I've been here on two separate occasions the first time I asked for a balance rotation and alignment when I showed up to pick up my truck the alignment was NOT done which was specifically why I brought it nd i told them that i brought my truck HERE specifically instead of jiffy lube because i wanted the alignment so I brought it back a week later for struts and again the alignment. All they did was change parts and asks me to bring cash my steering wheel was crooked and alignment was off I called multiple times and have gotten the same "we don't have time for it today" when you could have just test driven my vehicle before sending it out and seen the problem (the other thing I specifically asked you to do was have a tech drive my truck and do an inspection that NEVER happened) my front tires have been eaten bald by your "alignment" after trying to get my truck back to you multiple times and being given the run around for yall to fix what your tech did. Edit: new tire was 212.00 plus an actual actual alignment ontop of the 500.00 I allready paid you

These people are honest, caring and very reasonable and also some of the best mechanics I've ever met! But the best is the wonderful lady that runs the place! She's always so kind and really cares about her customers! Most of which she knows by name! If you're in need of auto repair, or just need some routine maintenance done like an Oil Change, give these folks a shout and let them take good care of ya!

I can't explain enough how friendly and educated the mechanics here are, HOWEVER..The skinny old blonde lady behind the counter, was the rudest person.From snarky comments, mumbling under her breath, and the LIP SMACKING.Dude, I'm sorry if you were having a bad day, but hang that up before you come to work.Will be taking my business here again, but will just talk to mechanics from now on.

I took both of my vehicles there yesterday. I took the first 1 there that morning and they finished it I drove the other 1 down there for new tires and an oil change. They finished the second vehicle right at closing time and hung around till I got there to pay and get my keys. I really appreciated them staying the extra 15 mins so I could get the keys and didn t have to get dropped off in the morning to get the vehicle. Thank you

Great service...good honest people!! Always have been good to me and don t charge an ARM & LEG for there services. They fixed my A/C in my 2004 Suburban bout three years ago. And it s still working great in this Ga. heat!! Have fixed many flats too...thanks Gray Tire & Automobile

Not very pleased at all. My wife dropped her car off at 11:45 and now we can't even get the car because they left without letting us know the status of our car. They called at 4:30 and said they were about to check it and would call back but we never heard from them. Now we have to change all of our plans because we don't know when we will be able to get our car.

Great people great service. Hometown service with a smile. Comfortable waiting area in there new state of the art facility. Very reasonable prices. If you want great fast service go visit Gray tire.

My brakes started grinding, I heard this was a good place, and it was ! They took my suv in the same day I popped in to get a price, and it didn t break me ! So nice I now have a mechanic!!

I went down the street to get a quote from another garage and they couldn't get to it for 3 or 4 days Wade took it that day and charged me half the price the other company quoted me I will always go to gray Tire and Auto from now on

Wade said the head gasket was blown. Wade said many things. Wade had my new engine taken apart and now we are out of use of the truck and cost over $5500.
