Whoever the gentleman was that came to the steps was incredibly rude and short with us. Definitely not a people person or helpful at all. When you pull up there is a sign at the bottom of the steps leading up to the entrance of the building that says no customers beyond this point. What kind of business does that, cuts you off before you even get to the building. Not a pleasant place at all. Considering this is the only place around the counties use for doing inspections they should definitely reconsider. This place and people will drive away customers for sure.

The people are really nice but I've been for 2 inspections and I have failed both times. There is absolutely no leeway. Si just a word of advice the paper the tag office gives you make sure everything is done on that list. Go through it with a fine tooth comb and bring it to the BEST mechanic you know and have him double check everything from the top of your vehicle to the underside because everything thing is checked. Just trying to save you some time and money.

Inspection is a scam.They don't just check to make sure the vehicle is street legal, they do an entire mechanic's inspection, nitpicking every part of your suspension and will fail you over something as simple as a cotter pin or the ABS light not coming on, even though there's worse cars on the road all over the place. They don't simply address the issue that made the car salvage. So make sure your vehicle has literally ZERO problems or else they'll keep you from being able to register it, and keep your $125 that you spent for nothing.

Great company to take your car to when you need a Georgia title inspection done. Friendly and very helpful staff and a very detailed inspection of your car to get you safely back on the road. I would give them A++++++ keep up the great service. Thanks again

We went to this place for an inspection on a car we purchased out of state and needed the inspection for title work. They failed our car with a part that don't even exist on the car and no mechanic or auto parts store have never heard of the part.. The jeep in front of us was smoking passenger door barely closed but they passed him. Then they didn't show us the part that supposedly need to be replaced. The man with the gun and badge was disrespectful. I guess our skin color was the wrong 1... we took the car to Nissan and they couldn't find anything wrong with it.

I came here for an inspection for a car that was purchased out of state. They failed me for not having a bumper absorber. I fixed the bumper and got an absorber put on. The absorber is made out of foam. It was chipped just a little from the part guy putting it in on the car. Barely even noticeable if noticeable at all. He fails me again and then goes on to insult me asking me if I can speak English. I wouldn t recommend you go to this place. The owner/inspector is high rude and has no respect for his customers.

I love the ppl there they dealer with me like I was part of the team and not just a random customer. They took my time into consideration and got me taken care of. It w a definitely a great experience and from here on they'll get all my business
