Traveled from Jacksonville, FL to this dealership to purchase my dream car which was a Yukon Denali( their inventory is top notch, the parking lot and back flow was FILLED with cars) . Started the process on the phone/ virtually through Courtney. She was very informative, sent me videos and stayed in contact with me promptly while getting the financed process worked through. We traveled about 5 hrs there, the car was running, filed up with gas and detailed ready to go. Such an awesome experience with Courtney and the guy who handled the finance part. They will be getting my husband s business in the future. Well done to this fabulous dealership

What an experience. Justin, Steven, Matt, and Courtney in Service all exceeded my expectations. I worked with Justin and Steven on-line and arranged the whole deal, drove down from Knoxville and was in and out. By far the best experience I ve ever had buying a car. They are they best place to by a vehicle in Georgia. The selection is good. The sales, finance and overall customer service is excellent. The process was so easy and hassle free to purchase my Silverado. Anytime i need to buy a vehicle, i will come here to Jimmy Britt.

I am out of state and was apprehensive about buying a used vehicle, however, Jimmy Britt made the process very easy and convenient. Everyone from Nicholas in sales to Matt in finance were professional and helpful. There was no pressure and I was able to buy the vehicle in couple of hours. They stayed late to complete the paperwork and get me on my way. After a week of driving the vehicle, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Jimmy Britt to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

The entire experience at Jimmy Britt was a dream!Steven from finance did everything over the phone or text and was timely, professional, and worked with what I asked for in a car purchase. He honored my supplier discount, gave a competitive rate on my warranty, and helped me do everything online so that the buying process was completed before I even showed up.Janea did videos of the car and was there to help answer questions as I needed along the way and was very timely in her responses. She is a sweet young lady.Marco was the man in spending probably 90min teaching us all of the features and technology of the car. He was an expert and gave us great practical advice on getting the best from our purchase.The team there also helped me get all of the services set up to getting my GM rewards set up so I could use the purchase to get accessories with my points!Everyone was friendly, honest, and made you feel at home at the dealership.I would highly recommend buying from Jimmy Britt for anyone who wants straightforward and no hassle buying for a car. I will buy my next car from there in the future.I look forward to going back for my first oil change so I can actually meet Steven face to face.

Bought from out of state. Was a bit worried at first because I would not be able to test drive before having it shipped. However the Sales agent Marco that I was working with did a great job sending videos and pictures. He also walked me through the whole process step by step. I just received my 2022 Toyota 4runner and I couldn t be happier. Thank you Marco and the rest of the team for making this purchase as easy as ordering g from Amazon.

I have been coming here 3 years with my 2018 RAM 2500 diesel and service is excellent since Bubba came on as manager. The staff (2 lovely ladies), and mechanics are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. One fixed my key fob on the spot in about 4 minutes no charge!! The waiting area is huge, comfortable, and spotless. After you have made an appointment you will get a reminder that explains everything they will do AND the total expected cost. I got a front end alignment and was there less than 2 hrs. I even met a customer with the gas version of my 2500, and learned a lot from him!! Sometimes waiting is a good thing ( :

I truly believe that God places people in your life for a reason and a season! Yesterday He allowed me to meet Minnie Cooper. She was not my salesperson, but stepped in and assisted with filling out the paperwork and addressed all of my concerns without any hesitation. I applaud her for her integrity and exceptional customer service. That being said, if you are in the market to purchase a vehicle, she is the one to ask for at this dealership!!! My husband and I just purchased a pre-owned 2019 GMC Sierra 1500. The truck is in mint condition with low mileage, and the price was great. Our sales lady, Courtney Gaston, was spot on. She made sure that our purchase was quick and easy and that the truck was ready for pickup. She even went the extra mile and used $25 of her own money to purchase gasoline for the vehicle (I don't know why the dealership would not completely fill it up for us). I recommend that you ask for Courtney when you visit Jimmy Britt in Greensboro. Another sales lady, Brenda, also helped out. Brenda was great too!

My recent new truck buying experience at Jimmy Britt was the best I ve ever had. Most of my experience was completed via phone calls and text so communication was key. Dave Smith was on point with constant communication and providing answers for all questions and concerns prior to purchase. The sales manager (Steven) was also amazing. Product knowledge and exemplary customer service is clearly something they pride themselves on. My experience was so great that I will gladly drive nearly 2 hours for future vehicle purchases.

