Wow, what amazing service! Jonathan and his team are so incredibly helpful, courteous, and generous with their time. Jonathan in particular went out of his way to help my 90-year-old father with his car troubles and made sure my father was in very good, safe hands. I haven't enjoyed such good, kind, and fast service in a long time. This is a great company that is lead by a great manager. I could not recommend them more highly. And Jonathan is the very best. Thank you, Jonathan and Diamond Auto!

Never ever again, I will take my car there. I said Never.I took my car there for oil change and the guy told me that something needed to be changed on my engine. He said it looks so bad that my car can let me down anytime on the way. Scared I told them to change it for me. And it took them 6 whole hours for them to fix it because they took off the thing without having a new one to replace it. That wasn't even the big deal. The worst part is they broke my car instead of fixing it. That same night my car started having battery problem and like play like play my car had to be towed to the dealership to be fixed. Please do not let them fix anything on your car. They know nothing.

Michigan Visitor! My car was in desperate need of a wash after the 700-mile trip. Looked up Diamond Auto Spa and they did not disappoint! Very thrilled with the results and all for a great price! My husband suprised me with a car detailing today why I was at work. Car is spotless, smells new, outside shiny. Said it was cheap, and quick! Highly recommend and will be returning :)

Not a good experience, I paid for a hand wash and their wax, $110 is that it cost, first off they do not hand wash they use brushes only that look old, I didn t not want the dirt being pushed and scratched all over my paint but they do this behind the building so you can t call them out on it not being a hand wash, they did not clean wheel wells undercarriage and the interior was a joke with the level of quality, and the employees when you ask questions when you ask about different packages look at you like your stupid. I was not happy with my experience.

Car wash needs to be upgraded and the staff isn t very friendly. But I love that I can get a wash and have a basic wipe down and vacuum fairly cheap. Going extra isn t worth the cost because they do not detail very well.

Decent quality & results. Process started quickly. Initial contact greeter was polite and thorough. Normal attempt made to scale up amount of service being purchased. Just doing his job but I already knew what I wanted before going. Unsuspecting customers should proceed with caution otherwise purchase could be pricey.

I spent $120 thinking they would do a deep clean and oil and it didn't look much better at all than when I spend $20 extremely upset with how it turned out I regret paying this much just for it to not even look good. I thought they would clean out the stains and get a bunch of the dirt and junk off the dash off and they even missed some of that.

The vehicle wasn't really clean on the exterior after they were finished with it. I went back within a half hour to show them. The worker said we "needed" a wax. The wax cost $55.00 more! This was a disappointment, as we have used this business many times. I don't want to go back there anymore.Service: Full body washService: Full body wash

There just aren't enough stars for the gentleman that helped me out. On the road for work and my car was telling me I needed oil. Not only did I get that, but a car wash. Thank you Sir! The lady from Florida

Just went for an oil change and was told I needed unnecessary work done on my car. Women beware! They think we re dumb! Go to North Hall Tire and Wheel for all of your car care. They will be honest with you and not charge you for unnecessary maintenance.

They advertise that they have a hand wash option. No one there could tell me how that works. The dash and door panels were left streaky from the armor all. It's just not a good experience.

Went up there and requested the top tier of work they offered. Needless to say they did not deliver. 300 bucks later attention to detail is not the goal at diamond. I ll never go back and never recommend them.

