This place was great. They had ample help available to handle the customer demand for fast service. The inside of the store was clean and well organized. The current marketing deal,sales & savings were well displayed throughout the store to maximize shopping experience. The reps make recommendations that are helpful.

Went in to get a belt matched up, but the guys waiting on me were totally incompetent. After 20 minutes they gave me a belt and said it looked close. I asked if they had measured the old belt and they said the belt measuring device they had was broken. I ended up having to make another trip to a different store in Jefferson to actually get the correct belt! Next time I need auto parts. & I am in Gainesville, I'll just go to Slacks, I know they know how to measure a belt!

Came to get windshield wipers because my old ones were tearing up and it was raining. Young lady got her co workers to help put my new windshield wipers on. She was so friendly and helpful. Will be back.

Did not have my part, but was extremely helpful and even came out to talk to me about what was what under engine hood. Showed me a few things to help. Great service, friendly and clean. My van is 24 years old, so parts are hard to find.

My dad has been going here for years and today was the first time ever one of the employees was rude. I understand an employee does not have to come out and check your car if the check engine light is not on, or simply refuse service, but for Misael to simply smirk at every simple question my father asked was so uncalled for. If the little favor was too much to ask for (Misael) you could've simply said no and we would've gone elsewhere. My father even thanked him (Misael) for coming out to check my car as he (Misael) walked away completely ignoring him.Over all his service was so uncalled for, extremely rude, and unhelpful. Skip this location!

I'll come here a lot they are my preferred auto supply place.I have never encountered anything but people ready to help you it's really just great it makes all the difference in the world. Thanks folks I appreciate it

All the associates were quick to help and very knowledgeable.I first went to Auto Zone (on the way) and was disappointed to not get anywhere.Came here and was in and out faster than a blink. Will be returning here for future car repair issues.

I find prices here cheaper than AutoZone plus it's usually less busy too.

They have a very knowledgeable staff here. Also they carry the McGuire's upholstery cleaner and I can ever find it anywhere else

Most places that sell auto parts do so in a manner consistent with a base level of standards. This place is more Advanced.

I live in Florida I had car trouble and these untrusting a holes made me purchase a tire iron rather lend me on either from there store tools or there personal cars I was a long way from home very little money and needed a little help I received zero from these people and I ran out of money before I made it home and had to panhandle for gas money I could have had someone send me money threw western Union but I only needed the amount I paid for a tire iron

Stopped in at 8:05am, door was locked. Knocked on door and I could see someone in the office as they looked at me through the window. They ignored me and went back to working on their computer.

I went in to get my check engine Diagnosed and I was told they re not helping any customers outside five minutes later another customer comes in and ask for help outside and got helped right away.
