I can't get this resolved for two days but I'm going to comment now. Purchased Sylvania Ultra 9005 and H11 bulbs for my truck costing $130.00. During the install noticed one pack was H11B bulbs which will not fit. Called store and was told they can't take the back or exchange for correct bulb. Said it was policy. Some careful what you buy from this place. Nobody on duty could make a decision so I guess the term Assistant Manager is just a worthless term.They got the last of my money

A young man here fixed my wheel well that had popped loose from hitting road debris. I'm truly grateful for his help. Advanced Auto of Gray are the most polite and courteous folks you can know. Thank you for your help young man and Advanced Auto!

Went to get some penetration oil from the store and I got the right kind that I wanted the staff where very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about what I wanted,the price was not bad at all.