Great friendly services. Bought a car that was very much neglected had mod on the floors and sticky everything. I have always had good experiences at Diamond Auto Spa. Today though, whoever washed my Jeep did a fantastic job. Very thoughtful and thorough. They even took great care in cleaning the soft top windows.I also got an oil change and tire rotation. I have a car that intend to sell and was pretty dirty. I decided to just pay to have it cleaned and detailed by Diamond Auto Spa as a first time customer. I asked the lady at the counter where to go for a wash and told her it was my first time, and she directed me to a line behind the building. I wanted a hand wash and interior clean/detail. There was another lady that was talking to people in line and deciding what service they wanted. When it was my turn I reiterated it was my first time but said I wanted the full deal, wash and interior clean. She was it was pretty dirty and told me it d be $105. 55 for the car wash and 50 for the interior clean. I told her that would be fine, whatever it took to get it done. She didn t ask me details about what I wanted, sort of told me instead but with a price of 55 for a wash I thought it had to be a hand wash. Her job seemed to be to deem what people needed and this car definitely needed a hand wash. I approached a tunnel where I saw two people rinsing cars off as they entered and thought there must be more that wash as we go through. I had a big SUV in front of me and couldn t see what was past them. Even though I said it was my first time there, I wasn t told there was gonna be a track for my tire so I did not see it and had a rough start hitting the track unexpectedly. I just stopped and let them guide me to get the tire in properly. I then saw it was an automatic wash, which I had no choice but to go through at that point but thought they must hand wash it on the other side. My car was taken after the automatic wash for interior cleaning. I sat patiently while they did their job. I had the day off and didn t mind waiting. I was surprised when they told me they were done. The interior looked good, save for one fairly obvious stain that was missed but once I pointed it out the lady doing the interior fixed that quickly. No big deal. What I couldn t accept was the dirt still on the outside of the car. There was no hand washing done and they charged 55 dollars to go through a automatic wash. I showed the checkout girl the car and she agreed it wasn t near clean. She was nice, but did not offer a hand wash when I expressed the miscommunication somewhere and that that was what I wanted. She offered to put it through the automatic wash again. Okay. I let them take my car and run it through again. It looked better, but had obvious several inch dirt lines running out of crevices like the gas cap and spoiler. She was much less accepting to my displeasure after I sort of grimaced again. We were both cordial and no harsh words were spoken. We just didn t agree at that point. She basically said when you pay for a service it s not perfect sometimes. And I was thinking if I pay over 100 dollars for a car wash I d like to at least get the dirt off of it. Still, no hand wash was offered. During our discussion, I asked how the ladies cleaning the car interior were paid, because they were working very hard at a continuous pace. She said hourly + tips. I asked how much hourly? She would not answer, but I said Not enough? Her look implied not enough. Cool. So even though they are handed a receipt with a barcode on it with the order and total, they cannot scan those and be paid commission. The customer is expected to supplement the pay of these workers who are constantly on the move making the business tons of money. Instead of argue I just accepted this was gonna be the final call, paid $110 or so, and then tipped the interior lady 20 dollars. After I left, I drove to a self service car wash and fairly easily removed the dirt that remained on the car by hand. Unfortunately, on the way home I tried to open my cup holder to discover it no longer worked. I thought maybe the stuff they cleaned with was sticky. I had to wait a couple days until I could find something to get the holder out that wouldn t damage it. It was then I confirmed that it was not stuck, it was broken. So I paid 130 dollars to drive the car to a self service anyway with a broken cup holder. I won t use them ever again.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Prices are too high for the level of service, especially for a drive through automated wash with a wipe down. The people doing the wipe down miss obvious grime and dirt that the machine also missed. The interior and window work is pretty good, but the outside work needs to be more thorough. Their hand car wash is good, but even more expensive.

Worst car wash EVER. Used brown packing tape to tape rear windshield wiper, left glue residue that I had to scrap off with razor. Rinse was a joke, left soap spots all over my car. Back latch was somehow dirtier coming out than going in. NEVER again.

I have been a customer of Diamond Auto Spa for over 5 years, the service is great and you can't beat the price for what you get. $35.00 for a Penzoil oil change a car wash, vacuum the interior, clean the windows inside and out, clean the door pillars and the door frames. I wouldn't do it for $35.00 it's a lot of work.. and you are usually in out in 30 minutes. What more could you ask?UPDATE: 8/15/2023Service is still excellent, they now use Valvoline oil and the price has increased just like everything else. But for $50 you still get a fast oil change, your car washed, vacuumed, windows cleaned inside and out, floor mats washed and scrubbed. You still can't beat it for the price.

I have used this Diamond location for 10 years for car cleaning services for my personal vehicles and for many business vehicles. The service is always friendly, jobs done well and quickly. I'd especially like to recognize the gentlemen who greets customers at the car wash entry. I am sorry I do not have his name but he has been there for many years and does a great job. He always meets me with a smile & although he explains options to me when I need him to, I really like that he doesn't try to push unwanted services on me. It's just nice to have the consistency of his friendly and professional greeting every time I arrive for so many years.I have used this location for oil change services and been pleased with that as well. I believe there is also a representative there, that seems to oversee a lot of what's going on. He's been there for quite a while too and he's very professional and friendly to deal with...knows his stuff, but doesn't try to push unnecessary items into your oil change visit like so many places do.I'd also like to say thanks to Sandra E. at the check out counter. She is always friendly and even opens my air fresheners for me so they are ready to go when my car is done and I don't have trash to deal with. I know that may seem like an unimportant thing, but to me it's just one of the many little things that are done well and make customers appreciate coming to this location.
