Once more they have gone above and beyond my expectations! They took wonderful care of me from the moment I walked in the door! As a women I feel like I could be taken advantage of because I know nothing about cars however that was not the case. They did an awesome job!

Had a Jeep Wrangler that was involved in a hit and run accident. Was referred to Jim Shorkey Gainesville Collision Center by my insurance company. My experience with the entire staff was wonderful, from the first call to make an appointment to the final visit to pick up the Jeep. Ryan was the estimator and my main contact, he was the absolute best to work with. Kept me informed, clearly explained choices when needed. I have zero complaints and would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs collision repairs.Service: Body & Trim

When I brought my KIA Forte here a few years ago for a minor insurance claim repair I was treated with courteous and friendly service. It only got better from there. I was kept advised, the lady at the counter was extremely knowledgeable about the paperwork process, the manager treated me with respect. It all went so smoothly. The repair was topnotch. A very satisfied customer.

Overall great experience with my vehicle repairs at Carriage Collision Center. Doug and William are extremely knowledgeable and professional. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and the price paid was very reasonable. I cannot say enough about the quality of the work. My car looks perfect, as if there had never been any damage. I will definitely use Carriage Collision Center for any future body work needs. Highly recommend!

I took my brand new Telluride here after I was involved in a rear end accident. This place was wonderful to deal with. Since I was unfamiliar with the accident process they help guide me through the whole process. They did a wonderful job on the repairs and even finished the work sooner than they estimated. I ve had a wonderful experience at Carriage Kia and now had a wonderful experience at their collision center! I highly recommend this company for everything from purchase to service to body work!

Took my 16 Honda Accord here with a nasty scratch on the door. Doug and his team did an incredible job and I would highly recommend any make or model to give these guys a look. Fair pricing, awesome work/attention to detail

Unfortunately I have had to bring my new van to them twice already. Both times they made it look like new. Very professional and excellent work. Work was completed in a timely manner and Doug went over and above to take care of me. I hope I never need them again but if I do I will not hesitate to call.

Would not recommend. Took our car there for an estimate or so I thought. They started repairs without even telling us. Be weary of their affidavit they make you sign to get an estimate. It also includes that they can start work and do whatever they want with your vehicle without the insurance company or your approval. After talking to us in a not so kind manner and telling us it would take 3 weeks to repair we decided to go elsewhere. Except! They would not let us pick it up until we paid the $200.00 in repairs that they had already started. Paid the amount to get my car back even though I was pretty mad. Look at the bill and the majority of it was storage fees. They literally blocked my car in so I could not pick it up and then they charged me storage fees. I would never recommend this company and I will never go here again.

I had never been in a car accident before so I didn't know what to expect. The insurance company had suggested a body shop to take my vehicle to, but I did not like the body shop's reviews and did not trust them to make the repairs my car needed. Luckily, in the state of Georgia, we are able to choose the body shop of our choice, so I decided to do some research. I decided to go along with Carriage Nissan Collision Center because William was very honest and informed me of how the process would work. His technicians did an excellent job and left my car looking like new! Three months later, I was involved in a second car accident and they were my first choice. My car was ~5% from being totaled because the damage was so bad. Again, William's technicians worked their magic and my car looked as good as new! They did an impeccable job, kept me informed throughout the repairs, and were always professional. Thank you!

Couldn't tell you about their work because when I called they wouldn't listen to what I was asking. My car was damaged and I wanted an estimate from their shop, independent of the at fault drivers insurance. Whoever spoke with me on the phone couldn't seem to understand that I have the option of getting my own estimate and told me several time I would need to contact the other party's insurance. After several minutes of trying to explain my situation, what I wanted, and trying to get her understand I finally hung up the phone.

I dropped off my new Toyota Corolla after an accident for repairs and I got it back looking as good as new sooner than I thought! William was extremely helpful with the process and it definitely made the experience a lot easier to handle.

Can't say much about this business since my significant other dealt with them the day we picked up our belongings from our vehicle but process seemed really pretty quick and was at most simple with no hassles &/or altercations :)

Bruce from the collison center and David from the Mitsubishi service side was very helpful! They both were so professional, knowledgeable, and provided the best customer service I have experienced!!! Worst experience ever my vehicle has been in there for almost two months and every time i call they tell me something different wether if it s problems with insurance or waiting or parts they always change their stories on why my vehicle isn t ready ..Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

After careful consideration,I would never use this shop again,the front desk lady acts like she s doing you a favor by answering the phone ,and I was told that I could pick up my car in a week well that turned into another week and then 4days in a row I was given excuses as to why it wasn t ready yet ,including they scratched it while cleaning it ,these people are not professional,because I feel like they outright lied to me on at least 4 or 5 occasions ,I feel like I will definitely be calling State Farm about this too ,because this was their big bright idea

Horrible customer service didn t update me on my car at ALL. So I decided to call after 2 weeks & the guy who answered said they were waiting on the insurance to pay but didn t tell me I had to pay prior to picking my car up
