Bought 2 identical 2022 f 150's new. Less then 10k miles the exhaust fell off the one. All the red caliper covers have came loose. Lost one. Just all around junk. They may look pretty but that's it. Would never buy another vehicle that rocky ridge touched.

I purchased my 2021 Ram 1500 Rocky Ridge from Criswell dealership in February of this year.Since September my truck has been at the local dealership with electrical issues, meaning nothing is working and reads everything is off-line. The dealership is in talks with Rocky Ridge to figure out how to fix it, but as I write this review today, no new news. At this point, just buy my truck back.I have zero confidence in Chrysler, Rocky Ridge, or RAM. Never buy one.

We bought a brand new f150 custom paint it was joke and junk wheels rubbed and they cut inner fender outand they took back an repainted ot and it came back worse than what it was for what u pay for these truck don't waste your money and ford won't help u we sold all or ford tucks and bought chevy always owed ford never buy another Ford truck these are not worth the money they sell for beware of this junk

Bought a brand new 2021 GMC AT4 with Rocky Ridge XP package. This truck has literally been in the shop 5 times in less than a year. Running boards are rusted and the truck has never seen snow or salt. Suspension was broken from the start and is still having issues with tire rub. Needed the upper control arms replaced due to recall with wheels falling off. Do yourself a favor and don't get ripped off with this junk after market company. Buy a stock truck and upgrade it yourself with quality parts if you want that "lifted look".

My wife and I recently purchased a 2021 Ram 1500. We purchased this vehicle out of State and had the truck delivered to our home. I am a 100 Percent Disabled Veteran and traveling as well as Covid has made it impossible to travel. The RR addendum sticker stated the vehicle came with a twenty inch light bar (as seen in the picture I have attached). After the vehicle was delivered I called RR customer service as the light bar was not on my truck. I was told by the salesman at the dealership RR had great customer service and I wouldn't have to worry about them standing behind their product. Well I was sadly mistaken. After speaking with customer service and giving them a chance to fix things they chose to do nothing. I am extremely disappointed and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. This is not the way you should treat any customer.

Honestly disappointed. Purchased this new from the dealer. Just hit 2k miles. First I noticed the running boards completely rusted the week after I drove it off the lot. Which they are replacing. Tonight on my way home it developed a bad vibration when I hit 60 mph. For the amount I paid for the truck I expect better quality. Now I m going to have to take it to the dealership to see what s wrong with it.

This guy is driving recklessly all over the road on sunrise! Swerving and cutting people off the road. I would assume he s drinking and driving, very aggressive behavior. Definitely a danger to society! If you see him please be ware and stay away!

Owner of a 2020 Chevy Silverado with the K2 package and couldn t be happier with their products from not only being definitely one of best looking trucks on the market but for the quality and design. I put this truck through it paces so many times never having a single problem. You get so much with Rocky Ridge from the full interior change with the quilted stitching and headrest to the redone speedometers, storage safe ( gun safe ), perfectly sounding exhaust that isn t to loud or quite with no highway drone, the luxury ground logo lights and side steps, front grille and light bar, all the suspension products being marked so if an item comes loose overtime you ll see the mark line slightly off so you know it needs some tightening, the seamless no bolt wide body, some of the best looking trucks wheels ever, high quality products all around from the grilles, the wide body, the expensive suspension components, interior quality and much more I couldn t be happier! These trucks need to be marketed more or something because they outdo those black widow trucks by a long shot and they are under the same brand. A rocky ridge is so much better looking and more rare as you see black widows multiple times a day where I live in Texas and I ve never seen a Rocky Ridge these trucks should be everywhere and the values stay strong after the first hit but there is always that first hit in expensive aftermarket components! Need their raptor one day!

Nice quality trucks and all under warranty! Hassle free to work with if there is an issue they get it done and very kind people, had my Ram1500 for 6 months and couldn t be happier, definitely worth it!

DO NOT BUY, Bought a new 2019 Nissan Frontier with this package. After many trips to the dealer over vibration and premature tire wear we discovered through tire manufacturer that the add on tires installed by Rocky Ridge were not only under inflated at 35 psi. but could fail at that setting. The tires have a 50 psi. minimum that the dealer didn't know and Rocky Ridge had miss labeled on the door post and would not address to us, or the Tyler TX dealer. The pressure setting caused the tire inflation alarm to stay on all the time.

My fianc� and I purchased a 2020 GMC SIERRA with a Rocky Ridge Lift. The center cap on one of the tires fell off at some point a few days after purchase. We Called Customer Service for a replacement in which they said they will send one out. A year later and a ton of phone calls to Rocky Ridge, still no center cap and no one seems to know an estimated time they will ship. Another one was lost in that time. It is kind of frustrating when you spend money on something and the work is not up to par

I am a transport driver. It is an extremely easy delivery. (8am-4pm). You pull in through the 1st gate to the left. Then come out the 2nd gate and park on the curb, pull up to the yellow line. The guys there are very nice and diligent on getting you in an out. It is a small road and can get busyInventory is amazing, if you're interested in a custom truck or jeep this place has some bad to the bone vehicles

I've worked with several staff members here over the last several years and they have all been great to deal with. Awesome trucks and one of a kind service! Taylor, Cassidy and Wayne are the best.
