The did an exceptional job the call center kinda messed up and scheduled me without them knowing they still made a way to go get my glass and installed it very nice and professional like I would recommend to anyone

Mike was our tech and he was effiecent, polite, helpful, and made me feel he was concerned with quality and doing the job right the first time. I would certainly call them again if I should need auto work done in the future.

I had a great experience with them from start to finish. They filed the claim for me with my insurance company and the initial phone call to them was quick and easy! I can t remember the name of the girl who answered the phone but she was very helpful and Andrew was also great at helping me out! I appreciated the service I got as this is the first time I ve ever had to replace my windshield and had no clue what to expect.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had submitted my claim to my insurance company, they referred this company to fix my windshield. I had asked what was their reviews like , my insurance company informed me they don t see reviews of the company. So I went with them, they were called on Wednesday, they couldn t get me in until Friday, I asked what time to the customer service representative she stated she didn t know that they would call me between 8:30-9 am to give me my time. So I took off work due to they asked could they come to my job to do it, but I would need to park in a wide space for the technician to be able to open my doors to do the windshield, I informed the customer service representative that my job parking lot is tight, so she said that wouldn t work. So we scheduled me for Friday, once again I took off due to them not giving me a accurate time when they would be there. So I also had called back to my insurance company to get another number just to see if they could do it sooner than Friday, not knowing because I asked for another company s number and information they canceled my appointment for Friday. So once again I took off , no one informed me that my appointment was canceled, not my insurance company nor North Ga Auto Glass. So I had no clue that my appointment was canceled until the time was 10 am no call to inform me what time they would be there to fix my glass. Then they stated my appointment was canceled and that they didn t have an appointment for me when I had a confirmation number but no one sent an email or call to inform me my appointment had been cancelled. This company is very unprofessional and I informed them I had an appointment and took off work to get my windshield fixed , the lady didn t care she stated your appointment was canceled and we can get you back in next week sometime. Horrible customer service and horrible service all together with not informing me my appointment had been canceled.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The technician that installed the windshield did a great job. His assistant that reset the lane camera did not. The overhead console was damaged during the adjustments and North Georgia Auto glass recently purchased by Auto Glass Now will not accept responsibility for the repair.Service: Auto windshield repairService: Auto windshield repair

Highly recommend North Ga. auto glass to anyone with any glass repair or replacement need on their vehicle. Staff was very friendly and professional, quickly helped me with my cracked windshield. Ron, Patrick and the rest of the staff deserve a well earned high praise. Lowest prices in the area and my windshield was replaced within one day. Amazingly fast and responsive, they replaced our windshield the very next day after deciding the repair was unsatisfactory. They did excellent work and it took significantly less time than expected. Setting up my appointment was painless and they were able to quickly find a day that worked with my schedule. Patrick called me not once, but twice, on the day of my appointment to update me on his arrival time. When he arrived, he was pleasant and professional, had the job done in 20 minutes. I paid right at $1000 to have my Range Rover front windshield replaced. I now hear air coming through the right corner and now it is whistling! I ve even gone through car washes & water is coming inside. I have tried to reach out to them and no one is responding. I think they were my second phone call from me calling around in search of finding the right place. During my 3rd phone call, I made the appointment. It was an insurance claim and the representative (Kim) was patient with me, informative, great, and very professional. They did everything they said they would do and I am very thankful. The staff at NGA were friendly, fast and knowledgeable. My windshield was replaced, cleaned and calibrated (twice because Subaru's are finicky and it didn't work the first time) quickly and efficiently. This company told me they would be out between 8-12 then calls me and tells me they don t have me on the list and that they can come out the next day. I wasted my whole morning waiting on them and now I have to drive to Florida with a chip in my glass that should have been fixed.. when I asked to speak to supervisor he was apparently working out in the field if I could give no stars I would

Calling and getting the information I needed was super easily and the lady was very nice and clear. The maintenance guy was careful not to get close and maintain social distance. He was polite and did a great job in a surprisingly short amount of time. Pricing is good when I compared. The overall service was super easy and had no hassle. This was one of the most responsive, professional and respectful service technicians I have ever worked with. He replaced the broken window, noted that my battery was dead and repositioned my car and his truck in order to use jumper cables to start my battery. He pointed out to me some damp areas in the back of my car and recommended they be left open to the sun and wind for a few hours to promote drying out.He thoroughly cleaned up after his work was completed. I could not be happier with the superb service provided by North Georgia Auto Glass. They came to my home to install a new windshield. I watched the entire process in awe including removal of the damaged windshield, installation of the new windshield, reconnection of the electronics, and recalibration of the ADAS. I just called North Georgia Auto Glass to ask about my windshield on my Mercedes CLK 500 and without asking any questions about the windshield the woman who answered the phone automatically said it needed to be replaced! It was clear by the way she answered the phone that she didn't have any idea about auto glass. Unfortunate, because they lost a customer

I just want to be able to provide deserving input to the Auto Glass Experience technician . Keith s communication prior to arrival was excellent and he arrived before his commitment time-frame. His work was exceptional and his appearance on wearing the brand and his caution he displayed when removing an installing the windshield was exceptional. I have become a believer in Auto Glass Experience and would use them again if needed. I had a great experience with North Georgia Auto Glass. The woman I spoke with helped confirm my suspicions that two other companies I had contacted about windshield repair were giving me false information to make extra money. She was friendly and helpful, and the man who installed my windshield did a great job. They came to my house with no extra charge and the work was done quickly. The price was great too! I highly recommend this company

The technician installer Ron Prather was very nice and professional he did an exceptional job on our windshield he replaced on 11/03/21. So far all is good no leaks noticed 11/18/21. We had checked a few other places I am glad we choose North Georgia Auto Glass. Technicians arrived on time and installed new windshield. Several days later a very small defect in the glass was noticed. Technicians returned and validated that it definitely was a defect in the glass and immediately installed a new windshield. Extraordinary customer service. Definitely recommend them

Service was excellent. Price of install and windshield very reasonable. Only complaint is that the entire windshield, like around the edges until about 3" from the side. The professional called with a time and was there when he said. He had the broken glass out and the new one installed in no time at all. As fast as he was, he did a very professional job, he didn't leave a mess in the car and everything was neat and tidy.
