When you need a REAL mechanic to work on a car or truck issue, I would highly recommend you go to Christian Brothers in Grayson or one closer to you. They keep my 19 year old Tundra in great shape!

Great experience! I took my car to Christian Brothers for the first time to get an alignment. The staff was very pleasant and they got me in and out in no time. I would recommend anyone to bring their car here. They would not be disappointed!

The service was excellent. This was my first time at Christian Brothers Automotive. I was really impressed with the associates and their overall knowledge of cars. I just needed an alignment for my Lexus IS 350, but I left there having learned a few things I didn't know about my vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality automotive shop.

Christian brothers automotive gets an easy 5 stars from me. Not only did they take care of my vehicle quickly, but Johnathan and Jason answered every question I asked and helped me in every way they could. They gave me daily calls with updates about my vehicle as well. If I have any further car troubles I know where I ll be taking it to, and I recommend everyone else in the area does the same!

Christian Brothers made getting my car maintenance super easy and helped me prioritize what I needed to get done. Further, Jason showed his expertise in explaining what needed to be done in an easy-to-understand manner for someone with limited car knowledge. Christian Brothers Automotive Grayson is par excellence!!! They give a full diagnosis of your vehicle. Then set up an order of priorities in which your vehicle needs to be serviced so your whole car in maintenance for longevity. Experience was positive. Mechanics are Awesome and professional. I recommend Christian Brothers Automotive Grayson to all my neighbors

I had a great experience this week! Scheduling my appointment and shuttle ride online was very easy. When I dropped off my car, I was greeted by Manny, the service manager. He is kind, personable, and honest. The team was very thorough with my car. I love the detailed reports and the availability to answer any questions I had. They will be getting business from my entire family from now on! I highly recommend Christian Brothers for your automotive needs.

Good service very friendly and professional. This was my 1st time at Christian Brothers and I only needed an emissions test and air in my tires. The only shop in Grayson/Loganville I would trust with all my cars! Jason, along with all the staff, are very knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly honest. They will tell you what they can do, what they suggest, and when they think it s best for you to take your car elsewhere (they don t take jobs if they can t guarantee a quality service). They not only do requested services, but they always do a very detailed inspection of everything in the car for you to understand the condition of all major components (dealers can t even provide inspections with this much detail!), and they are very open and transparent with prices, which are always competitive! As long as I live in this area, I will only take my cars here!

On my F150 I had several minor issues (it was time for brake service, I started hearing a pre-ignition engine knock on acceleration, and it was due some other routine maintenance). I d been putting off getting these issues diagnosed and repaired because it s typically such a hassle finding a good service center you can trust. I d heard good things about Christian Brothers and decided to give the Grayson location a try. It was a great experience. Good diagnostic work, great communication, a fast turn-around time. They were always easy to reach and very friendly. They are now my go-to service center for my vehicle repair needs.I used them again for an oil change and to diagnose a noise on my car. Once again it was a great experience.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

I had never been to CBA before this visit. One of the techs at Discount Tire had stripped out a wheel stud on my car. No big deal things happen. Discount Tire sent me to CBA with an invoice to cover the repair like I knew they would. Discount has always been stand up with me. I could've done it myself but Discount immediately took care of it. I called CBA the next morning and they took me in that day which I wasn't expecting at all and they even knew ahead of time to expect me which was also nice when I spoke with them on the phone. What really blew me away was CBA offering me a shuttle back to my house. It doesn't get any better than this. I was impressed with the whole experience. I am a fleet diesel truck tech who works in a big truck shop where communication is key and we pride ourselves at Publix on customer service and kindness to others. You can be a master tech with a poor attitude which makes you a bad tech. Or you can be an average tech with a great attitude and it makes you the best. When you combine knowledge and a great attitude you are a rarity in the field. I found at CBA from my experience these guys not only know their stuff they have great attitudes to go with it. I would highly recommend them for your go to. Very appreciative of the level of service I received! A+***UPDATED REVIEW***Shortly after my first experience with CBA my car started giving me fits so this is actually the real experience! My car has 226k on it for starters. I had pretty much (mis)diagnosed my own car and was about to spend the funds on the repair. Jason called me back and gave me the actual diagnosis that was going to save me from a $2000 mistake. They could have been dishonest and went with what I had already authorized but they didn't do that. I had been having a separate issue with suspension that the car wasn't even there for so I went ahead and mentioned it. I wasn't prepared for them to just say they could take care of it now because my car isn't the only one there. But they got right on it! I was called the next morning by Jason who said it was ready. Both issues fixed. I was told that Dave had worked late to finish it up and he did a phenomenal job! Dave has almost 40 years of experience and I'm telling you the man is GOOD. In case you didn't know the repairs AND parts are warrantied for 3 years/36k miles and if I break down within 12 months I get it towed absolutely FREE. There's a reason I was initially sent to these guys. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you Jason, Manny, and Dave! Also a huge thanks to both shuttle drivers who gave me rides back home!