I spoke with someone in sales about a SUV they sent videos and info then when I said I was interested they never got back with me. Hours later they finally got back to me then apologized for the delay a told me to come the next morning to look at the vehicle. The dealership is 5 hours from were I live I let him know I would be there around 10 in the morning still the salesman led me on. Called me at 9:30 in the morning letting me know that the vehicle sold the night before. But he still told me to come ? I drove 5 hours so still wanted to look at the Dealership I looked at cars outside no one ever came an asked to help several people outside so then I left . I m glad I didn t purchase a vehicle from this place it s very disappointing the time I spent to make the drive a still no one ever bothered to come help . I hope this doesn t happen to anyone else . Would not recommend that is not customer service!!

My husband had been on a 6+ month long search for a newer GMC truck. We found one we both liked online that was priced better than anything we had been able to find so far from Jimmy Britt. My husband called the dealership to make sure it was still there before we made the 1.5 hour drive to look at it. A salesman named Anthony Veasley took his call and they ended up talking about everything- from trucks to life in general- for almost an hour! My husband knew he wanted to buy something from Anthony! We went the next day to test drive and buy the truck from Anthony at Jimmy Britt. The experience there was a 10/10. No pressure, easy to deal with, and respectful! We would recommend anyone to go to Jimmy Britt and see Anthony! He took great care of us from start to finish- no rush service and he was patient and kind. We are very satisfied with his new truck and the service we received!

I recently purchased a 2022 Chevrolet 1500 LTZ from Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. My Salesman Kean Morse was absolutely awesome. Kean is the Epitome of Professionalism and Customer-Service Attitude. There was never a question he failed to answer, he made me a total part of the Sales Process. He sent Videos, Followed Up, and even called to make sure we made it home safely. My Wife and I purchased on Saturday and Kean has made a call everyday to ensure our satisfaction. I will only purchase a Vehicle from him in the future, and will definitely recommend him to all my friends & family. Oh yeah btw, did I mention he s only been selling for 2 months. From my first call with Seth and the personalized well informing video he sent me 10 minutes after we hung up, to closing everything out a couple of days later with Marco and Fabian....everything went very smooth and as promised. Everyone was extremely respectful of my time and understood that I was in a time crunch trying to buy my son's first truck and surprise him with it that day. I was in and out in under an hour. Because of their expeditious effort and having the right truck in stock, my goal was accomplished ! Thank god it wasn't the typical 2-3 hr ordeal I've experienced at other dealerships. Hats off to the Jimmy Britt team, and I would definitely buy there again.

I would love to start out my review by giving Courtney Gaston 5 Stars just for her being her sweet self through the whole process. Very sweet and kind, she s also very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Everyone at Jimmy Britt was super friendly and willing to answer any and all questions my husband and I had. We traveled all the way from Jacksonville FL to get my 23 GMC Yukon XL diesel 3.0 and I couldn t be happier. We will be coming to them again in a couple months once our son graduates boot camp. I m so very happy that we made the trip to visit them. They are our new GMC dealership family in Georgia.

First off, big shout out to Kean Moore. This guy is a serious go getter. I did my transaction solely online and over the phone. Kean made it so easy and he was ready to answer any questions I had at any point. My wife and I purchased this beautiful 2016 Dodge Charger Hellcat and Kean made sure we had unique videos and pictured to help provide us peace of mind since we couldn t be there in person to see it. I can t thank Dalton Crumley enough! From the start, you never never made me feel any sort of pressure. People like you are hard to find! I actually came to you and started asking questions. I m happy that I got to deal with you Dalton. I couldn t of asked for a better salesman! You answered every question I had about the trucks. You kept me informed the entire time. Absolutely amazing experience. Brenda Villela was an awesome person to work with. She was attentive, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Overall she was patient with us. I would highly recommend this dealership. There was no pressure and the best word to describe them is INTEGRITY! It was a breath of fresh air compared to my other dealership experiences. From sales, to financing, and service techs... its was top notch.I also want to shout out Chuck (service manager?). He took time to ride with us in our prospective purchase to troubleshoot a small issue and resolved it without question. Despite the service department being swamped, they made us a priority and showed they really care about their customers.Thank you again Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. I will definitely be back!
