I found that the sales and finance teams at Greene Ford in Gainesville were excellent and experienced. Did I get the exact price I wanted? No. I wanted a steal! Who doesn't!? I did, however, get an extremely fair price that I couldn't beat anywhere. I also got exceptional customer service, haggle-free and fair sales experience, and kindness. I was treated well and given honest responses from start to finish. I would definitely give them my business and recommend them to my friends and family.

I was honestly blown away by the exceptional customer service I received not only by our salesman Brian, but by the Sales Manager as well. We had to travel 4 1/2 hours round trip to purchase our vehicle and Brian had all the pre approval completed by phone, and the paperwork ready to sign when we arrived. It was by far and away the fastest purchase I ve ever experienced at a car dealership. Upon completion of our interaction we returned home with our new vehicle where my husband discovered an issue with the brake rotors. Since it was after hours I messaged Brian the following business day and he immediately responded that his manager would contact me soon. He did, at which point he was very polite, apologetic, and mission-minded to rectify the situation. Because my husband and I had busy work weeks and do not live conveniently to the dealership he had a driver come, same day, to pick up our car; left us with a car to drive, fixed the brakes, and returned it back to us via a driver the following day. I say this with complete sincerity; customer service like this is almost obsolete in today s culture. My husband and I were so impressed by this dealership that we plan to purchase our next vehicle from them as well. I ll be back for that Bronco Brian, be ready

This was my first time visiting the Ford in Gainesville. I dropped my car off with an idea of what was wrong with it. Ford confirmed the issue and got it fixed quickly the same day. Overall very satisfied with my experience. If I need service again in the future, I will definitely trust my car with them.

At this time I am pleased with the transmission repair on my F150. Mark and your service personnel courteous, friendly and prompt. The cost of repair was $2100. I am new resident of Georgia and first time using your repair service. Suggestion would be to show customer the old replaced parts and provide explanation what problem was and why the repair needed. Minor repairs are not of concern. Not being a mechanic, repairs at major cost as this repair, further discussion by personnel would create better customer understanding, satisfaction and confidence when next need for services may be required. Had my car while it was under warranty for electronics issues and said they could not find a problem after less than 1 day in the shop. I came back a few months later with video proof of the electronics issues and they said the car was 1 month out of warranty. They had known about the problem prior to the warranty ending but refused to fix the problem once they found it. Service advisors are rude and service manager is useless. Take your business elsewhere.

My main point of contact was with Tony Harris. Very knowledgeable and experienced sales man. From the moment I got in contact with him, he was very helpful and polite. We were able to test drive the car at a day and time convenient to us and they worked with our credit union to help finance the vehicle. It was a very back and forth process with us, our bank, and the dealership, however they remained patient. I am glad I have a new vehicle during this holiday season!

My 2014 explorer flooded and we began looking at options while waiting on the insurance company. We met David S. One day while looking at Greene Ford. Out of all the people we spoke to at other dealerships, David was the only one that was patient and understood that we were fighting with insurance and couldn t do anything until they finalized their decision with the 2014. He would check in once in a while but nothing over powering or pushy. As soon as we got the call that the 2014 was totalled, we immediately knew where we were going. David and the team at Greene Ford made the purchase smooth and I am now enjoying my new 2023 Ford Bronco sport.Thanks David!

The WORST service experience EVER!! The guy at the front desk was just fine but the mechanics inside are a dumbest mechanics ever . I went there just for engine oil change and fuel filters change and it was a completely disaster with engine oil and diesel everywhere so NASTY JOB.I ve been owned RAM trucks and I NEVER had any issues with RAM dealerships service department and now that I own a Ford truck really I was disappointed with their service.Beware with them.

Friday afternoon and all the technicians are gone . One of the technicians had clocked out but had not left. He over heard my conversation with the gentleman at the service counter and offered to run the code on my vehicle so that I would not need to come back. So very nice of him. Thank you so much. You saved me a trip!

The service center at Greene Ford has very knowledgeable people. They listen to what I was experiencing and looked into it. They checked everything and couldn t find a problem. It s a very reputable service center.

The service was quick and the check out lady was very nice. The gentleman that checked me in when I arrived was upsetting to say the least. I asked for an oil change and an alignment and his response was why do you think you need an alignment? I don t care for being talked down to, or being treated as if I don t have an understanding of how to care for my vehicle. Maybe next time I go for a hair cut I will be asked what makes me think I need a hair cut .

Very pleasant environment professional staff Mark confirmed my appointment I asked them to check on a couple of items besides service scheduled was contacted promptly after inspection identified problem made repairs called me early on Monday to tell me my vehicle would be ready to pick up at noon and it was waiting for me when I got there. I will definitely be using Greene Ford

Asked for oil change and tire rotation and brake pad check.They called to say my car was done a day later. I asked how my car was and the guy said fine. I asked what was done and he told me they changed the oil. I asked if they rotated the tires and he said they could not find the wheel lock key even though they did not ask me for it at the beginning, I assumed a Ford service dept would have one or would ask for it after knowing what service was asked for. Not a good experience. They were not very friendly or helpful

After going to a different Ford dealership and then telling me that it would take 3-4 days just to diagnose my vehicle, I took it to the Greene Ford dealership. They diagnosed it within an hour and within 2 hours of dropping it off, it was fixed. The service department was amazing, friendly, and fast!

Easy buying experience. No extra nonsense. No haggle. Truly make you and your time feel valued. Family has used Greene for many years and they always deliver when it comes to treating you right. My salesman Tony H deserves a shout out as well. Extremely nice and knowledgeable.

First time calling in to schedule service for a taillight replacement on my 2021 F150. Steve handled the call, the proceeded to ask if I had damaged the light myself and began to argue about whether or not my purchased extended warranty would cover the replacement cost. Not the best impression and I did not feel welcome there. Taking my business elsewhere. Do better.UPDATE: Not sure where Steve went, I have been working with JD and service has been fast, fair and accurate. Thank you for changing my opinion, JD!

Fast friendly service. Steve, the advisor, was solid and efficient. Parts were in stock, and the work was done well and quickly. Quite the opposite of another Ford Dealer who shall go nameless in this post, and who will never see me again.Just finished up a second visit to Greene Ford in Gainesville GA. Once again, my maintenance work was done quickly & professionally. I also had a repair done on this visit, and the part was not in stock at the dealership. They quickly got the part in about 12 hours, not days, and they made the repair quickly. My F-150 Limited is now PERFECT again.This is a very good, and high quality Ford Dealer.

They us to be honest and good with my car when i take it in for a oil change are anything but now they act it they don t care i can t help that the car have a lot of recall on it and i want it fixed before the recall expires then it on me can t wait till i done with them
