Highly recommend this branch in Gainesville! Freddie was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help with me with a battery replacement. He was kind, generous, and went out of his way to help. 10/5 stars. Ask for Freddie and you won't be disappointed!!! Very positive experience!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I came here today looking for a part. We walked to the line and waited for our turn to be helped. We were greeted by a man named Charles who walked right up to us after he had gotten done chit chatting with someone else. He stood 6 feet away and screamed NEXT as loud as he could as if we couldn t hear. As my husband walked up to the desk the man stared him down as if he was going to fight him. My husband described the exact part he needed and the man clicked on the wrong parts and said NOT IT . My husband repeated the exact name of what he was needing and he found it then stormed off to get it. The other workers laughed seeing how he was acting. He came back and rang everything up then screamed once again PHONE NUMBER . We said we didn t think we had one but gave him one anyways or else he would have rolled over the desk to fight us with the look he kept giving us. He said wrong you actually do. We said sorry for not knowing. Then it came time to pay and he just flicked his fat finger at the card reader. Then he had to do his job and bag our items huffing and puffing. My husband grabbed the bag since Lord forbid he d have to hand it to us too and turned and walked off. My face was burning red because I was so confused and a little scared, being we had never met this man before. Believe me please go down the road to anywhere else to save your time from that lunatic.

I went in there and didn t know what the part I needed was called and the lady was being very very rude. Making noises like ughh and yawning saying things like well maybe you shouldn t take things apart that you don t know. Worst experience I ve ever had at AutoZone. On the other hand the guy that helped me was very nice and patient and tried to help. I didn t catch anyone names but the girl was short and white

Quick and friendly, I will definitely be coming back here. The engineer on duty changed out my high and low beams for me and was really helpful when he realized I d bought the wrong bulb for my car! I wish I d gotten his name so I can shout him out, but if you read this dude, you are awesome!! First time here and it won t be the last.

Bought some wiper blades. The employee was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The wipers were also installed for me.I would definitely do business again with this store.

I had a great experience today at this AutoZone. I had gone to three other auto parts stores to try to find a piece for my car and nobody anywhere else would help me. Pete S. helped me figure out what part I needed and was very helpful and now my car is running smoothly again. He is a great employee and has very great customer service skills. He took more than 30 minutes out of his day to help me find and fixed the problem with my car when no one else would.

Need better service. Didn t even check that my breakes had lift time warranty, and try to sale me something they didn t offered me . And had new breaks I didn t use to return and didn t want to.. there new still wrap in there plastic.. gonna start going to advance or Oraillies better service.

Yeh I've been standing at the door fir 5 min now ,and it is not unlocked,after waiting for 10 minutes the Manger, lady, told me to go to another location because she didn't know how to do returns ,used excuses, I know because I've worked for autozone as a manager and for over 2 years

Better than Advance Auto, but still a lace more for a weekend DIY'er than a real mechanic. Also will have people hiding in the back while people are lined up out front. They will actually look right at the long line and ignore their customers while chatting about something other than work related topics. I've witnessed it first hand on multiple occasions.

I went for a new battery. I wanted an employee to install the battery. She said she could sell me a good battery but there was no one to put it on. I mean really? At an auto store? Retail stores have gone to hell in a hand basket

There is this very kind guy with glasses that always helps. Usually when I go to other Autozone they just don t care about my problem and don t try and help and make my visit the best. He in the other hand is always so kind and very helpful.

I would have given a higher score for the customer service but because of what I saw, I gave a 3. At no time should any customer be subjected to what I saw. The employee helped by installing a battery that I purchased, but when he got down to pick up a bolt he had dropped under my car, his pants were below his rear end, his underwear were halfway down, and the moon was shining bright. None of this is exaggeration. I thought for a moment about snapping a photo but I don't think I would have had time anyway. Please please make belts a mandatory part of the uniform, especially if the jeans are loose fitting.

This store not only has a lot of knowledge, they have a big heart. I was so impressed by the employees going above and beyond the call of their job duty in order to achieve customer satisfaction and form a family in the community as well. You never have to wait long and you receive service with a smile. Thanks for everything especially putting up with my broken down car!

Excellent customer service. You get welcomed when you enter the store. Clean well organized store. Stocked well. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpfull staff. I needed help with a wiper installation and Mr. Steve helped me out and did a great job. Thank you. I will be back. 5 stars. Also I loved the air refreshner selection.

Had to exchange a part bought earlier and guy at the counter went to the trouble to check part number between the original part and the part we were about to get. There was a difference and he exchanged with no problem and no added cost. His attitude was exceptional and came across very knowledgeable. Will return if we need car parts.

Kyle S was so helpful to me and my husband. He was generous with his time & made our experience at Auto Zone amazing. We were 3 hours from home when our Jeep s alternator blew. We called Auto Zone and Kyle helped in every way he could!

I've had a lot of trouble with them giving me the wrong part or saying it's not in stock and then me finding it myself all in all they have a lot of room for improvement. They're friendly but they're knowledge of what you're doing and what part you need is lacking in their understanding of their computer system is even worse
