I m giving this place a five star for their great service. I had alignment issues in my tires and they were very uncomfortable when I am driving in certain speeds. I called them and they got me in the same day. They also informed me of the issues and letting me know the status and how long it will take and decent price. The waiting area is really comfortable and clean bathroom. Great customer service too! Overall I am very satisfied my car is running smoothly again. I highly recommend this place.

Stanley found me on the side of the road with a busted tire. He changed it, called over and made sure they stayed open after noon to ensure we got a new tire and could be on our way. What could have been a trip ruining day ended up only taking 1.5 hrs because of his kindness. Highly recommend.

I ve been so nervous about handling my Volvo s repairs and stuff since my divorce and these guys were great! Informative and helpful and took care plus some. I m headed back to get an oil change and will rely on them from now. Thanks so much!!!

I would give Oakwood Tire Company a 10 if I could. The guys here, especially Stanley, were super nice and accommodating. I had my back breaks done and some other things. My car is driving great and the prices were great. Thank you guys so much for all your help. I will definitely be back!

These guys treated me so well. I got a flat yesterday, a nail went into the middle of the tread of one of my new tires. Only six weeks old, but oh well.I called Oakwood Tire Co this morning and asked if they would patch it for me. I wasn't expecting much, but they said they could get me in today (a Saturday) no problem. I did not have to wait long, maybe 15 minutes for my car to be pulled in.I normally expect a longer wait, because my car is a 5-speed manual and sometimes it takes longer for the one guy who can drive stick to get it inside. Not an issue here!I was able to watch as the technician dismounted the tire, sanded down the inside of the tire, plugged it with a heat-melt rubber type adhesive, and then finally patched it with rubber cement and a patch. What I did not expect, however, was the technician using some sort of fuel (starting fluid, brake cleaner, carb cleaner) to set the inside of the tire in flames to further set the rubber cement.Now, that is not what most shops do when patching tires, they usually just sand the tire and stick them in. This extra step ensured a permanent fix, and it was cool entertainment. Metal as hell, my tire patch has been forged in flames!The technician also mounted the wheel back on using the specific lug nuts for my aftermarket wheel and put the spare back in my trunk. I would have done that myself, but I appreciate the extra effort to do that on a busy morning.The wheels on my car are some 18" Enkeis. They are an aftermarket wheel and I was concerned about the tire machine scratching the finish or the tire spoon gouging the paint. No issues, I do not see a single blemish on the wheel whatsoever. It is even balanced just as smoothly as before. The tire was originally Road Force balanced, and the tech did mount it back in the same orientation, not needing a rebalance. It rides just as smooth as before. Bonus points!I was also slightly concerned with if the tech would have an issue with the tire. It is a Continental DWS06+ in 245/40R18, which is a very low-profile tire with a stiff sidewall for extra cornering grip. No worries, it looked like he had no issues mounting it and did it with his eyes closed almost. Some shops have issues with these low-profile tires.The plug portion of this patch is totally smooth with the tread, you can't even notice it until you run your finger along the tread groove. I am very pleased.I don't expect this patch to fail during the lifetime of this tire. Excellent work, highly recommended.

I must say I had a very pleasant experience here. Seeing as I got a flat at the library and had to walk with my wheel here to get it patched. The guy who serviced me was super friendly and even gave me a ride back to my car. I forgot to ask his name. I would recommend going here. I got my tire patched by the way. Thank you

I called b4 I came about a alert on my car and I came in for them to look at it and I walked in with no one in line ahead of me and was 2 men behind the counter for ten minutes did not once say may I help you? Or someone will be with you shortly nothing. Like I was a ghost. I have been coming here for years.Will not be back.Very unprofessional

They Saved us! Stanley happened to pass by while we were stranded by the side of the road with a busted tire. He helped us change the tire, and called Oakwood to ask them to stay open to make sure we could get a tire! All on his day off! Saved our day, saved our trip, saved the car. Everyone was super efficient and friendly as well, definitely recommend!

I have bought tires from Oakwood Tire on previous occasions and have always had positive experiences. Today I simply needed to have a leaky tire repaired. That was done very quickly but the biggest impression I left with today was how kind the man was who I dealt with. You can never go wrong by being good at what you do along with excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience at Oakwood Tires, and while, the issue was bigger than we had hoped, and couldn t be fixed. He could ve easily fixed car temporary and made money, instead, he told us the truth about what needed to happen with repairs. Super high integrity and honesty. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. We will be doing all of our business there going forward.

