There has been no purose of having this agency as a broker they have done nothing to save my family money. I am very disatisfied. One of the agents told me yesterday that they only have 3 agents and they have been trying and was very rude to me in which i had to ask her why are you speaking to me so hostile i am only trying to understand my bill they have cost me money !!! I have been with them for 5 years and i am so disappointed

I called and requested a quote for home, auto, and life insurance and in less than an hour Eric had emailed the quotes to me!They saved my husband and I a good amount on our home and auto insurance and gave us a great quote for life insurance. They have been very responsive and easy to work with. We look forward to doing business with them for many years to come!

Eric and his team are wonderful! They are always so quick responding to emails or phone calls and go out of their way to make you feel like you are their most valued client! The other day I was sitting at a car dealership with my husband and couldn't leave until we showed proof of insurance- Eric and his team were quick to add him to my policy and send over the proof so we could enjoy the rest of our day and car. This sort of service isn't something you see often and I couldn't be more grateful to be part of the Bunn Agency family and I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

The Bunn Agency has always been helpful and professional to me. Their rates were good and they are responsive if you ever need them. I personally like the small town customer service from Sally and Eric. They are a great choice for a no-hassle insurance company. Thanks guys!!

I have used The Bunn Agency for over 5 years. I have car insurance and home owners insurance with this company. Anytime I have had an issue I call Eric and he handles it right away. I never have to wait or follow up. The customer service is outstanding!

When this pandemic started I could not make ends meet. Thanks to the Bunn Agency I was able to get my insurance dropped from 650.00 to 250.00. I should have gone to them sooner! Easy quick and nice people to deal with.

I have been a customer of The Bunn Agency for many years (Home and Auto). Every single time we have ever had an issue, be it home roof from storm damage, kids playhouse destroyed from tornado winds or any auto related issues all I have had to do is call Eric Bunn and he has taken great care of my family every single time.

Eric Bunn is the best! He treats us as if we are his only clients. He always remembers our names and situations. Whenever we've had issues or misunderstandings with an issuance company, all we have to do is call Eric and he takes care of it!

Hellen is the only one in this office that handels business. And takes care of the people correctly. Sure wish she worked else where. Cause i will NEVER TRUST. This office of underwriters AGAIN. Bet they cost me my drivers license too. Which from 16 till now i never had that problem. Why .Because Ms. Helen aint there just for a paycheck SHE CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS . but i cant say that for anyone else in this office
