I needed a new car battery, but a terminal was corroded. Bobby went above and beyond to replace the terminal(at no extra charge).

Updated ,Today I went to O'Reilly's for a winters check up . All checked good ! Plus replaced the wiper blade fixed the headlight that was dim . These men go above and beyond! The employees have that old time vibe of respect and dignity treating their customers the best and with patience kindness unlike much of the places in todays world. Collin, Mr M , and the rest of the team all came out and worked to resolve my issues fast and effectively. Everyone should get to know the team at this store.If i could give them 6 stars plus i would ! Highly recommend these men .In past, Staff very willing to help . Got me what I needed and helped me on the fix.Im handicapped and wasn't able to make it all by myself. They jumped in , and before they went back inside they even made sur it would work. Recommended highly

Me being stupid and never learn i guess i always go to autozone first,and end up coming here to O'Reilly to actually get what i need. This time was a 2 foot cut of rubber hose. I wish i would've got his name that was working around 10:30am sunday 11/6/22 he was a soft spoken guy that was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thanks for the help!

Another small store, but at least they carry a wider selection of auto parts on hand than Autozone or Advance Auto. They also have more performance parts on hand than the other 2 combined do.

O Riley SAVED me today! When the closest auto store to me (Autozone) told me they had a battery for my car when they actually didn t I was so flustered and didn t know what to do. My car wouldn t start and I was worried other places wouldn t have a battery. The o Riley store on park hill drive had like 4 battery s that could work all in affordable price ranges! And Fernando was so nice to help me replace it and show me how to do it for future reference. Super nice staff and had the battery I needed when NO ONE else did

I've gotta give them a good review. So I show up with no headlights and had to put new pigtail sockets in. Then I realize I don't have any bulbs as I'm talking to the guy. Then he goes inside and comes back out with 2 brand new bulbs that will work, and wasn't even going to charge me for them. That's customer service at its best right there people.

Had a bad experience with one worker who was rude and hateful to the one associate who took the time to come and help us. I cant give it five stars but the young associate gets five stars.
