Honestly I don t leave many reviews, but I ve had a great experience with them multiple times. Unfortunately I ve had to use their services twice. Fortunately they are awesome. They are very good at communicating with you on the status of your vehicle. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They even let me know there was a paint warranty on my vehicle when I asked them to look at some unrelated paint that was flaking off. Class act people. They go above and beyond. They washed the outside as I knew they would, but I was surprised to see the inside of my vehicle cleaned out when I picked it up! (It was pretty dirty) thanks again!

Awful. Dropped my car off to be repaired after a collision. Got it back with a damaged side mirror, one that wasn t affected by the accident. Even though they had pictures in their system with it undamaged at checkin, and pictures of it damaged when I picked it up, I had to do the legwork and get it repaired myself because they kept deflecting and not agreeing to do the research themselves, so now I m fighting with them to reimburse me.Angela the front receptionist was fantastic. But the shop not taking responsibility for damaging my mirror is enough to keep me from going here again.

+24 hours after my last interaction with this business (I allowed enough time for them to hopefully make the situation right. I have not received a call & assume I won t)I dropped my 2018 Jeep Cherokee off after a side swipe accident caused damage to drivers side & wheels. I used Hertz rental (bad) and dropped my Jeep off. My rental car was for 20 days, repairs took approximately 15 days. Shop communicated well and they were kind. The office manager/ front desk lady is incredibly nice & thoughtful. Had to drive my car to work the next morning and, since it was dark, I noticed how dim my headlights were. Upon inspection, my drivers headlight was out/ not working and switching to high beams didn t change the lights on driver or passenger side. Called the shop and they asked me to bring it back. Inconvenient as I work 2 jobs (+65 hours a week) but I m still grateful they re acknowledging the problem. Shop manager stayed slightly later than normal business hours to be reasonably accommodating. Turns out, they can t fix it and are predicting it to be an electrical problem needing diagnostic testing performed at Jeep dealership. I was asked to and did specifically arrange a time window to bring the Jeep in for a third time so that a rental car would be arranged with Enterprise (was hoping for better experience than Hertz) so that it would be a little more convenient I guess (for me?? Idk). I get to the shop a third time (when I should still be working and taking care of patients) and wait for almost an hour for Enterprise to show up. I tell the collision shop that the reflector light that was replaced is missing and I had just noticed it that morning. I stated that I did not expect them to replace it but that I did not know if someone hit it or if it fell off. Later in the day I checked my parking area and no plastic was found. I can only assume the plastic reflector replaced by this collision shop FELL OFF the Jeep at some point within the past week or so. Once at Enterprise, I m told it s +$200 for the car rental. More than double the price of Hertz, who didn t charge up front at all!! And this rental wasn t expected to be as long as the first rental, from what I was led to believe. Anyways, I m in tears at this point and ask to be taken back to my Jeep at the collision shop. I ask for my keys back and get in my Jeep to go back to work when the shop manager guy comes out and seems shocked that Enterprise was going to charge me +$200. I m then further confused because at no point did the collision shop offer to cover the expenses they caused as a direct result of returning my Jeep to me with a defective headlight versus thoroughly checking their work and ensuring total completion. Crying WORSE super embarrassing but I can t at all contain my despair at this point. He asks me to wait a few minutes and I do. I wait at least 10 minutes (closer to 15) and he hadn t come back and I had to get back to work as it was already taking much longer than I was led to believe it would. Therefore, I had to drive away. They haven t called to offer any help or solution. In all honesty and vulnerability, I truly couldn t and still can t afford the +$200 rental that I technically shouldn t have to be paying at all after paying $500 deductible to the shop and paying for the first rental. I did more than my part by paying, obviously, and also repeatedly taking the vehicle there but I m still left with the issues they should have resolved.TLDR: started out pretty good but ended poorly with unfinished work and a new electrical problem that I didn t have before the car accident.

Took my Mustang here after a karmically challenged idiot decided to hit my car and leave (I wish you the biggest premature bald spot). Nick and his team got my bumper taken care of immediately and got it all done in record speed without cutting corners. When I showed up to pick her up, she was gleaming, shiny, and all fixed! They kept me informed on the whole process, from beginning to end. Will definitely use them again if anything else happens to my baby. Great staff and shop!!

Nick and team did a wonderful job fixing our van door through our insurance company. They kept us up to date on the progress and worked around our busy schedules to make sure we had the most smooth process as possible. The door looks great and works great. They are an excellent Collision Center. They keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle repairs. They also clean up your vehicle after they have made the repairs. I will recommend this place to anyone who needs this service. Dennis was especially detailed with keeping me up to date. He probably answered any questions I had. And made absolutely certain that please did the follow up after I received my vehicle.

Took amazing care of my car after an accident! Frasier is hands down the BEST person to deal with! It's been over a year since my accident, stopped in today to inquire about a part an to paint it, he said he has it make it happen. Everyone there is just amazing!!!!

