I really appreciate NAPA Auto Care Center as an honest, reliable and quality automotive maintenance and repair service! They take excellent care of my company and personal vehicles. I ve had several maintenance repairs and services completed and oil/filter, tire services over the past year and the customer service has been excellent. They are thorough in explaining any problems and the solutions ahead of time which is greatly appreciated. The prices seem reasonable when considering the quality behind their work. I recommend them for my friends and acquaintances to use.

Garrett and staff are excellent! Pricing is fair and the work is high quality. I'm not "giving" Auto Fitness a 5 star rating, they have earned it and I trust them with our family vehicles. Auto Fitness deserves our highest recommendation.

Garrett is a rarity, he's an honest, fairly priced mechanic. On 2 occasions (my car and then my daughter's car) instead of gouging us and doing enough work to get it running, he flat out told us that the work and money to put into the cars was not worth it. We paid him a minimum fee to look at the vehicles. Since then we have had 3 other vehicles worked on, his work is done in a timely manner, fairly priced and most importantly he does good work that he stands behind. No, surprises, no price gouging. Thanks Garrett, appreciate your work.

Auto Fitness has been amazing for us. I have taken my car here several times under the Carmax warranty for repair and they have been fantastic. I have worked with Garrett each time and he has done a wonderful job at working with the warranty company to get everything I needed covered. He has also made recommendations on other services that should be done but is never pushy or overbearing about it. They have always done well at communicating and working with me on my schedule and budget. Love this place and they will continue to get my business!

I don't write many reviews but feel compelled to leave one for Garrett and his team. I couldn't have asked for better service. His shop is clean, the staff is courteous and the work was performed flawlessly at a very fair price. I will bring both of our cars to him whenever they are in need of future service.

I had a great experience with Garrett and his staff. He thoroughly explained details and is guiding me through my situation. Garrett went the extra mile in solving my problem. Refreshing to see honest and caring establishments that eases my fears about things i know nothing about. Highly recommend!

Got my car towed in same day for an alignment after I replaced a lot of front end components. Job got done earlier than expected and was done well. Did upcharge me due to needing a new part but was given the option of choosing the lower price if I wanted. Great experience

I am always treated with respect and fairness. When I call to make an appointment, I get in quickly. I'm told exactly what is wrong with my car and if possible, given options. Oil changes are also quick and my tires are always rotated too and all fluids are checked. The waiting area is clean and the staff is amazing. Highly recommend them.

I brought my 2011 Corvette in because of the great reviews. I can tell you they are well earned. Courteous staff they aren t trying to milk every penny out of you, and the work is done on time. Mine was actually cheaper than the estimate. Great place to take your vehicle.

Needed a list of repairs for my car and Auto Fitness took care of everything quickly. Gary and his team at Auto Fitness were professional and explained the issues my car had.with me. When our truck broke down while visiting in Gainesville we were beyond anxious. After getting a local recommendation we spoke to Garrett and explained our situation. He not only fit us in, but he made the repairs and made certain our vehicle was ready for the long drive back home to Pennsylvania. He even offered us a shop vehicle to take home while waiting for the repairs. We were thrilled with the service.

We requested pre sale inspection of our car. Greeted in timely fashion,.Waiting area comfortable.Felt inspection was thourough , price more than fair. Was helpful, saying records cld be transferred to new owner and Garrett offered his input to a buyer.Another observation was Garrett's patience and efforts to help an older gentleman with a minor car issue.

These folks are amazing! The professionalism was outstanding. I dropped off my Cadillac Escalade Esv to them for an issue. I had my vehicle back when promised, they made sure that I was aware of what the issue was and the cost was less than the dealership. Auto Fitness has definitely earned my business. Went in for alignment after replacing all rubber on front end. Tech wanted me back in 2 weeks to recheck after suspension settled. Above & beyond service here and my car drives perfect now!

I am very pleased with the service I received at Napa Auto Fitness. Garrett is very knowledgeable with my Subaru and serviced my Subaru as needed. Front staff was very nice and professional and kept me updated on the progress. If you need you car repaired with a fair price, I would highly recommend Napa Auto Fitness.

My leak wasn t getting fixed after multiple attempts at another shop last year/this year, & a loud noise when driving was becoming unbearable. This issue also not being resolved at other shop. Auto Fitness determined causes of problems & repaired saying my car would drive like new. IT DOES! THANK YOU Garret & team!!!!!

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Reasonably priced. Was able to repair my car in one third of time dealer proposed and much less expensive. Another thing I liked was AF proposed a solution that would pay AF nothing if it worked. Will return no doubt about it.

I called Auto Fitness for a new battery after being recommended by AAA. Headed up there and was shocked by how clean the shop lobby was. The cleanest lobby I ve ever seen in a shop. Desk lady was very helpful, Manager/owner was friendly, informative and had me on my way in 30 minutes. The maintenance tech was thorough and respectful. I m not one to trust anyone but the original dealer but I would recommend this shop to anyone and will definitely be coming back myself. Thanks againService: Auto battery replacement
