Kenneth from rent a wheel in Gainesville is the guy to ask for. Very friendly guy greets everyone with a smile and treats everyone with the same respect. This guy will go above and beyond to make customers happy, and make sure the location is professional as possible, love my new wheels, and loved meeting Kenneth. Is a great dude maybe we can grab a beer sometime. If anyone deserves a raise KENNETH SHOULD BE CEO!

My fiance has gotten 2 sets of rims with no problems but this last set that we are about to pay off we have had so many hassles. He had his card on auto pay and they started taking out payments before the day we had said over drafting his card with yesterday being the fourth time. Taking out 2 payments and them having to refund one of them which takes about a week to get deposited back to his bank account. Had been told weeks ago that card had gotten removed from autopay and they ran the card friday and then again yesterday which cause his acct to be overdrawn for the fourth time. Dont get me wrong love my rims and the guys that were there before helped so much and made the experience fun. Just left the store and was told that they were gonna take the card off from auto pay lets see if its true and they actually do it

Bought some wheels and tires from these people 10 months ago. 3 months ago I paid them off and today I get a phone call from the manager saying I owe them over $3000 worth. So I asked them again for a pay off and they send me an email saying I only owe $2000 without a break down at my request. Than they wanna say they ve been trying to take out of my account but my account tells me when a payment has been declined?? So that was false. He also processed to say with a very aggressive attitude. he s called my work everyday not knowing I m the one who answers the phone so if that was true I would ve seen it and answered just like I did today. This place is one big scam.

I had came in a couple of weeks ago and was disappointed in the responce i got at this location but was reached out to couple of days ago and went in today and got brand new wheels and tires joe helped me out and made it right will deffently keep doing business with the thanks joe for helping me and my wife out today...
