This business is extremely unprofessional. I arrived at this establishment at around 10:30am. Their hours state they open at 10:00am and the doors were locked and no one was in. I called and asked where they were and they told me they were on the way but didn t arrive until around 11. I was quoted a price and brought the exact amount and that price somehow increased when it was time for me to get my car done. This whole experience was HORRIBLE and I would give them zero stars if that was an option!

There was an issue getting the proper touchscreen for our SUV. Philippe kept his eye on the ball. Even installing it in our driveway when he missed the install date. Outstanding customer service.would use them again.

Took my Miata to them and when I first called and talked to someone they ordered my speakers when I got there two days later they didn t order all the speakers and charged me full price and my speakers still sound busted.

i don t know who else left a 1 star but they are completely wrong!!i went here a few months ago for sub install and speaker recommendations and they were more then happy to help with finding some and to give me a estimate of how much they would be for install. i love there guys and i ll be coming back for any audio or lights i ever need!prices are reasonable and they have a huge selection of speakers/subs and if they don t have it in stock they can get them within 1-3 days! they had mine the next day!!

They helped me with a 4 gauge wire for my alternator. They went out of their way to help build me a liar that everybody else in Gainesville said I would not be able to find. Every time I run into a problem with my car stereo or speakers or wiring they always help me. Very friendly environment I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I would like for them and everyone in the world to know that my truck is running 100% again because AMA audio customs. Thanks y'all

A.M.A , treats you right. They are wonderful people. Very wholesome and kind. They have great products. And much quality. Very affordable and you can count on them to get the job done. Beware! Had inquired about getting a custom subwoofer box made for my truck. Paid the deposit which was over $100. 4 weeks went by and box was still not done. Owner stopped answering my calls or calling me back. Went by the shop and he was never there. Had to call my bank to get my money back.Stay away from this place

Been coming here since 2018 to replace my headlights at first after that they ve done all variety of stuff to my vehicles, 10/10 would put 10 stars if possible

I like they work they hooked my honda up and all they work is very neat and professional and clean they prices are reasonable I recommend them to any and everyone who want they vehicle right this the place to go,they get my business 4sho

My experience was very unpleasant, it was clear that they did not know what to do with my problem, and very disorganized, and from what I saw they only care about money, not the client's well-being, I do not recommend this place to be honest

Friend paid to have a subwoofer box built and he never got it built. He had to call his bank and get money back. Wouldn't recommend

Had a Kenwood radio installed with a new antenna. It picks up very few stations and only a couple come in without static!
