I needed to have some body work done due to a deer striking my front bumper and denting it. Hardy Collision did a great job, replacing both the damaged bumper and grill.They would be a 5-star company, if not for the wait and confusion I experienced regarding who was responsible for the cost of materials, as my experience with them had to do with an insurance claim, and there was a little confusion as to who was to approve the work.With that being said, Eric and his team are great and on-the-spot honest folk. They are, in my opinion, one of the best folks to work with and I would recommend them as a #1 choice for bodywork.

VERY disappointed! Took our car here to have bad rock scratch and dent fixed. They fixed that problem, but left us with a bigger problem. They repainted the whole hood. When we got it home, I noticed bubble looking places and dirt nibs in several places all over the hood. Told them this was not acceptable. They painted it again. This time there's still a couple of bubble places, and all they did was rearrange the dirt nibs. We were advised to come here, saying they do great work. This did not turn out to be the case for us, even after taking it back a 2nd time. VERY disappointing for not even a 2 year old car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The staff at Hardy Chevrolet Collision Center is top notch to say the least. They made the entire process of having my vehicle repaired easy and I was well informed throughout. Katie is one of the most professional and knowledge women I have met. She kept me up to date on repairs and helped my navigation with incredible kindness. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them in the future!

I'll have to say I don't leave a star less then one because there not that option. Communication was poor when having to explain why truck was not fitting its needs . Made assumptions where there was not needed. And for more the issue was never fix took it here thinking they best at there Job was promised a well done right and was disappointed. If could have been advised would have not paid my part!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I'm only leaving one star because there isn't an option for less. From terrible communication, incompetent part ordering and planning, to amateur fitment and finish of the final work, I cannot dissuade potential customers from using this shop strongly enough. To top things off, they were a "recommended" body shop by my insurance company! Stay away.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Dropped my truck off from a collision and spoke with Katie and Eric were very professional and straight forward and concise with the estimate and focused on items that were also my concern. They gave me an itemized estimate and timeframe which were spot on. Went to pick up truck when it was done and inspected the truck and the vehicle quality of the repair were fantastic. They are my go to repair facility for future repairs which I hope never are needed. But will tell all my friends and family this is the place to go for autobody repairs. So all in all a five star experience. Kudos to Katie Pruett and Eric Sagro for making a bad situation into a very positive experience.Service: Body & Trim
