Thank you to the staff for helping out today. One of my Soldiers was on his way to final out of the Army this morning when his vehicle jumped off of the trailor during a stop. Several staff members helped get the vehicle back on the trailor, secured, and on the road in 45 minutes.

Got into an accident and needed the front end of my vehicle replaced. After two test drives where we felt that it wasn t driving safely, we told the mech that it was still very loose in the steering. We were told that it was tightened as much as possible. However, it was very apparent that something was wrong, the vehicle was veering all over the road.We got a second opinion from a mechanic off post and the diagnostic concluded that the front end was installed wrong. Parts that were touching should not have been; they should be free. Upon calling and attempting to recover part of our funds for the installation being done improperly, we were met with denial of any wrongdoing before the owner would even look out our evidence. Instead he decided to find our vehicle based off of our home address(misuse of personal information) and phone harass us and our new mechanic.My front end was reinstalled by a different mechanic off post and now it drives as it did prior to the accident. It was their recommendation that I attempt to get a refund from New Beginning. They said that the work done was very rushed and not done correctly. Because of the improper installation, the alignment could not have been done.This shop charged me for a diagnostic (was not done), an alignment (was not done), and to install my front end (done improperly). Refused our diagnosis from the new mechanic before even looking at our vehicle. They still have not provided a refund for the shotty, rushed work that they did.I would not recommend this place at all. They will gaslight you into believing they did good work and not care to fix any of their mistakes. Go off post if you don t want to be stolen from and taken advantage of. I ve never met such dishonest and rude people in my life.

Customer service was amazing, the staff is incredibly kind, understanding and professional. They do great work and get it done in a timely manner. Prices are more than reasonable (glad to see they are not taking advantage of soldiers). They staff is trustworthy and the mechanics are experienced if you have any issues with your vehicle I recommend this place. They also have movies and shows playing in the waiting area which is always appreciated.

Brung my Impala there after another shop in the area ruined my engine 3 times. I came back to this shop once my car got transported from Miami back to Stewart after another engine overhaul. Staff is awesome diagnose my problems even though I just first just came for rear brakes which they change swiftly and efficiently but the engine they put in my car in Miami was misfiring. They quickly corrected the wires and plugs that were disconnected from the previous shop. New Beginnings is a great place to take your car. Had trouble with my valve covers and they worked hard to get the new ones on. Did a wonderful job and the owner is amazing. If you need to fix your car take it here!!

My husband was assisted by the manager to purchase and install a new license plate light bulb. He was extremely kind and patient with him. Not only that, but he did it all for free out of the kindness of his heart. I always take my vehicle there as well and am treated the same way with great and honest assistance. I've been going to New Beginnings for a couple years now for my vehicle maintenance and repairs. They are the best mechanics in town. Recently, I had the original starter in my Expedition go out, I was stuck at the gas station on post. The mechanics came out to me at the end of the day (right before they were gonna close shop) and replaced my starter. I just wanted to say the staff and owner for New Beginning Automotive were the best I've encountered in years. They were so helpful and kind when I needed help repairing my vehicle, and let me know what other maintenance I need to do soon. I would happily recommend this establishment to family and friends. I had an excellent experience with the mechanics and staff at this shop. Not only did they provide a skilled service but they did it quickly and efficiently. Cody did a great job diagnosing & repairing my vehicle. I appreciate that they showed me the car's issue and kept me involved throughout the process. In addition to the quality service, the management displayed reasonable judgement & empathy when discussing the price. Its difficult to find a shop with honest, competent, and timely mechanics who act in your best interest, but this shop definitely has them and I am happy to know I have an auto shop I can trust.

I would like to thank Henry and his staff for helping with clearing my Engine Code to my Dodge Avenger. I had a feeling my gas cap was not tightened enough when my engine light came on from getting gas the other day but I wanted to double check. They were able to pull the code (which came back as small EVAP leak) and assure that it was the cap and was able to clear the code after double checking that the cap was good. Thanks again.

Came for an Alternator replacement emergency and the owner took very good care of me. Helped me make it to the shop and the service was quicker than expected. Will definitely be coming back for any other services I need.

I have never had such a wonderful experience before with another repair shop. If you re like me you read reviews before you go somewhere, the numerous amazing reviews of this location held up. They worked hard with me to get a vehicle repair done fast and covered by the dealership. I wouldn t trust taking my vehicle anywhere else in the area now.

I just bought a car, and wanted an accurate diagnostic on if their were any issues with the car. Mr. Henry and his crew did a great job. The car had a few issues. He even let me go out back, and showed me exactly what the issues were. That left me very reassuring that I wasn t getting ripped off. These are very honest people. I recommend this company, and will definitely be getting all my car services done there..

MR.HENRY is the sweetest most considerate owner I have ever come across. Not only did he explain to me in detail what was wrong, he also took the time to give me some advice on how to maintain my vehicle in the future without trying to push for me to pay for something expensive. Brought my car in for start stop issues and rough idling. I appreciated the lowest level of invasive troubleshooting steps approach they took (it took to step 2). The owner genuinely wanted to make sure I didn t have to spend more than I needed to. I couldn t help but get the sense that every person in the shop that worked on it was personally invested in my vehicle being good to go and restored to best working condition. In my 25 years of driving this is easily the best auto shop and group of mechanics I have ever been to. A great business that will treat you and your car with care and have you squared away in no time.

My vehicle broke down at 8:40 am. I had it on a tow truck by 9:50 am. My vehicle was dropped off at New beginning automotive by 10am the crew worked quickly to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. I had a phone call by 1pm that my car was done and ready to go. Great customer service. I m so thankful they were able to get me in as quickly as they did. I ll definitely be back for any of my vehicles needs. Thank you guys!

I am very thankful for finding this shop. It was recommended to me by one of my SGTs who said they do great work. I didn t know what was going on with my truck and it had shut off on me TWO different times on base. Both times Mr. Henry came out to me and helped me get my truck started. They eventually changed my fuel pump and found that my issue was coming from a fuel line wire in the fuse box(an issue that multiple other shops could not find)They fixed the issue and got my truck back to me timely and for a very reasonable amount.The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone and I m thankful for how above and beyond they go to make sure their customers are satisfied and doing okay even after services rendered.Service: Electrical

My vehicle started making a rattling sound and I wanted to get my engine checked out. I called the shop and they were able to see me immediately and diagnose my issue. They told me exactly what was wrong and gave me excellent advice. Great, fast, and reliable service.
