When I came in for an estimate, the man was very rude and you can tell he didn t want my services and maybe because I was black!!!!! He made me wait while he was doing nothing !!!!! He didn t even really look at my car just basically came up with some numbers and handed me a piece of paper with things on the paper that I didn t even need done. I only wanted my bumper repaired and the totaled was very close to 9,000 just for a bumper repair !!!! They are very racist and rude there !!!! Do not go and get your car fixed there unless it s through insurance because they will over charged you.

From Anna the receptionist to John who took care of my car to the body shop worker who fixed my car a big thank you. I would hands down recommend Lester Body Shop to anyone who needs their car repaired.

Honestly super happy how it came out. Having to look at that clear coat pealing every time I got into the car bothered me so much and once I finally saw my car after it was done I was surprised how good it came out. Only regret is not getting them to paint the front bumper at the same time as well since there is some slight noticeable difference in the paint but only if you re really looking for it. They were super professional in describing the process and recommended I get I not only paint the hood but blend it into the fenders as well and I m glad I did. Even considering getting the whole car done by them at some point to be honest. For what I paid it came out amazing and definitely recommend going here vs a place like maaco where they cant guarantee you won t get orange peel or overspray.Thanks again to everyone who worked on my car. Great work and hope to bring it back again some day :)

Their work is ALWAYS the best! I don't take my cars anywhere else. Their prices are fair and reasonable. All of the employees go out of their way to give you a pleasant experience. They are honest, and tell you exactly what is needed, and what it will cost up front, including a timeline for your work. I highly recommend them for all your important car needs.

Took my 2019 Tahoe in for a repair on drivers door and right front fender. John gave me a fast and fair price and got me scheduled. They had my Tahoe out two days earlier than promised at the exact price promised. Doug, the paint guy was superb! My Tahoe looks brand new again. They were referred, but I promise you I'll NEVER use them again. Courtesy and kindness means a great deal to me. That, they are not! The job they said they performed was nothing close to the price they paid and when I inquired about certain things that was not done to my vehicle, the attitude was extremely disrespectful. That really taught me a lesson to Never Again listen to referrals nor do business with this rip off company.

I have always been highly impressed with them in the past. This Time, I went in for an insurance claim from rear end accident. I asked about repairing a scratch on door, that I think, but admit I am not sure, happened from a Box Wood bush at the time. I even said I THINK that was the cause, but not sure. He gives me an ugly look like I am "working" the claim, and says "I am only authorized to repair rear end damage". I had never even ASKED about claiming it on the accident because it was such a small scratch, I even asked what my out of pocket would be not realizing they would have to repaint the whole door. He did offer to buff out with compound lightly and touch up paint it at no charge which I DID APPRICIATE. However, after 8 years as a Fire Fighter part time, and 24 years of providing engineering services to our country, I can not say I appreciated having my integrity or credibility questioned. I will give a further review after the work is performed. This makes my fifth service with them and I was always very pleased in the past, so I hope this was a "fluke" and I will not be disappointed after full service completion.

My husband and I brought our car here after a fender bender. The experience was extremely professional and stress free. This day in age its so nice to find a service that pays attention to every detail. Not only was our bumper fixed in a reasonable amount of time, the car was returned to us looking brand new. They did a fantastic job! We will be recommending Lester's to all of our friends and family!

Lester's has repaired my car a couple of times and has always done a fantastic job. I picked mine up after an accident a few weeks ago and this time was no exception. The repairs were done beautifully, the customer service and communication was excellent, plus my car was spotless and is running great. I recommend Lester's to others constantly, they do great work! Thank you!

WORST SHOP EVER!!!I would highly advise that you do NOT have Lester Body & Paint Shop perform any services to your vehicle. This company is paid in full via your insurance company, but they do NOT perform the services promised to you and your insurance company. They perform "patch work" to your vehicle and pocket the extra money. When you or your insurance company pay for new parts they lie about replacing the parts.I also advise women to avoid this shop especially. They will attempt to play on your lack of knowledge of vehicles if you are not familiar with the services. There is not a rating less than one, but they deserve just that.Service: Body & Trim

My car was taken here after I was rear-ended and the frame bent. I am from out of town and they were recommended to me. They're not completely friendly. The kicker is that they didn't replace the cover part for the top of my trunk that went over the wires and held groceries. My car has been leaking through the trunk where they did repairs. Now there is mildew and rust in the tire holder portion of the trunk. During the most recent heavy rain, the water ran from my trunk into the floorboards of my car. Do NOT use this company if you want the repair done correctly and everything put back together like it's supposed to be.

