After stopping at two other named auto parts stores in Fort Valley and having no success finding parts for my Ford F150. I visited the Advanced Auto Parts. It was a relief to deal with someone (Russell) who was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Thanks again.

Was pleasantly surprised by the level of assistance I received during my recent visit. I don't think I've ever had anyone come from behind the counter to help, much less point out sale items to save me money. Great job!

I went to Advance Auto Parts today because I needed those whistles that go on your bumper to warm deer not to run out in front of your car. It took me longer to say what I needed than it took the fellow to show me where they were. Advance Auto Parts has friendly people and are usually quick to get you what you came for. Advance is where I go for all my auto parts.

helpfull staff! very knowledgeable and professional people. I was 2 years into the 36 month free replacement truck battery for my f150 I had my receipt, so no problems! they exchanged it quickly and I was on my way! thank you!!

This is one of the best auto parts store I have been to. I had them charge my battery and test my alternator, they helped me diagnose the problem and saved me some money!

I'm less than two years into a 3 year replacement warranty on a battery for my truck and they will not replace the battery with a dead cell because I can't tell them from which store I purchased the battery. Apparently the stores don't share that particular database.
