I have been with Firestone over 5 years. Day one they always did an awesome job in customer service. That is with their customer. They location on Fort Moore is Mr.James,Mr Chuck and Levi.The friendly and honesty service you don't get everwhere.They truly value there customers all the time.

Had an appointment for tire installation. Pulled in at 09:45, did not leave till 2pm only for my vehicle to come out with all 4 rims scratched up and on top of that I was over charged. When I confronted the attendant who took my keys, he said to contact the store manager (CHUCK). I called on Monday and the manager said to bring my vehicle in which I did on Tuesday, but was told he was not in and would be back in Thursday. I took it back and he denied his machine scratching up my rims. If you are reading this and would ever take your vehicle to this location for any service. Please ensure to take before photos of whatever needs to be done or inspect your vehicle with them before they cause damage to it and claim your vehicle was already damaged when you took it in. Front desk attendants are very nice but I think the technicians need some more training and experience on how to fix vehicles without causing more damage.NB: Don't forget to take your before service photos to compare with after services damage. That will be your only proof

I arrived at 9:51AM for a 10 AM appointment. My vehicle wasn't even pulled back until 11:30AM. I have a 15% off coupon but asked for an additional 10% off because of how long it took but I guess 90 minutes of my time wasted isn't worth $12.

I ve been coming here for over a year now and it s the only place I trust my vehicle to get worked on! Whether is a walk in or an appointment, it s always an excellent and quick service! Customer service is the best!!!

This place is extremely abusive, I am active duty but I was not wearing my uniform coming to my appointment. I am not sure if they thought I was an spouse or what but they tried to fool me twice. The first time they tried to charge me $180 for an oil change for my car, when I look at the screen I asked why I was getting charge so much, the guy apologized started correcting and I ended up paying $110. I asked why it was so much and they say that it was because my car only takes an specific synthetic oil.1. The fact they lie about that it just says a lot because my dad and grandpa are mechanics and such a thing he say about the oil is not true. At least for my car.2.I have been in the base for a long time and I took my car to an oil change to another mechanic and they still charge me $50 or less (the only reason why I didn t take it again is because my husband tried this shop for his car and my and thought they were fair charging).3. My husband took my car for an oil change by himself and they charged him $50, why did the extra charge when I took it came out of nowhere? Is the same car!! The only difference is that It was just two different genders.I did not want to cause an scene to this place but it just tells me how abusive they are. Not because I am a female means I don t know my car. This is extremely unfair and knowing this situation is happening inside the base is sad. They should not be in the base at all.

How in the heck does your vape -smoking mechanic strip one of my tire lug nuts and expect me to pay $200 to replace it?! I never had this problem at my dealer. Thought I would save money on tires coming directly to Firestone on post. Feels like it was done on purpose to pad the bill to make more money off of me!!! Ridiculus! Never coming back here! I will not cheat on my dealer anymore!! Never!! Going back to my dealer to have lug nut replaced!! Fort Moore Firestone sucks!!! Zero stars!!!!!!!Service: Tires

I called the day I was serviced and was told to come on in. Not only were my needs taken care of I was in and out in about an hour. Everyone was courteous and kind. STELLAR SERVICE!!!

On the Fort with Rental car that had bad wiper. Pulled in on a whim and James the service writer was incredible! Super friendly withlinebacking up and phone ringing with customers, he got his tech to put it on while juggling a bunch! Give James a raise cause he is great.

I have literally been without my vehicle for 3 days and now Rachel is telling me MONDAY!I have had to call every day, multiple times a day, for updates on my vehicle. I am disgusted! I am here visiting my injured soldier and have to leave on Monday and Rachel was told this on DAY ONE!I literally had to DEMAND she get an estimate as to when it might be completed from the technician. They are liars and clearly have zero integrity. AND they ve increased the price daily to where it is now $125 dollars more than the initial price! They have shown nothing but a complete lack of business etiquette and integrity.Edit and update: I ve just called Midas and Mavis and both assure me this is approximately a 1 hour job. Awaiting USAA to pick up my vehicle from this scam front of a business and take it elsewhere.If they cannot service the soldiers and their families they should not be allowed to operate on the base.Service: Brake service & repair

Until my last encounter, I had good experiences with this location. The most recent encounter ensured I will never visit this location again. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, which I had no issues with. The issue is that after I picked my car up, I began having significant mechanical problems. I went back and the manager on duty got an attitude and told me it couldn't be seen for a week. As someone who has one vehicle and can't have a car that shuts down off randomly, this was extremely off putting.

