I had a fantastic experience replacing my tires at this place! The staff, especially Abraham, were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. Gabriel's positive energy over the phone made me feel valued as a customer. It's evident they enjoy their job and care about both my business and vehicle. Not only were they enthusiastic and helpful, but the service was also incredibly timely. They even got me started earlier than I expected, making the entire experience even more convenient. Great team! Highly recommended!

I purchased a set of tires for my farm truck from Discount Tire. The service there was amazing. I started in a tire shop in 1986 and worked there for about three years as a young teenager. It was the premium tire shop in the area and it was known for customer service and satisfaction. I always felt we were in a class all our own back then and this is the first shop I ve been in where I felt they held the same standard. I was sold an excellent set of tires at an unbelievable price. The wait was very reasonable and I was completely satisfied. Isidro, the store manager, takes a lot of pride in his job and it creates an excellent culture of customer care. Well done!!

SKIP WALMART TIRE!!! COME HERE!GREAT BILINGUAL SERVICE-SAVE TIME BY MAKING AN APPOINTMENTIt was my first time here, and I called to make an appointment. It saved me a lot of time. Abraham helped me get all my tires set after clearly explaining all of the packages and prices. I paid upfront, although I was offered financing options.I chose the cheapest package for all 4 tires, and wanted a guarantee that covers damage to the tires up to a certain mileage after installation. The cost was $545 after taxes.I waited for about an hour, and sat at a bar-type seat while I waited. I was even sent a text that contained a link for me to check the status of my service. Finally, my car was pulled up to the front for me to easily drive off. I was also recommended to get my car aligned next door.The service was great, and I won t ever go anywhere else for tires.

If you want to get in and out fast, IMHO, do NOT make an appointment. Just be there as soon as they open. I arrived at their earliest appointment time, 8:15am and there there were already like 7 people in front of me. This is not the first time of this happening. During Covid, appointment(s) were mandatory. Oh, and they used to play Christian music but no longer the case .

They are always prompt and courteous. They have done tires for me in the past and stand behind their work. I stop by frequently because they will adjust your tire pressure as a courtesy no matter where the tires came from. Great service. Maybe not the cheapest prices but great service.

I cannot say enough great things about the Gainesville Discount Tire location. The prices are great and the customer service is even better! Everyone was extremely professional and kind and I could not of had a better experience. I will definitely be back when it s time to replace my tires again.

Only place within a 50 mile radius who had two 22 Escalade tires in stock. Really got us out of a bind the day after Christmas when someone slashed my wife s rear tires. And on top of that, their cost was truly a discount versus the bigger name tire centers who would have had to order them anyways. Turnaround was about 1 hour as well.Thank you, Discount Tire!

Staff is very helpful. This location is usually very busy but they get the work done quickly and accurately. Prices are good and they offer great deals. I sent a friend over on a Friday afternoon and they hooked him up quick with a set of wheels & tires. I also went over on a late Friday and they got the work done fast. Highly recommended!

I purchased 4 new 255/70/15. Tires they mounted them with no balance an they all had leaks they were supposed to send me 4 replacements to have installed at different tire shop never received my tires but they kept my $786 I wouldn t recommend going to this tire store

I have been doing business - work and personal with these guys for years. Courteous, reasonably prices and great service.Make a reservation and you will beIn and out in an hour with a tire rotation and balance.

Great service, support and friendly staff. I looked around to find a certain set of rims and tires for my Jeep and the staff at Discount Tire was able to order the exact items in and have them installed in less than a week. My new go to place for rim and tires.

I ve been using Discount Tire for over a decade and I have nothing but positive to say. Service is superb and very efficient. Recently I ve purchased new wheels & tires for my 2023 Subaru Crosstrek. Very pleased with the staff at Gainesville location. I ll be customer for life. Thank you so much

Jairo was amazing! I was able to get my wheel dropped off and a new tire installed within 30 mins on a busy Saturday afternoon. He was so nice and helpful. EST 45+ mins but they were fast, efficient, and even helped load it up in my car for me. Thank you so much for great service and a good price!

great prices for tires for trailers. also got our batteries replaced on our tire sensors for our truck. their cost for all 4 was what the dealer wanted for 1.

Best tire shop around! The guys here are always fantastic! Ramon is helpful for sure and so are the rest of the guys, they re busy sometimes for sure but that means they re doing something right! They installed my new motegi racing wheels! Love them!!

Got there 30 minutes before my appointment time. Told me they had 4 of the 6 tires, that I had ordered! Long drive for 2/3 of a tire job! They wanted me to come back next week, like diesel is cheap and my time isn't worth anything! No thanks!I went down the road to an awesome tire place, got my new (6) tires put on the same day, and saved around $1000!!!

I Love these guys! First time I encountered them was years ago I was a damsel in distress it was a Saturday they were closed, yet they helped me anyway. I vowed to always go here and have ever since. They are excellent

Excellent service here. It was obviously busy, they had cars in every bay and the crew and staff there had such a hustle on. The clerical staff were very prompt to deal with customers and polite about it too. While they were dealing with customers in front of me and I was waiting to be seen I was greeted and acknowledged. Then when I was being dealt with, the gentleman, Nate, was extremely proficient, professional and polite. Wasn t trying to push any sale or deal on me, was helpful and honest whenever I asked questions and had plenty of genuine banter with substance whilst we completed our transaction. Car was taken in and done in probably about a half hour. Superb Oh yeah and their prices and offers are on par

I always come here for tires and the whole staff is kind, knowledgeable, and get you in & out very quickly! I had an issue once where the tire I requested wasn t in the store when I showed up for my appt but Daniel went above & beyond to find a solution. Daniel is very upbeat & personable and always ensures a great experience! I wouldn t go anywhere else for tires.

I bought tires for my F150 a few months ago and went back in September to buy wheels and tires for my Kia. They have the best prices and great customer service. Pay an extra $10 per tire and get road hazard coverage. If the tire can't be fixed they will replace it. Free rotate and balance for the life of your tires.

Starting to figure out no matter which discount tire location I go to, it s always a great experience. Been going to them for over 10 years now and will not shop anywhere else. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Jairo and the other gentlemen were awesome.

Awesome Tire store. The staff is the best. From the service writers to the technicians. Everyone is really trying to give the best service possible. They are also conscience of the value of your time. They always keep you updated and try to get you done and put the door as soon as they can! Bravo

The service at this location is awesome! The staff really does try to get you checked in and out as soon as they can. Isidro got me taken care of with replacing a tire with a great deal!