Christian Brothers in Grayson ,Georgia is an amazing place. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and explain things in great detail. The waiting area is very comfortable and peaceful. I was referred to CBA by Discount Tires for an alignment. Judging from my brief experience, the nearly 5 star rating is well deserved. I'll certainly check them out again for future maintenance and repairs.

This was my first time at Christian Brothers Automotive. Customer service was great and A simplified but detailed report was given for service with recommendations. Additionally, having an appointment truly reduced the waiting time.

Vehicle serviced for oil change. Very professional and friendly. Very good about keeping me informed throughout the process. Provided vehicle health report of items needing attention giving me the opportunity to have those addressed while vehicle was being serviced. Would highly recommend.

I called in needing a front turn signal replaced. The guy on the phone asked me some questions about my vehicle, looked up the job in his system and provided me a quote of about $100. I scheduled the appt. drove 30 min to get there, waited about 25 minutes and then was told that the job would take longer (3 hours versus 45 min) and would cost me $450. So, I left and had the Chevy dealership do the repair. It cost me $120 there. Was not happy that Christian Bros got it wrong did not even try to make it right (discount), and ended up being so much more expensive than the dealership. They get three stars because they did fix one issue successfully in the past but this issue was a bit ridiculous.

Really good experience here. Didn't feel like I was pressured to have things fixed that I didn't come in for. The service advisors really went over my vehicle issues in detail. Will definitely be back!

Christian Brothers, what can I say? They blessed me during a very difficult time in my life. My car is running better than it ever has and I now feel safe driving my family back and forth to the hospital, doctors appointments, and just around town. I can never thank you enough for what you did for our family. Giving back to the community is something so rare. People often take for granted something as simple as having a safe reliable vehicle. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our vehicle and have referred my family and all our friends to CBA.

First time customer. Not a fan of most automotive shops. Too many identify recommended repairs as urgent. Not these guys. They were straight shooters, combining technology and voice to voice communication to walk me thru diagnosis. Did not pressure me into recommended work. These guys did not try to work me which is something I have not seen that much. Work was timely. Cost was reasonable. Can t ask for much more. I will be back. Highly recommended!!

If you are looking for great service, at a good price, need to go somewhere else. Only reason I brought my vehicle here for repair was warranty related. They were double the price of competitors for repair. Only reason let them do repair was they were warranty vendor.They are very friendly and communication was good, but would not have any work done here if was not warranty related! Way too expensive** Editing this to respond to your response! NO I did not misunderstand anything about the warranty! Yes you guys made many phone calls because you do carmax warranties and you charged $1531 for a radiator replacement! You said $800 was cost of just the part alone ! I gotten 2 other quotes that came in right at $800 for entire job! The only reason yall made the repair is because carmax stuck to there word so my out of pocket would be $250 as stated in my warranty ! You guys tried to charge me over $900 out of pocket via our first phone conversation! Your dishonesty in your response says is about what I would expect from your establishment! Just speaking truth and facts is all this is!

This was my first time using Christian Brothers Automotive. Called this place to ask if they can accommodate my needs and squeeze my vehicle in for a wheel alignment within 3 hours. They assured me, that they will get it done that day, no matter what. I arrived a little late, but the job was still done. The place is immaculate, the staff is friendly and most importantly professional. By far the best experience I ve had in the US.Service: Wheel alignment

The service was outstanding the reps was extremely friendly and helpful. I drop my Van off late and the shuttle had stop running. I was like okay. Manny said don t worry we ll call you an Uber to take you to get a rental. Just wonder.

Wow, I love to be able to leave good reviews. Christian Brothers in Grayson was recommended from a tire shop for alignment. What a delightful experience with this friendly and efficient automotive group. I was charged the quoted price which was excellent, made an appointment, the service was done fast and done well. Nothing added to pad the bill or fake problems. I will be going back soon for a brake service on another vehicle. Great first experience.
