I really liked the location, it was super convenient. The guys were really nice, and Christian even walked me through checking my own oil and transmission fluid. Thanks to the amazing customer service, this is the only place I will be going from now on!

David was the associate who helped me with h my oil change. He was kind and considerate. He asked me what level of service I would like and if there was anything else he could do to help me. Great customer service!

They have always done a great job when it s time for my oil change. One of the workers named Reece was really helpfully and opened a lane when I pulled up to help it move quicker. They always take care of their customers and also let me know I can add oil if needed with just a quick stop

Called at 3:50 asked if they was busy ..he stated no...told him I needed a tire patched...I said do yall close at 5..yes..he said come on and let me take a look at it..I said I'm 5 miles away ..get there at 4:07 and guy up front says oh we won't have time to do it today...I said why did yall just tell me to drive here? He stated he didnt know who i spoke to...They never even looked at the tire or anything ...complete waste of time driving around on a low tire in the rain ...

Reece, Joe, Gavin, Asher, and Thomas hooked it up today with my oil change. Issues with the hood were solved by their expertise. Oil change was quick and efficient. Service was priced fair and accordingly! Give these guys a raise!

My first and last time going here.It seemed like I was more of a bother being there than a customer.They say they're a full service auto center but when it came to something as simple as a headlight replacement bulb and a air filter not only did they not have in stock but didn't even try to suggest having parts delivered.When I suggested it only answer he gave me was that even his suppliers would have to order from a warehouse. This is Browns Bridge rd area the Car and Auto parts store Capital of Hall co.I told him I would be in area again on Monday but he didn't offer to order them.When I said Auto Zone would have them he agreed.I mean there's auto parts stores every other block for a few miles and he couldn't care less about helping the customer.Of course they had no problem charging 95.00 for a oil change.I'll never go back.

1st time: oil pan screw stripped out.Went in to have it fixed and was forced into another oil change.2nd time: skid plate fell off next day.Both visits: ridiculously overpriced, about 3x that of other places and they don't quote you until everything's already finished.Go somewhere else if you don't feel like getting scammed

I literally came today to get help with getting a tire on a scooter after getting off work at the hotel next door. It s a tubeless tire. So which involves the two pry pieces for it to be put on which I didn t have. I asked for help to the clerk and I gave him details of what I needed. He then walked to the back and I over heard them talking saying that I was arguing saying other wise which I was not. I Dont like a false narrative liar. I was explaining that I didn t need the big tools. I needed the small tools and wanted them to do it.Then they proceeded to laugh so I just walked out because that was disrespectful to a customer that waited outside of a business for me to be disrespected and quite honestly It was my first time ever stepping foot in the business and will be the last. It s a way you handle things especially coming from a neighboring business. I never asked anything for free I was willing to pay for a service but it didn t even get to that point. If you want to improve your business you should learn how to treat people with respect. For yall to claim to be tire engineers, yall are pretty incompetent for a simple tire change. Yall could have made a customers day on my bday but instead you spit in my face by being disrespectful.

I went to get my brakes repaired. They replaced the rear brake pads, calipers and rotors for $1000, and it took 3 days. A few weeks later the brakes were awful again. Took it back there for an oil change (also overpriced) and told them what was going on and if they could just glance at it while I was there, and if things looked bad I would leave the car there for them to fix it. They said no, they d have to charge me if they looked, and it would be at least 3 hours before they could even do that. Took my car to another shop and they replaced my front pads, calipers and rotors in 2 hours and charged $270. Needless to say, I ll never go back here and would very highly recommend finding somewhere else to take your car, even if that means waiting a few days for an appointment. This place is a scam. On a side note, you ll also likely wait around for 15-20 minutes at the front desk before someone decides to come talk to you.

Not happy. Didn t ask what kind of oil I wanted, luckily when I asked, he was putting the correct kind. They pumped it out from the top so when I asked what it was for, he said bc my Kia doesn t have a drain plug. That s ridiculous lol then when I had my tires rotated by them, they beat up my wheels!! I ve changed my own oil and rotated my own tires before. I m a lady but I m not an idiot. This is for anyone who doesn t have the time and wants a rush job. Make sure you don t care about your car s condition afterwards if you take it here. $120 later I should have just made the time to do it myself and not be disappointed Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Go anywhere else. We ll never be back. They charge more than double what the dealership does for an oil change, and they lie about checking any other fluids. I might overlook that if they did a great job, but they DON T. Here s a photo of a giant puddle of oil in my driveway, because someone couldn t properly install an oil filter. I m leaving on a long road trip tomorrow and if I hadn t noticed this, I might have blown the engine and trashed my car, in the middle of nowhere. Awful, incompetent, and crazy-overpriced. Go literally anywhere else, it couldn t be worse.

First off I would like to say that seeing new faces at this location is a breath of fresh air. I come here for all of my oil changes but had gotten to the point of finding a new place because of the employees cared more about their conversation than the customer. But today, Isaac was wonderful! He was attentive and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back to see him.

Ricky changed our oil and filters and was fast and friendly. He also gave us a printout for the maintenance plan for our car. There was no waiting in line and we stayed in our car while it was being done. We are new to the area so we needed to find a new place to get our oil change done. I will say that Rickey was so great. He was polite and patient with our questions we had. Everyone there seemed to be very nice and very informative. It s funny how you can be one town over and the quality of service is so much better. We will definitely be coming back.Service: Oil change

Went to get an oil change for my car and it costed 140 dollars for an oil change on my 2017 ford fusion and it was my first time with the car and they didn t wanna give me the sticker for the next oil change unbelievable

This is my normal go to place for oil change. The experience today makes me think it will not be my go to anymore. Normally, they have excellent customer service, today was horrible.I didn t get the normal light check, the guy didn t give me the run down of anything wrong (even though I heard the guy that was downstairs yell up to him about all the things that is normally explained to the customer). The attendant was too busy talking to the other attendants to worry about customer care.

Showed up, there weren't any clear directions on where to go or what to do, the technicians were all busy, nobody came up to me or greeted me, so I left after about 10 min. Can't talk about the oil change, but they could work on their customer service.

Came for a new tire. Issac checked my tires and found a leak and two low treads. Decided to buy all four new tires. The first quote was too high, he came back with a separate lowered quote for different tire brand. Timed at 2 hours and it only took 1. Thomas changed my oil and it took less than 10 mins. I was driving when I got a low oil warning. I immediately took my vehicle to Express Oil to have it looked at. Rickey not only looked at my truck, he diagnosed it as a leak coming from my oil filter. He stated it was tightened enough. He performed the oil change and changed out my Air Filter. He had me in and out very quickly and offered me $10.00 off the package for my military service. I took my moms car in to get an oil change and was pleased to have the service done by the new guy, Ramon. My mom doesn t speak to much English and she sometimes doesn t understand what they tell her while getting her oil changed. It was nice to come home and tell her she would now be able to take her car and ask for Ramon. He had me in and out quick. He checked the car to make sure her tire pressure and a few other things were good on the car. Although I only went in to get the oil changed on the car, he was very helpful and let me know that her car would need new tires soon. He was very respectful and professional when I declined to have them done that same day. I will definitely be back and having him service me and my mom s vehicles.Service: Oil change

Don't let them use your oil for a change, the credits they give you are nowhere close to how much you will pay for your own oil.I bought $30 worth of oil and they only gave me an $8 credit, when I told the manager Mike that I would like a refund or credit on my next visit he was incredibly condescending and rudely informed me that a refund/credit would not be possible. I would have been okay with not getting a refund/credit but his attitude was unacceptable.
