Employees are pleasant and very helpful. Nice selection of automotive needs. Prefer O'Reilly over the other parts stores.

This is not my usual store but I have no problem going in having them pull up part numbers for my particular vehicle under my phone number. They're very knowledgeable which is more than I can say for a lot of the chain parts stores. I've only been in there a few times and they already have my stuff pulled up when I come in now. And to me, that's wonderful customer service you feel like you're somebody instead of nobody
