I purchased my first motorcycle here about two weeks ago and looking back at the process I went through it's really hard for me to find any complaints. All of the staff are very kind & helpful and many of them not only work there but are also motorsports enthusiasts themselves. This brings a nice atmosphere to Gainesville Motorsports and it didn't feel like just another cold, soulless dealership to me.Two employees that really shined were Brian from parts & Mark from the sales team, although I truly had a positive experience with everyone. Between answering all my questions, showing me how to safely operate my new motorcycle and being honest with me about pricing, it's a very easy place to recommend.Thank you for making me a happy new motorcycle owner without any regrets

Kudos to the guy in the battery section today around 11:30. I think his name was Brian S. My son was having a meltdown and he came over to save the day with a box of suckers. Thank you for the great customer service!

5 star review is for the experience we had with Eric and Anthony at Gainesville motorsports. Eric is very knowledgeable about the boats and jet skis that he works on and was able to answer all of our questions we had with our new boat purchase.Anthony, the sales manager, really helped us and stepped in to correct an issue that our salesman made when we order some additional parts for our new boat.It was not a seamless purchase, but the efforts from Eric and Anthony made it a pleasant experience at the end of it all.

Went to buy a pw50 for my son. Everyone very perfessional quick process I was surprised how fast I was done. Clean organized alot of nice units for a fair price they did everything to help us even had a technician go over the bike with me and answer any questions I had. If your not buying from them your losing money

Mark Bellows and Ted Cobb treated us like GOLD!!! My son and I had a hard time finding a 2022 yz125! Then we came across Gainesville Motorsports on Cycletrader. We spoke with Mark and he said they just got one in stock, told him that we would be making a 14hr trip from NY to pick up the bike. He assured us that it would be ready. When we got there, the bike was all gassed up and ready to go. Ted treated us like family also. Thru in some merch, to represent the store! We're pumped and ready to race, thanks to Gainesville Motorsports and Ted C and Mark B. Awesome job guys!

Could never get any service every time I go to the parts department. Was there trying to buy fork oil earlier this week and the lady just acted like I wasn t standing at the register for 5 min. Fraziers is a few miles next town but worth the service.

I was looking for a cash deal on a used trail bike and stumbled upon the Yamaha Wr250F online. Decided to call and check in on it and spoke with Cody about it over the phone. I live 1.5 hours away and wanted to make sure the bike would be available. So I decided to make the drive that day to come and look at it.Upon arrival and being greeted by everyone, I began looking over the bike and I noticed the carb was leaking a bit and front forks needed new seals. Other than that, the bike was excellent. They took it into the shop that day and fixed the seals and took care of the carb as well, no questions asked and free of charge!I never once felt pressured to buy and was even offered that I could come back to look at it once it was out of shop to decide if I still wanted it. Cody kept me informed the entire way through the process and was very upfront about everything. He had all the paperwork basically done upon arrival, and he even offered to deliver it!Long story short, I decided to buy that day and would come back to pick up once it was ready. I am very happy with my purchase and do not understand the negative reviews reflected on this dealership... It is a business after all, not a charity. And people take things way too personal now and turn into keyboard warriors if they don t get their way...You have earned a valued customer after this purchase and I will be back once I m in the market again.Thank you again to Cody, and the entire team at Gainesville for your service.

I took my cruiser in to replace both tires and they found I needed new rear brakes as well. They took care of me with no problem. Total professionalism from everyone I encountered in the service department. I assume they saw my retired military license plates and they thanked me for my service, I really appreciated that. Top notch operation and I'll make sure everyone from the American Legion Riders uses them whenever the opportunity arises. Keep up the great work, you have a customer for life and I will refer you to anyone that asks about motorcycle needs.

A real shop (not one of the chain stores) with great people. I called saying I was working on a deal at one of the chain stores but they did not have the bike there best price was more that the limit by credit union would do. Jon asked what the prices needed to be and he came back 13.47 more. No time wasted no BS. Did it all via the phone. The next day I picked up my new bike for the price the other dealer said was impossible and was impressed buy the service I got. Less than 5 minutes in the box to finish the paper work and I was off after a detailed review of the bike.