My son got hit in the back of his car. I work at nail salon in Gainesville and one of the customers over heard me taking about the accident. She highly recommended them. We live in Suwanee and drive all the way to their place. A very young looking girl barely looked at me and then the guy came out to get give us an estimate. The whole shop was so dismissive to us. With all of the chaos of the Asian hatred; We experienced it first hand here at this shop. What a shame!!! And if I able to give them a no star I would have but wasn t allowed to do so.

A fair rating would be zero. Completely unhappy with the work that was performed on my 2016 fusion. Took it in with minor front end damage. 3 weeks later..... They replaced parts they didn t need replacing. Didn t replace parts that did need replacement. Painted it completely different shade than factory and didn t think I d notice it in the rain. Left it longer for them to repaint front end. Had to return a month later because one of the 2 radiators they replaced was pouring antifreeze. Fixed that problem but wouldn t address the fan that continues to run from the time the car starts until 15/20 mins after the car if off. Billed my insurance company 3 separate times for warranty work that wasn t performed prior to the final bill. My car is now sitting at green Ford having all work redone. Due to LESTER S mechanics missing bolts, screws and incorrectly wired fan. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

The body damage was taken care of and looked great but when they got my car there was no dash light on. It takes a month and I get that due to covid , but after I get it back it is saying the air bag igniter and a couple other safety issues with it

If I could rate this a 0, I would. First off, when I first got there, there were no other customers but yet the receptionist made me fill out a piece of paper and wait a few minutes for someone to come out and speak to me. They were my 2nd stop for an estimate and they immediately declined my request for an estimate (after having to wait a few minutes) since I didn't take the lightly damaged vehicle(side mirror broke off) there. The first place I went to had no issue giving me an estimate without having the vehicle physically there, all they asked for was the VIN # and the car's year, make and model. If you can't give an ESTIMATE without having the car physically there then you aren't really that good at what you do.

I had to take my Crosstrek in because it got in a fight with a deer on the interstate.They did the repairs in a week (faster than expected), they were very friendly and professional. My car looks great too!Take your car here if you need body work, they've been in business for as long as I can remember. There is a reason for that.

As soon as you open their website it claims they work on "all make and models", however, they refused to even give me an estimate on my C10 pickup simply because it was too old, and a friends 83 hatchback mustang because it was too old as well. After hearing such good things about lester's for their great work, I was surprised to see this. I'm quite disappointed and will not be bringing anymore vehicles to them.

Too bad there is no "ZERO" rating. We took out truck here for minor front end damage. They had it for two weeks and when we got it back, it looked like it had been put back together by a child. The bumper and fenders were very obviously not on straight. Off by almost an inch in some areas. There were parts held on by 1 screw were, upon close inspection, there should have been six screws. There were trim pieces totally missing, dents not done, paint not done or overspray and drips, lights not plugged in, to name just a few things. But the WINNER BY FAR AND MOST DANGEROUS......when we went to get gas a couple of days after the truck was returned, the fuel hose was not there! You could see the ground below when you tried to put the nozzle in. We had been driving with an open gas line for two days with infants in the car! When we called them about this, they requested a "second chance". Of course we said no and insisted that the vehicle be towed to Jim Hardman in gainesville, where they started over and got it right! Lesters had lots of excuses, regular guy not there, somebody sick, blah blah, but this is a business, be professional.

Very trustworthy peopleI always take my car there for oil changes and maintenance. Someone backed into our CRV they took care of that too so I give them 5 star on their body shop also

Lost the key to the tool box and put another key on the ring to make it look like it was on there. They took a light out of the truck. Left a message about the key, no return phone call. Do not use

John was very helpful in identifying the problem with my automobile. I was more that just an alignment it was also the struts. Now I know the problem will be completely fixed with no more problems.

weather stripping and baseboard light not installed correctly. I noticed the weather stripping almost fell off after going through the car wash. The baseboard light was just left hanging and not wired through the door to the plastic compartment it was supposed to sit in. There is no way you dont do that on purpose. They were either lazy or rushed. This is a Progressive shop, and I will just demand using Toyota next time.
