Milton Martin's body shop is hands down the best auto body shop in Gainesville.Sarah took all the headache out of dealing with the insurance adjuster.Which to me that's priceless !From the customer service to the finished product they are flawless.I'm forever grateful for my team at MMT !

Can t say enough good things about these guys. My wife and I had an unfortunate wreck that totaled our car even though the car was very repairable. The guys at Milton Martin fought for us and did everything they could and more to help us understand the ins and outs of vehicle collisions and insurance red tap. I had a door replacement and body repair due to a minor collision on the driver side door. The repair process was very easy from estimate to final payment. The door and paint blending was top notch and actually improved my car from the previous door!

They was ok but they didn't lift my hood because they said it might not shut back so I think there is going to be more wrong than they put on estm. And now my insurance tells me I don't have rental so I'm hoping it don't take a really long time.

Repairs for my bumper were fast and well done. The muffler end cap had a dent in it and was suppose to be replaced during repairs. I was not upset because I understand mistakes happen. When I brought it up, they ordered a new one and replaced with no problems or questions asked. They are very easy to work with and my families go to place for all collision repairs.

My experience with Milton Martin Toyota collision Center was outstanding. Everyone, from Jennifer to Jason to Travis, was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable! This is the third experience I have had with this team and every time has been handled outstandingly. They were very timely and communicated very well as to the status of the repair. Our Toyota Highlander was recently repaired by the Milton Martin Toyota Collision Center, and all the damage they repaired was done perfectly. Our car looked just like it did when originally purchased. Their team in the Collision Center is genuinely concerned about your vehicle, starting with Jenn Berner at the front desk to Jason Dotson who works with you on your estimate. Their body repair technicians really do want their customers to be happy with their work and they pride themselves in meeting the agreed upon time frame . With this type of service you can have great confidence using their repair team. If you re debating which dealership can give you the best service overall then look no further than Milton Martin Toyota

We were very pleased with Milton Martin Collision. Ronnie Thomas handled our service and he was phenomenal to work with. We had to take our car to Milton Martin to be fixed after another collision center did very disappointing work after an accident. They repaired our car professionally and quickly. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend them.

I have a 2013 Honda Accord that had damage to the front bumper. I brought it to Milton Martin Toyota collision center for repair and they did an excellent job!!! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my car in a timely manner and when I got it back it looked like new!! If I need body work done in the future I will definitely use them again!!

Everyone at Milton Martin Collision is great. Each experience has been personable and the customer service is phenomenal. Robin and the front desk lady are awesome. They treat you as family and I am very pleased with the services I have received from them.

I highly recommend Milton Martin Collision Center! My car looks brand new again! The staff here is great and genuinely cares about their customers. They took the time to answer all my questions and worked around my schedule to get my car back to me before my family left for vacation.

I may update my review at a later time, but communication has been terrible concerning my repair. When I called to complain about the misinformation, the wrong information was given again. I still don t know when my car will be ready. I have called numerous times and my husband even went by there. Everyone is really nice, but correct communication is vital.

I have a 2020 Honda CRV. A lady pulled out in front of me and did a lot of damage to the front end. Over $15,000 in damages. We decided that as soon as we got the vehicle back from Milton Martin we would trade it in for a new vehicle as a vehicle that has had that much damage is never the same. We got the vehicle back and it is PERFECT. Rides the same, no rattles, squeaks or vibrations, paint matches perfectly. We are keeping the vehicle! Thank you Milton Martin Collision Center and especially Jason Dotson.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE JASON! My 4Runner was keyed on both sides and they broke my bottom bumper. Jason and Jen kept me updated throughout the entire process! If there was more than a 5star button that is what I would pick! My car looked brand new when I picked it up. So thankful for them and a hardworking crew they had! Thx guys!!
