We were having some issues with our boat trailer brakes. Airport Trailer Service was awesome! They got us in right away, notified us what the issues were and got it done. Very nice people at this company to work with. Highly recommend.

If you are in the transportation business as I am. I work with one of the largest transportation companies in the world. You have information to help you make the best decision for you and your company. Parts $37.21. Other fees - $92.58. Labor was not requested or required.Other fees such as Hydrolic service supplies (measuring guage), shipping and handling (picking up o ring box from rack), environmental cost (not sure I brought everything in and took everything out with me), cylinder evaluation match seals (I think that means comparing o rings in a box) =$92.58. Imagine if you went to a fast food restaurant and they charged you $20 to put the meal you ordered in a bag and handed it to you, this is how I felt.

I had a truck with some brake and rust issues that several other shops didn't want to touch. Alan (One of the owners), jumped right in and did an immediate inspection, looked past the rusting and was able to diagnose the issue. He then fixed my truck himself. Great customer service, and I would have been in a bad place without him. They are Not afraid to take on a job that others turn down because they don't know how to handle it. I would gladly come here again if needed!

Spent 10 thousand to replace both axles on myCottrell trailer. At this shops recommendation I might add! After months of blowing tires and tires wearing out, also taking the trailer back to this same facility for maintenance and brake adjustments, I took the trailer to a different shop for an alignment. The new shop tells me that my bushings are bad! Not possible I say.. just had the axles changed less than a year ago. Maybe the axles but not the bushings was this shops response. So, I take said trailer back to Airport Trailer and ask them to check out the trailer. Josh, the service manager calls me back two hours later bashing whomever did the bushings. I then remind Josh that it was Airport Trailer that replaced the axles and the bushings. After running down my work order, Josh then tells ME the customer NOT the expert that "You guys didn't tell us to replace the bushings."WHAT!!?? I'm still fairly new to the trucking industry, (I've only got 11 years in) but excuse my ignorance in assuming that if the axles were already off... Common Sense if not downright professionalism alone would dictate checking/replacing the bushings! I mean I wasn't there for the a la carte repair. I'm not here to say work with this business or not. Just giving you my experience. If I needed to tell the experts what to do or what to suggest.. then why would I need said experts?

Excellent place to get parts or repairs to my great Dane dry van trailer.Awesome people and excellent service. I have never been disappointed yet.

I have been in this place a few times to get small trailer parts. Guys there are very quick at finding the parts in need. If parts need ordered, It's only a few days to get them in.

Tried calling the service department several times to try and get an appointment to have a trailer alignment done even left a message and never heard anything back.
