Ok, there aren't enough positive words for the service Jonathon provided today when we were stuck with a F350 and a trailer in deep mud! If I could give him 10 stars I would !! First of all he answered his phone on a Saturday at 5 pm. Then he arrived promptly, and even though he faced a massive challenge of mud etc, he never gave up and never complained. I can't tell you how impressed we both were with his hard work and incredible attitude. Not to mention, his price was very fair ! I would highly recommend this business and John should you ever need assistance with your vehicle. He was extremely professional, prompt, kind, a very hard worker, and fairly priced. Thank you, John, for saving us today !

We have a truck break down at exit 185. He was able to bring us some fuel and allow us to get the truck cranked Extremely reasonable compared to the normal roadside services. He has earned our business from doing what any good business should do just be fair and reasonable

We are from out of the area and broke down on the highway, AAA wouldn t come for 3 hours. We called south express and they were so great! They helped us find a good and reputable garage to tow to, and were so kind about everything. They were fast and efficient, we were at the garage about 30 minutes after we called them. We called our Good Sam roadside service only to find out our policy wasn't active for another 45 mins.They offered to tow but quoted over 1,000.00. called South Express who charged us 175.00. Owner/operator serviced us personally. He was friendly, and professional. Going above and beyond, he even helped my husband unhook the camper, keeping the price low. Thank you so much and,thank God for the honest, and hard working Class. Support the mom and pop near you, you are a lot less likely to have regrets later.Service: Car towing

Outstanding service! We were passing through to Florida from Missouri when an axle broke loose on our fifth wheel on I-75 on NEW YEARS EVE! We called and they showed promptly, got us temporarily fixed to limp us to their shop. The owner went for parts on Sunday, NEW YEARS DAY! And had us back on the road Monday morning. They say they re 24 hours but when I called at 5:33 pm they say it s after hours ? They need to change their time of operations. Bad business. I would not use them. Then they tried to charge me 500 dollars to tow my car 40 miles. Do not use them. Bad customer service.
