I drive a Ford Truck but take it to Volume for everything I need done. From oil changes to replacing all my hoses oil pan gasket . Kasey and his staff go out of their way to take care of me and get me in as soon as possible. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend taking your vehicle to them. They are great!

My service advisor, DeMarkus Johnson, was very polite and professional. I arrived a bit early for my appointment because I had some spare time, and he was able to get my car back within 10 minutes or so. I was there approximately two hours and that was because there were a couple of parts needed for my car that were not in stock at the dealership. All in all, my experience was good. Keep up the outstanding customer service Mr. Johnson.

Demarcus S. Johnson,I came in for a routine oil change, and was greeted by one of the kindness customer service representatives by the name above . He got me checked in, offered me drinks and snacks, to make my wait as comfortable as possible . He continuously checked on me, and gave me updates on my vehicles process and helped me save money today ! The employees I ve met here have been some of the most kindest people ever ever come across. I genuinely appreciate this company and their committed staff .

The service department did an excellent job with putting my new leather seat covers over the original cloth seats. I can t even tell that these were not on there first! Mark the Service Manager took good care of me and I appreciate it! Thank you!!!

So beyond frustrated with them. They have had my husbands truck since Wednesday to complete a job they said would take 12 hours. We chose to not use the warranty and pay cash because the adjuster takes so many days to come and approve the work and we needed the truck. (Bought brand new 4 years ago) We called to see when to come get it last Friday and they said they would call back but NEVER did! Today now Monday still not repaired and more excuses. We said we my as well wait on adjuster now since we have been hugely inconvenienced and left in the dark all weekend.Why buy new and jump through hoops keeping maintenance for warranty when this is how things are handled when a repair is needed.

Volume service dept did a great job. The part to fix my car was on back order for weeks. Not their fault at all! As soon as the part finally arrived, they fixed my Tahoe pronto. I've been pleased with their service every time.

On 12-12-2023 I brought my 2007 Chevy Tahoe in for the issue of my vehicle intermittently failing to start. It was not the battery because it was replaced in September2023. I was told that 2 relay sensors needed to be replaced for a total of $519.59. After the sensors were replaced I picked up my Tahoe. Before I could leave the dealership parking lot my ABS and traction control lights were on. They were not on before Volume Chevrolet allegedly worked on my vehicle. They allegedly replaced the left rear wheel speed sensor. The service technician stated to me he heard a squealing noise coming from the front of the vehicle while stationary. He said the technician recommended replacing the idler tensioner and belt. The total for the two jobs was $1279.40. I brought my vehicle in to Volume Chevrolet on December 2023 and didn t bring it home until January 2024. On 1-14-2024 I had the same issue of my vehicle intermittently failing to start. I called Volume Chevrolet and they told me to bring it back in. I called Cronic Chevrolet and told them what was going on with my Tahoe. I took it to them on 1-16-2024. They called me on 1-18-2024 with the diagnosis and I picked up my vehicle on 1-19-2024.

I had a great experience at Volume Chevrolet. I took my truck in for repair and saw Kasey at the service desk. He assured me that everything would be taken care of and the truck would be fixed right when I picked it up. He was able to get the repairs covered under the extended warranty. Kasey did a great job taking care of me and I will be using them from now on for my service needs. Everything was good but the wait. The rental I had to get cost me a 1000 bucks for one week. You would think with a truck worth 80, 000 dollars you be treated a little better.

I had a great experience with Bryan Ray at Volume Chevrolet. He was incredibly helpful in assisting me with the purchase and trade-in of a newer vehicle. Bryan helped me pick out an SUV with low mileage, packed with helpful features, and known for its durability. I noticed some minor cosmetic issues that will be easy to update. What truly stood out was the stellar customer service and the excellent warranties that came with the vehicle something I haven't seen at any other dealership. Great visit there longer than I wanted but it was fine . I am missing cap to my valve stem on tire , he left off when rotating tiresIf y all can replace that please

The parts manager at the Forsyth business found a refurbished motor for my truck within a couple hours after I called him and we called around ourselves. I drive a Ford BTW. The mechanic that replaced my motor was amazing. Any extra parts I needed were ordered, delivered & installed before I thought it could be done. Motor came with a warranty & my 2015 F-150 drives better than it has since I bought it. I almost wanna put a Chevrolet emblem on my truck, that's just a Lil too much. Or Cam's profile picture on my back windshield.
