I called a lot of places and many transmissions places where going hold my van for 7 to 20 days and I called and spoke to Joseph got a quote he said my van was at dealership waiting for an update to repair the my work Van.Joepsh said he can have it towed for same price included in quote.They pick up same day and had my van ready in 3 I was amazed by quick turn around and customer service these guys are great!

My automatic transmission completely broke down in the middle of the highway, and internals were broken to pieces. They had a tow truck pick up the vehicle and towed to their location in a timely manner. They very promptly had it diagnosed and I was contacted with a very reasonable and fair estimate. The transmission was rebuilt quickly using materials of better quality than oem in my case, the option was given. I'm still driving the truck after about 2 years with absolutely no problems. On top of their efficient service, they were very kind and professional. They made sure I was contacted if anything came up and their customer service was exemplary. #1. They are Honest Mechanics #2 They are knowledgeable and very good mechanics. And, #3. Unexpectedly inexpensive Mechanics, RECOMMEND for anyone with transmission or any other engine problems. Courtesy Ford was going charge me $1400 where as JC Mastertech fixed that same problem for $675.00, Ford Parts.

50% Satisfied. Thanks for the great work and persistence with my old 96 ford ranger. Doing double work tells me of your dedication to customer service. Was greatly disappointed when transmission went out one month after the 1 year warranty(Only resolve offered was a full charge to rebuild again?).

My moms transmission went out out of the blue. When towing my truck to the shop the mechanic said that they had a policy where they cannot touch a car if it's not moving.Thank God the truck driver FABIAN CARRILLO recommended me to this great affordable place. Alex took care of me, I didn't even have step in the shop since I was traveling from out of state just to get my moms truck.Alex explained everything over the phone, gave me couple quotes, I put my trust on him and I do not regret it, it cost me cheaper than what I thought it would cost me.Moms truck was ready within 3 days and its running perfectly fine, like NEW.Thank you for being great and hard working.

Jc Mastertech Transmission has helped me a lot with my Honda Civic 03. They provided great service and also have affordable prices. They took the time to educate me and explain every detail. Excellent work on my 2005 Acura MDX with 200k + miles. This was my 2nd rebuilt transmission. JC and his sons were very professional and reliable. Only day 2, but the car feels much smoother!

If you want your Transmission done right, take it to JC. My truck arrived at his shop at around 8:30am. JC had it pulled out and apart by 10am. I was impressed. JC had my truck ready that following Monday. Feels like a brand new truck. Thanks again JC. Job well done.

Just had my transmission replaced today in my chevrolet silverado z71 and it shifts very smooth. I looked under te truck and they cleaned the transmisssion as well. During the rebuild they found a bad rear main seal on my motor and gave me an unbelivable price. You cant go wrong with this company. Its no wonder they have such good reviews. Thanks guys!

I took my 2014 Town and Country to this transmission shop today 10/17/22 to have it fixed and I had already diagnosed the issue with my code scanner as Po 896 -High Transmission Fluid Pressure.Joseph then scanned the system and got the same code.He then called me and told me he couldn t fix my car he said just drive it with the check engine light on until the transmission went completely out.I thought why did I bring my car to this shop if they aren t even going to try to fix it.So I really thought by all the good reviews this shop was a fixer but I was wrong and want ever go back to this place again.Joesph also charged me $75 bucks for nothing.

About a month ago I put my Avalon in their shop with a solenoid issue. The car has been driven about 2500 miles with no issues.

THIS SHOP IS AMAZING! THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND! HONEST,TRUSTWORTHY, AND RELIABLE. TOOK MY WIFES CHEVY SILVERADO TO GET THE TRANSMISSION REPAIRED AND THEY WERE VERY QUICK TOO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM AND TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. A FEW BUMPS ALONG THE FIX BUT ALEX AND JOSEPH WERE THERE TO IMMEDIATELY GET THE SITUATION HANDLED. IVE NEVER FELT SO CONFIDENT IN A SHOP UNTIL I CAME ACROSS THIS ONE. THANK YOU GUYS!