I recently used classic collision through my insurance for a paint repair, and they exceeded my expectations. I was well informed through the entire process and they completed their job in a timely manner. They did a great job on the paint, and they even added minor finishing details to make my vehicle look better. I d 100% recommend taking your vehicle here! The address is 1200 Jesse Jewell SW, it is by the Bamboo Carwash and where Bojangles used to be. Gps will take you to the wrong address. The staff is very courteous and professional. I was able to easily get a quote for body work on my car quickly and with no hassles. I had to call for proper directions and the receptionist was very helpful in getting me directed properly.Service: Body & Trim

I called Classic after hitting a deer and was thrilled that they could do an estimate within a week. The young man who did the estimate was polite and seemed knowledgeable. But after waiting a week to hear back from them, i called to see when i could bring my van in. I was told that they hadnt sent the estimate to my insurance company. The manager sent it while we were on the phone but then he told me that they wouldnt work on my van . It had too many miles on it. Right at 200,00. I was stunned! The manager was apologetic but it didnt seem sincere. I couldnt believe that noone had said anything about this "policy'". I had wasted nearly 3 weeks to just be shunted off because my van isnt new. Just dont bother with this place. They dont deserve your time and money.Service: Body & Trim

Could not have done a worse job. We were told 5 days in a row our car would be ready each day around 5pm we receive a call saying otherwise. When we finally get our car it is trashed. More damage than what we brought it in with. Customer service is terrible. They laugh at you on the phone, unbelievably disrespectful. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE. 0 sense of respect. If you are an insurance company or were referred by insurance. DECLINE IMMEDIATELY. Just please trust me, I don't wish this headache and for these people to take advantage of anyone else ever again. Dennis Damron, General Manager and Stephen Bryant, Estimator were both very professional and helpful through the repair process of my car. The estimated of repair time was on schedule; Stephen kept me well informed of any and all changes. The rental process through Enterprise was even seamless.I am extremely satisfied with the outcome:. The team at Classis Collision of Gainesville were super professional. They were up front and honest about parts that may delay the vehicle being repaired when we dropped the car off. However, they got the car ready a day early! They were constantly updating me with the changes to the car, and even reported a mechanical issue they found that wasn't accident related. They also took the time to understand the accident in order to better repair the car. I would recommend this collision shop to anyone and everyone!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

I ll start by saying I m thoroughly picky with my truck. They answered all my questions and walked me through the process with their Geico claims. They sent me updates, pictures, anything I asked. Wonderful customer service and I looked over the truck when I received it and I have no complaints. All the panel gaps are perfect, the parts are OEM and the paint job was flawless. Would recommend, hopefully I would not need collision repair anytime soon but if I did they would be the first to call.

I can't say enough nice things about my experience with Classic Collision. Any time you have to bring your car in to a body shop is a stressful time but they took all the sting out of it. Lexi was on the ball as soon as I walked in the first time to talk to somebody about dropping my car off. My SUV was fixed perfectly, paint matched exactly and they were able to do a couple of other little things I needed added. It also took significantly less time to repair than I originally anticipated. Lexi was patient with me as I asked numerous questions via email and phone while my vehicle was there. They sent incredibly convenient text messages as my car wound it's way through the repair process. Such as "Your car is going in to the paint booth today" "We're waiting for the adjustor to come back and look at something, should be on track today for beginning repairs". I can't wait to begin referring people to Classic Collision Gainesville for all their body repair needs. because my experience was so positive.

After reading the reviews, I felt good leaving my truck there for paint and repairs. Yes, they kept me updated and impressed me. Until.....I went to pick it up. Paint texture didn't match, painted over a couple small dents (wasn't part of claim, lol).I've seen backyard body shops turn out better work. I'm surprised Geico would send their customers there. I think pinching my finger when I took my light assembly out to plug my bulbs back in gave me a bad taste too.Ahh...suppose you can't win them all.Service: Painting

I has an amazing experience with Classic Collision of Gainesville! The phone receptionist was always willing to take my calls, and management was very helpful as this was the first time my car has been in a shop. My car was completed so fast, and you can t even tell it was wrecked! I would recommend this body shop to anyone for anything they need done!

The men and ladies at Classic Collision of Gainesville are the absolute best body shop around! They kept me informed of the status of the repair of my vehicle, took care of me and handled my situation very professionally and compassionately. I would most definitely recommend them, hands down, over any other body shop!

Great place! Staff was always professional and curtious. Got great updates on our vehicle and the progress. Car looked great and repair was seamless! Detailing was fantastic and we are very pleased with our experience overall. I am sure we will be returning should we need anything in the future.

Never kept any good contavr with me at all. Promised my truck would be done about 8 different times and I had to contact them on days of to find out they didn't have the part. Then they needed other parts and didn't let me know they were ordering more parts. Been unprofessional the entire time and the girl at the 1st desk is not no better.Service: Body & Trim

Great work, great experience, timely work, high quality work, they care about the customer being very well taken care of, if you need a body shop I highly recommend them. When it's time for my truck to get its paint job I will be going here.

Worst experience ever. So i get my car fixed by these clowns (holcomb fraizer) and was the worst instead of replacing parts they cut it and cover it up. Instead of using new parts they go to the junk yard to get them. And still charged over $3800. DO NOT GO THERE I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP AND GO TO CALIBER COLLISION.
