David was extremely helpful and informative on what to expect regarding cost and time of replacement. I called at 2pm on a Friday after calling several other places that were more expensive and couldn t get it done until Monday. My windshield was shattered after an object hit it from someone s truck. I walked in Saturday morning about 9am. They took my car back and were done in less time than anticipated. Definitely recommend!

David was super helpful, was able to get my windshield replaced on a Saturday with a pretty open time window so I was able to get all my other errands done I needed to do. They were quick, and friendly. Went without a hitch! Highly recommend.

I did not have a great Christmas this year someone decided to shatter my back windshield 3 days before Christmas. Thanks to New York Auto Glass, I m able to drive my car again you guys did an amazing job.

When they replaced my windshield the piece between it and the drivers side door broke and they immediately replaced it for us. A few days later the same piece on the passenger side flew off while I was driving. They gave us no issues when we asked them to order a new piece and fix it. Everyone makes mistakes but it was refreshing to have a business own up and fix it instead of leaving their customers to figure it out. Will definitely keep coming back just for the service!!

Got a great quote for a door window on my Ford Ranger. Next day was called and told glass in stock. Technician Pablo had me in and out under an hour. Nice family owners, great service, highly recommend.

I went to ask about leak in my windshield , and guy rudely said they don t take people when ever they want ... ok first of all I just came to ask did not demand service then I asked him about appointments and he just ignored me. If you don t want to help customers then why work there ... RUDE RUDE
