Went for my 40,000 mile service. Staff is friendly and courteous. I asked about the wear of my tires ended up getting new ones due to major trip planned for June. My service and tires were done and my car was nice and clean! I really appreciate the car wash and vacuum to top it all off

My wife and I were in the market for a 2024 Telluride and want a very specific color combo with specific options. I called Jim Shorkey and spoke with the Sales Manager George. George was extremely helpful and not what you would typically expect when thinking about a car sales men.(sorry but true) He made us feel like family. George pulled up his inventory and was able to find the exact vehical we wanted. I told him we hate car shoping and he asked me to give him a shot to change my opinion. (He did) The process was quick and easy (He even offered to have the paperwork ready and car delivered to our house so we didnt have to sit in a dealership) As we moved through the car purchasing process he handed me over to TJ, and Shareef, both sales guys where very knowledgable and easy to talk to. They where able to get us an amazing deal ($2500) less then any other dealership around (We Shopped around). The team at Jim Shorkey definitely changed my opinion on car shopping and has earned my buissness for future buys, I have already told 3 other family members and friends they need to see them for their next car purchase. Thank you George, TJ, and Shareef for all you help! we absolutly LOVE our 2024 Telluride.

Gave a 3 star, not because how customer service was cause they were great But I can t put my opinion on the work they did, since my car won t crank to see the work finished they provided. Kia replaced my entire engine! But won t crank b/c the starter they say is back, & not covered with the new engine replacement I d love to give another review once I get the car to crank & really be able to see how this new engine drives

Wanted to come on here and brag about Miguel in service. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was in good shape. Miguel s professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. I m extremely grateful as I began to hear a noise on my Kia Sportage (thankfully it was nothing) and Miguel made sure to put me on the schedule for the next available appointment, so thankful for his exceptional dedication and expertise. I left knowing my car was in good shape and didn t have to worry about any surprises down the road. I highly recommend him for all your service needs.

I recently had a fantastic experience Kia dealership. The customer service was top-notch, with staff , personally big tank you to Shareef Traish also the other members were above and beyond to assist me in finding the right car. The wide selection of Kia vehicles made it easy for me to find exactly what I was looking for, and the pricing was transparent and fair. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. Went looking for a 2017 vehicle that had actually just sold before I got there, but fortunately Joe Lewis was an amazing sales rep who got me into a 2021 vehicle with less mileage and still within my budget!! He was personable, friendly, and extremely helpful!! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for their next vehicle!! After the sale with Joe, I went to Chris J in finance and he too was absolutely wonderful! Not only was he friendly and personable but he managed to get me a much better warranty and a lower rate!! I recommend them both for anyone on a budget and looking for a car!! Check them out and let them help you like they did me!

Contacted the dealer by phone and spoke with Ronnie. We talked about a specific vehicle and he verbally committed to a price. When I came in to purchased he was true to his word and the process was seamless. Jacob did an excellent job demonstrating ask the features on the new Telluride and prepared our paperwork in a timely manner. It was truly a no hassle experience!

Great service! My wife wanted a new car and JT was extremely patient with her. He showed her several cars and answered all her questions. He knew all the features and benefits of each car.Rafael, one of the managers, was great and always attentive Would recommend buying a car here!!!

I had to come in from TN, a 3 hour drive. They worked with me over the phone, sent several pictures, and gave an honest assessment of the truck's condition. The following day, I drove home in my new truck. Also, they offered a very fair deal for my truck as a trade in. Hopefully everything works out for all those that work there in the middle of the rebuild.

This is the best Kia dealer that I have ever been to. I ve had my Kia for eight years and I ve been to several dealerships, but this one is the greatest. I appreciate the service, the mechanic did a great job. The service advisor was very nice, kind and very professional. He listened to all my concerns and said we are going to take care it. Me and my husband had the pleasure to buy a Kia Sorento last weekend. While we were there John Talavera helped us tremendously. We told him we had somewhere to be in a few hours and he made sure he got us out of there with plenty of time to spare. Everyone was so nice and helpful I would recommend for anyone to get into a Kia and to go to Jim shorkey to purchase it.

We drove 4 hours from Alabama to get a 2022 EV6 Wind and we could not be happier. Everyone in the process, from the receptionist guiding my husband's many phone calls, to Aaron securing our business, to Sam the amazing salesman that guided us through it, to the financial manager (so sorry, I do not remember his name, but he was awesome!). Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. If you live around here, this is the place to go for a car. If you don't live around here, it's still probably going to be worth it!

Just got a brand new Kia forte three days ago, with the help of Samuel. The process was fairly quickly. Both sales and manager worked to get me in a car that fit my monthly budget. Finance manager was awesome! Overall, very satisfied experience.

Had a great experience! The Kia in Buford turned us off with their not stellar customer service in the service dept., but we were refreshed to be greeted with such amazing customer care at Shorkey Gainesville Kia! Friendly, informative, quick, and efficient! Service Department is great!!

Jim Shorkey Gainesville Kia is the best car dealership we have ever been to and worked with. The General Manager Mike is phenomenal, along with his staff. We could write a lot but let's leave it at we travel from Charleston, SC just to get our cars from here. So thankful for this Kia and their amazing team.

Took my car in for an oil change. First time here. I was able to book my appt for the next day. They were very friendly, the waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they were fast getting me out of there. 10/10 will be bringing my vehicle back for all my service and maintenance needs!

I had made an online appointment for a scheduled maintenance appointment with an estimate of just under $400, but got talked into services totaling over $1200. I always feel like I have been taken advantage of when I leave this dealership.

I just bought my 2023 Kia Sportage PHEV from here. What a great group of friendly folks here. I haven't bought a car from a dealer in almost 7 years! Jairo "Jay" was a great salesperson to work with. George in the finance office was also amazing. I didn't feel like any of them pressured me into anything (which made me want to get extra care warranty!). Thanks for a good experience team.

I always take my car to Jim Shorkey Kia to be serviced. They are great and very fast. Love the people working there. The price for oil change has gotten so high I will have to do it myself. I'm a 72 year old woman but I can do it.

Received great customer service when there. I was having issues with my car engine early in the morning heading to work and called the service dealership. I spoke with Mr. Alex and told him the situation. I was able to bring the car in on a short notice and they serviced my car very quickly and got me back on the road. I really appreciate that service staff and Mr . Alex. Thank you.

Great service as always. I went for an oil change. During the inspection they found a couple of things that were in need. They promptly let me know with no pressure. Stayed late for a Saturday pick up. Great company. Will continue to go back.

On 2-26-24, Alex in the service dept was wonderful to work with. My Kia Sorento needed the updated anti theft software, tow hitch wire assembly and an extra key made. He gave a discount on my key which I greatly appreciate. Thank you Alex and the staff at Jim Shirley.

Called today to see if we could bring our car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They told us to bring it in right then. Took less than 45 minutes ! Other dealerships make you schedule an appointment and sometimes it's weeks out.

We purchased a 2024 Kia carnival SX prestige. We loved our overall experience till it came down to being pressured to take a survey review of our purchase and experience. I was very honest in the review- till it came down to some of the features of the vehicle. We no longer qualified for a free oil change and tire rotation because they did not recieve a perfect score, even gave us a nice cheat sheet to get said perfect score- I will never lie to get something for free but it seems as though that is what was wanted from us. They will no longer get our service, and future purchases and will take our service elsewhere. Shameful.

Nice selection and attentive selling staff. However, they didn't have any information on the special financing offered on their website until I talked to the finance manager. APR I was offered initially was borderline offensive, but we were able to come to an agreement. Overall, a pretty typical car buying experience, but they do offer great prices.
