was very satisfied with the oil change and tire rotations done at this business. Awesomeness in tire and auto services.

My family has used Five Star for years. They are dedicated to keeping our cars in safe driving condition. They check the whole car, with every oil change.