Friendly for sure, fast, and efficient! Even though it was a very busy Saturday, we were able to get our car fixed. This is my favorite place to get some HONEST mechanical work done.

Saved my day!!! I had ordered a set of tires for my work truck at another "DISCOUNT" tire store... I got there 30 minutes before my appointment and found out they only had 4 of the 6 tires that I needed, and then wanted to put me off for another week!I called Oakwood Tire Co. from their waiting area and was told that they had a set of 6, in their warehouse for 30% less money! They got the tires on my truck that day and saved me around $1000!!! If you wanna waste time with these so called "discount" tire stores, that's on you! If you want a truly good deal from some great people, Oakwood Tire Co. is the place to go!!!

Oakwood tire saved the day for me and my work truck after a terrible experience at tire barn where my truck was fixed 3 times and still not right. Called and told them what I needed and they squeezed me in that afternoon and in under and hour had my new tires balanced and the truck driving great! Super helpful staff and trust worthy service!

Oakwood tire co is very professional and attentive. They are very prompt and efficient. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back for excellent service.

Dwayne and his team are excellent! I came in with a tire that needed patching and they got right to work! I dropped it off, ate lunch, and it was ready shortly thereafter. Couldn t have asked for much better!

Called over 10+ tire shops and this was the only one who would help me. They recommended a tow company to use to get to them. They fixed my problem very quickly and the staff was extremely helpful.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Had 2 appointments scheduled for 2 vehicles to get an alignment, back to back. For each car they told me something was broken on it and they needed to repair it for a certain price and only then they would do the alignment. My husband used to be a mechanic he said they are trying to find more ways to rack up work and business. NOT STEPPING FOOT BACK HERE.

I got a flat tire, turns out there was a razor blade in my tire. Stanley Page was so helpful. He immediately got the blade out and got the car in and out very quickly. Oakwood Tire has the best service! Will be back for future tire needs.

Just excellent.My family has trusted them for 30 years. I trust them. Honest and talented, they absolutely should be your first stop for any automotive maintenance, servicing, or replacement issues.I grew up here, and moved back after many years in the military and flying commercially. I was glad to see Joe at Oakwood Tire, and after many instances of those folks treating my family and friends with great service with an amazing attitude, I was sure I d be bringing my family truck and car back there as well.I would stake my reputation on theirs, easily. Having that trust in a piece of your life takes my stress down considerably, and it s one of the very few contractors or companies I swear by from any of the many places I ve lived.To those at Oakwood Tire, I am very sorry for your loss, but the reputation and relationships built by Joe mean something here and you are all appreciated and respected by any who have had dealings with you. Made an appointment for 8am. Arrived and their power was out. (Not their fault.) Came back at 9:30am. Still sitting here at 2:30pm. Tires are on, but they have not even started the allignnment. So, four tires and an alignment at this place ends up taking 7 to 8 hours. Unacceptable! Everybody that did NOT have an appointment has come and gone. This is the second time I've purchased tires from here, and it will be the last.

Justin at Oakwood Tire was fast, professional, and personable. He was honest about the wait time and the rest of the crew worked so fast that I was in and out much quicker than expected. I definitely plan on coming back and making this my go-to repair facility. I highly recommend and can't say enough good things.

Matt greeted me like he was an old friend. He listened to my concerns while Shane the Magician(tech) was already working on my car before I ever sat sat down. Faster than I could have had a pizza delivered and for about the same price I was out of there! My car drove as if they took off 100k miles. Both me and my car will be back to the Oakwood Tire Co.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. They give new meaning to friendly customer service. While I waited for my car, I watched them help several other customers and they were friendly, fast and efficient with everyone. They were very honest with me and treated me right. I can see why they have been in business so long. I will be back!

I've used Oakwood tire in the past for years. I recently had the need for tires as I had damage in my rear tire. We called and got a quote for 2 new tires and were happy with the quote and they had our size tires in Stock. As Stanley assessed all 4 tires he recommended that we put new tires all around. He showed me the wear marks and I'm glad that he recommended that we replace them all. It was certainly time for all 4 to be replaced.. The employees were very helpful and kind. Justin gave me initial quote and was a very respectful young man. The entire experience was very nice. I would recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors.

Had a flat tire this morning and needed it fixed quickly. Thankfully even though I didn t have an appointment. Oakwood Tire was happy to help me. They squeezed me in and quickly fixed my tire. The waiting area is nice and quiet and the best part is they have Wi-Fi so I was able to work while I waited. I will definitely be back.
