I took my car in for an oil change. They rotated my tires for free (package I selected) and told me about an online coupon. They started as soon as I arrived and finished within 20 minutes. Even checked my fluids and brake pads! I will gladly do business with them again! AND everyone was very nice, from the front desk to the maintenance men.

Just moved to Gainesville needed to find me a good place for my car and yep my new place to go. 5 stars guys. Great people with wonderful attitude. The lady up front super nice the mechanics super helpful!

Amazing!!!!! They work fast and they do a great job. The wait time was minimal. The staff is friendly and the tech that repaired my car came out and explained everything and was so polite. This is the only place I'll take my car for repairs. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I just recently came in to get my headlights replaced. Never thought I would say yay. I'm so happy with my new headlights! They went above my expectations with getting my job fixed. I'm always glad to see the front desk person, and the mechanics that work there have always been top-notch.

The crew was very through going over the problems with the coolant system in my wife's car. They fixed it and it runs like new which I count on since it is my wife's car and I want her to be safe. So did they! I highly recommend these guys and their office lady, who was very attentive and found the answers to things she couldn't answer right away.

I highly recommend Mark and his team at Meineke of Gainesville. They completed several overdue repairs on my SUV and have gained my trust and respect. They performed the work at a fair price and I was able to fix everything with the feeling of knowing it was done right and efficiently. James and Mark communicated with me upon arrival with my parts ready and waiting and now it runs like a champ. Mark has a lifetime customer in me.

I had called for a quote on my SUV got transferred to customer service. The person that assisted me was great. I called back one more time for a quote on an oil change on another car of mine. The person who received my phone call said his name was MARK he gave me the starting quote stated depending on vehicle it could go up I asked to speak to customer service for a firm quote on the specific type of car he said I was finishing for prices and hung up the phone. This is very unprofessional and rude to be talking to a potential customer.

I got an oil change on 11/5/21. The following day I noticed smoke coming out from under my hood after driving about 50 miles. When I popped the hood I noticed that my oil cap was missing, and there was oil splatter on the engine burning and smoking. I contacted the location and was told (in a rude tone) to bring the car by on Monday 11/8 to have them pressure wash the oil off of the engine. I had to buy a replacement oil cap in order to do so. When I got there on 11/8/21 they washed the engine, but then the service tech very quickly handed me the keys and he and the manager disappeared for about 30 minutes. I waited patiently for them to get back and when the manager finished assisting another customer I asked for a refund on the grounds of them losing my OEM oil cap, potentially putting my car at risk of throwing check engine codes or getting water in the engine. The manager argued at first and then reached into his personal wallet and threw $40 cash on the counter and told me to have a nice day. I took the money but I've felt very weird about it since, I feel like he did that to avoid a paper trail with corporate or something. It left a poor taste in my mouth and while I appreciate him washing the engine and giving me cash, I don't think I feel comfortable ever bringing my car back to a Meineke. Find a locally owned shop or take it to your dealership instead.

Took my Hellcat in today to have a Borla Atak Catback installed. They were able to get me in same day and took their time to ensure everything was lined up perfectly. I can not express how professional the staff were and the fact they took the time to go the extra mile really impressed me.This location will get all my business from now on.Thank you car sounds amazing now.Service: Exhaust

Phenomenal customer service, honest and professional. Takes time to explain your options, and I've never felt pushed or coaxed into making a purchase unlike many auto shops with high pressure sales tactics. I ve been using other car repair services until this year. I will not have any others work on my car anymore there respectfull honest business. My car had a few issues and thankfully they were very honest and upfront. Bruce is my preferred mechanic here on out.

Love the Gainesville location!! The owner is extremely welcoming and friendly. The mechanic staff always says hello if they see you too! If you re able to make an appointment, they re extremely quick, however, if you have to wait, it s worth the wait because you just can t beat the price and customer service. Plus, for $100, you will receive FIVE oil changes. This is the place to be for your vehicle if you live in the area!!! I started going there for oil changes before the pandemic and now that the pandemic is over, this location still has kept up customer service unlike many other businesses. Thank you Gainesville Meineke!!

Poor, I thought I had my brakes done here. Come to find out, they didn't do anything to the brakes. Whether they put used brakes on and charged for new,I couldn't tell you, but less than a year, I had to get all my brakes done again. The metal was showing, and the brakes were grinding. I wouldn't recommend these folks to work on anything. They showed me where there was an " oil leak." Well, they had apparently put oil on the bottom of the oil pan. How do I know you ask? When I got home, there was no oil on the ground or on the oil pan,I checked it daily. I'm telling you these folks are not to be trusted in my case. If you do take it there to get worked on, ask for your old parts that they changed, and check your car over real good before and after you take it in there.