Hate showing up to these places when you're a bike lover with little means!!!!Place was clean and organized well. Had a good selection. Sales persons ok with knowledge. They had the in between classes I was looking for. I'm a super/hyper sport guy, but realistically, looking for urban naked to sport touring class. Only because I know I will run longer trips than quick hops I did when younger. Had a few small cc sport bikes. Some used. I would actually buy about 3 of the used. But overall, good visit

They sell good gear for a much more budget friendly price than what mountain motorsports offers. I went to buy a jacket and I couldn't decide on a riding jacket and the parts counter person was quite informed and helped me choose the safest and most ergonomic jacket for my needs. Needless to say it helped a lot.

Overall a good dealership. Sales guys are fat and happy but the economy will change that soon enough I have purchased 2 new bikes from them in the last 3 years. But after trying to negotiate a third I gave up.Can t say enough good things about the parts department though. They re great and the prices are very good too.

Just purchased a 4 wheeler and dirt bike from the team at Gainesville Motorsports and could not be more satisfied. Great dealing with Mark in sales and Cam Roos and his team in parts really took care of me with recommendations and maintenance items. Easy time in the sales office for final paperwork and I was on my way! Thanks!

Don t let the looks of this place fool you It is awful. My nephew went and bought me a battery from here and it worked perfectly the first time we used it on our beautiful yellow jet ski. The next day we took it out, boom, it was dead. We had to recharge it just to get it to start and I was stranded on the lake one day because it did not have enough charge to start again after we turned it off. This same process happened repeatedly and that is where I draw the line We took it back to Gainesville motorsports and they blamed it on my sweet nephew and said the battery was perfectly fine. Went to another store a couple hours later and our problem was solved almost immediately. I highly recommend thinking twice about going to Gainesville Motorsports.

NOTE: My review reflects my limited experience purchasing items in their shop and a couple phone calls with service folks. (I've not purchased a vehicle here.)Thus far, all my interactions with the folks in the shop and service center have been very good. They've taken the time to answer numerous questions of mine and give me good advice.

My boyfriend and I bought 2 jet skis about a month ago. Naturally, with the shortage in everything, we had to buy one at a different location. The other location ran us around for HOURS. They kept telling us it will be built soon, and five hours later it was still not built, we finally left and had to drive all the way back out there the next day. IT was a horrible experience. Then we ended up at this place for our second ski. We had a man named Brandon, and he was the absolute BEST salesperson ever. He had the ski ready for us the moment we were there. It was a quick process, no problems. We wish we were able to buy two from this place. They even gave us a cover in because there was a scratch from building the ski. I would recommend this place to anyone, and if you go, ask for Brandon.

Went there last Saturday to buy a Polaris 450 Sportsman. They didn't disclose all of the other charges until they got me interested. $1,500 freight charge + other charges. $7,800 ATV was turning out to be over $10,000. At one point, the salesman said, "I don't care if I sell it as long as I am out of here in three hours." No deal! I immediately went to Mall of GA Mountain Motorsports. More than $1,000 less and I got several add ons to include a bumper, metal front and rear racks, and a trickle charger at no extra charge.

Purchased a new bike, Husky Norden 901. Did it all remotely from Florida with salesman William Rush. Simple, fast and easy. No upselling pressure. Arrived to pick it up and it was the fastest handover process I gave ever had for any vehicle ever. No upselling warranty / extras pressure. Thank you Ted Cobb. Great experience, highly recommended.

Went to Gainesville Motorsports to buy a dirt bike for my son and asked for a bike that was automatic. Was told by salesman that the bike we got was automatic. Don t have a lot of experience to recognize an auto from a manual. My son tried to ride it but couldn t because it turned out to be a manual and he wasn t comfortable riding it. I figured he would catch on but the second time was his last and doesn t want to ride it again. I called Gainesville Motorsports and explained everything and was told bring it in and they would exchange for an automatic which was great. Told my son and he was happy. Then when I called back to find out all paperwork I need to bring in they changed there mind and said all I can do is trade it in. They made mistake saying bike was an automatic when it was not. Now stuck with bike that won t be used. So very disappointed. Was going to buy another bike or two from them but won t.

Was ready to purchase a TC65 until i was told there is a $990.00 freight fee? Please be honest with your add on fees. A bike of that size does not cost $990 to ship.