I have the lifetime wheel alignment warranty. After getting work done at the Toyota dealership, my wife was informed that she needed a wheel alignment. She decided to take it to Fort Benning Firestone.Apparently there is only one tech working on vehicle and a wait is suppose to be expected. But was not expected was my wife being told that she needed new tires and that they were not working on the wheel alignment because it would be a waste of her time. To me the waste of time is denying a service that has been paid for after having the customer wait for an hour. When she got home we looked at the service report from Toyota and the tire tread is not in the red for replacement. This is not good customer service. I wonder if they get commission on the tires because it seems like they were trying to sell tires instead of maintaining them. Time go to auto skills center on post and pay them. After this review, I will be submitting an post ICE complaint on this service because like other reviewers have stated this is poor service for our troops.Service: Wheel alignment

What a terrible experience. For a company that is inside a military base serving military families to be treating and scamming service member families is unacceptable.I had made an appointment for a 20 min service. Upon arrival Kayla, who by the way has zero customer skills and/or professionalism, told me I had to wait about 2 hours because there were cars in front of me. So why did I make an appointment? Who knows! I returned at 10 am Kayla then informed me that they had ordered the wrong part ! Nobody called me to let me know if the issue by the way. I waited another hour and still nothing. I got a hold of the supervisor who offered me a $100 discount for having me wait more than 3 hours for a 20 min Job with an appointment. After making the payment I realized I had been charged $230 after they had quoted me $250 ? So I double checked my receipt and the quote they had previously given me just to find out they had increased the price of the parts so they could give me the refund. What a scam! I contacted corporate to report this incident and the district manager was supposed to contact me and never did! So beware this how Firestone is operating! The worst experience I ve had at a auto service center.Brought my vehicle in around 1030-1045 on 3 Nov. Waited in the lobby 15-20 min before I received any assistance from an employee. Finally, after being helped and dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and tire rotation I left. Waited until 1415-1430 and had not been contacted from firestone, almost 4 hours.So, called and asked for an update. I was told that 1 vehicle was still in front of mine.1730 came and I still had not heard anything from Firestone. Instead of calling I went to the center to pick my vehicle up. It had still not been serviced. My vehicle had been sitting at the center for 7 hours and not once did an employee reach out to me to let me know my vehicle would not get serviced that day. Even when there was only 1 vehicle in front of mine, 3 hours wasn t enough time for them to service mine or even inform me that it would not be.When I approached one of the employees about it at the front desk he preceded to argue with me. Apparently, he was a manager.I tried to figure out why he would accept a vehicle for service if he was not going to be able to get to it. He claimed he had several technicians call out and 15 appointments that day and it was never guaranteed my vehicle would be serviced. The center is open for 11 hours and they only had 15 appointments scheduled. With one technician working there that s only 1.3 cars an hour getting serviced. I assume most of those appointments didn t require more than 1 hour of labor. That s with only one technician working.Also, in the 7 hours my vehicle sat there, the manager couldn t make the determination that he would not be able to get my vehicle serviced and just let me know.When I confronted the manger about this he just became argumentative with me. Ultimately, ending with him telling me I should get a job there because I m not happy with the service. Implying I should just do it myself. The argument continued and somehow he started claiming my current job isn t as demanding and that I should work there on my days off.Overall, it was just an awful experience ending with me leaving without my vehicle getting serviced and being insulted as if I didn t have a demanding job myself.Clearly, this particular center needs some new employees because it s short staffed and new management because the current management can t manage personnel or customer services.

I've been bring my van here for some time now, I had always had a good experience until today... I dropped my van off for maintenance. I was told it would take 2-3 hours, my children and I walked to the exchange to kill some time, 2 and half hours later I called to check on the status of my van. I was told there was an issue with another car and they had just started on mine. Needless to say I was very upset because, it was going to be another 2-3 hour wait. I called a taxi for my kids and I to get home, on the way home in the taxi I received a call from Firestone telling me my car was ready. So, I had the taxi turn around and drop me off. Now, I gave five stars because.. 1. Their customer service is really good, this was the first time this has every happened.2. On top of an already discount I was receiving they took care of my oil change for me taking off more than 80.00 off my bill. I would definitely recommend them and I will be continuing my service with them.

Stayed there 3 hours for them to tell me that I needed 2 new tires and that they don't have them in stock and won't be able to order them until the next day and put them on by 2pm.Quoted me $431 & $538 for two tires.Highway robbery.Called roadside and took my business to Mavis Tire & Brakes. $220 with better warranty and better tires.In by 10, out by 11.Shame on you guys to gorge the servicemembers and then offer a 10% discount.

Took my car to for an allinement and well the car was worse. Pull to the left way more then what i originally took it in. And only to for me to take it back and for them to day that they cant get it done. How ever the alinement was done and now its worse. If the mechanic knew that it couldn't be done. Why did he even touch the car. Now i have to spend 1600 on parts and labor.

Will NEVER use this place again. Last year, had an alignment done on my car. A couple weeks later, one of my tires was so messed up that I had to take it back. "Oh, well...we couldn't get it completely aligned.' I had to take it to the dealership and make a claim on my insurance because there was no way to prove that Firestone damaged my car. The whole rear end had to be rebuilt. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my car when I took it to firestone for new tires and alignment. $1500 in damage.Daughter just had a flat tire. She took it to Firestone because that is where she bought her tires. Bear in mind that she drives a tiny Honda Fit with tiny tires. "Cannot be repaired"....then proceeded to charge her $94 for a new tire...that's half of what she paid for the whole set a year ago!! We didn't get road hazard because the tires were so cheap when originally purchased. RIPOFF!!!
