I love going to this pit stop. They do a awesome job at a matter of time. Others dealers cost u a arm and a leg. I've had so many issues with my 2014 explorer in one month and they took care of me in that same month. Keep up the good work Leah and her team

Work is dependable. As far as scheduling scheduling a day to get a leveling kit put on is a joke. I called 2 days in advance and scheduled it. Dropped it off at 8:05, was asked what time would i need it back i told the front desk at the latest 3:30, didn't get done with my truck until 5. Customer service must have been having an off day because they weren't polite at all.

I just want to let everyone know what amazing service we have had over the years with Pit Stop in Forsyth. Leah and Adam are the most down to earth, caring and very knowledgeable people. We do not allow anyone other than Adam working on any of our vehicles. When you talk about small town hospitality, they definitely have that, and you do not see it very often anymore these days. They have never hesitated to take care of our girls cars when we couldn t over the years and we will always be grateful for that. Their prices are unmatched and so is this place of business. If I could give 10 stars I would.

They do great work and are very thorough!! Staff is great especially Leah the young lady that works the front desk. Office is very clean.

Would give them a negative rating if that option was available. I get that I arrived at 545pm ;but if you close at 6pm you just don't completely ignore a potential customer. I pulled up two or three of the employees looked me square in my face and just kept doing what they were doing. My problem was very simple had they cared to even ask. I will tell everyone I come across to steer clear of this place. P.S I know lots of people in Forsyth.

Not as I expected from previous visits,They overpriced the job quite a bit ,like $1,000.00 for engine replacement.

Great service , I use this place for all my car repairs and oil changes . I found the employees to be very helpful and polite . They go out of their way to explain things and to get your car on the road quickly . The owners are very fair with their prices and go out of their way to keep happy customers . I would give them 10 stars if it were possible (:Phyllis Levan

Hit something in the road during our travels home from vacation. car started to rattle & vibrate. They got us in right away, took the car for a drive and looked it over. they balanced a tire that was a little off & test drove it again. balancing the tire helped a little, but they ended up finding that the issue was more extensive and not something they have the machinery to do. he looked up some shops on our route home and gave us his recommendations on places to go. Our repairman (I believe his name was Clemen?) was extremely helpful, kind and thorough. They didn't end up charging us anything, which they definitely had every right to since he balanced a tire and took time away from the shop to look over our car & test drive it a couple times. Very thankful for this shop and the kindness they showed us today.

I was driving through Ga on my way to Fl, and my car broke down. I panicked.These guys were awesome. They worked with my emergency and had me out within a matter of an hour or so after I was able to locate a part.I was able to continue on and make it to my destination by end of day.They were the only ones that were able to help me in the area.Absolutely awesome.If I lived anywhere near them, I d use them constantly for anything.Thanks again!

Pit stop is a small shop located in forsyth Georgia, that consists of 4 techs and a service writer. They treat each customer like they've known them for years, greeting each and everyone with a friendly smile. Diagnosing issues and giving the best service possible. Pit stop out weighs most of the competition with competitive prices, quick services, and friendly staff. The owner Jason is a friendly yet stern man, that knows how to run a business and keep his consumers happy. If your ever in the area and need a quick oil change in a friendly atmosphere Pit stop is the place to go.

Great place! Been coming here for about 2 years now. They are fast and very nice. Haven't seen the Doggo Bear on the last few trips. Hope he's OK!

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. The lady at the front desk comes off very nasty. There is no greeting when you come in and after over charging me 20.00 for a plug my rtire was flat when I woke up that morning. When I called to tell her that another tire shop said that my ride didn't have a plug she proceeded to yell at me and say " well what do you want me to do about it lady..plugs fall out." I told her that she was very unprofessional. Needless to say I will NEVER go back and I WILL DEFINITELY post this experience on every social site to let black people.know that this is the treatment you will pay for. She can keep the 20.00 she looks like she needs it to fix her face.

Leah and the guys at Pit Stop are freakin awesome! They are my go to for oil changes and I have used them for several repairs. Recently my AC was not working but they had me rolling with cool air in no time! Thanks guys!

Great service! Great prices! They go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is safe and properly repaired! Right off of Interstate 75, it is very convenient for travelers who may need repairs! Give them a try if you need your vehicle repaired!

I arrived at the tire shop yesterday an hour before closing with a massive bolt in my tire, losing air fast. I had my 8month old son with me & somewhere to be within the hour. The team was quick, efficient, courteous, and effective in getting me patched and out the door. The technicians took the time to explain the process & even visited with my son. Picked up a nail on Interstate 75 and noticed our driver's side rear tire losing pressure. Drove to SCT Pit Stop and they were very busy but they had me pull into stall #3. They took care of me in 10 minutes and I was back on my way. Talked with others outside and this business is awesome . Thank you SCT!!!

Check engine light came on while I was on the road so decided to stop in. I really appreciate that they took a quick look and walked me through the issue without trying to swindle me into some unnecessary repairs to make a quick buck. I was nervous being out of town and not my regular car guy, but they seem to be a fair and reasonable shop

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Just wanted to price check, called them and a woman answered with what s up in a bad attitude and continued to be snotty the rest of the phone call. This isn t the first time she s acted that way, hope to see more friendly workers in the future.

Girl at the counter is a bit on the ride side and she will drive your vehicle like she owns it. Got in my car and snatched the gearshift into drive and peeled off to the bay. The guy who fixed my car has more respect and people skills than she did. I appreciate them fixing my car but I won't go back to them and I don't recommend them.

They usually get you in and out put I went to get tired plugged, she wanted me to leave it just to get it plugged. Shut down at this point

Quick friendly service. Repaired a nail in my tire in 10 minutes. Oil change in about the same amount of time. Get an appointment for oil change as they are pretty busy! Needed a couple of retreads. Called around 8 am and they ordered them and installed them at 3pm! Amazing turn around. Thanks!

This business had very professional knowledgeable staff (thank you, William). When we showed up for our appointment early, they took us right away which was a big deal as we were traveling. Our camper had two tire blow outs in two days and these guys took care of us. If you have a need and want a quick and well- done fix, go here. We appreciate you, sct.Service: Tires

They were great. We needed engine repairs on our way through Georgia off I-75. They were friendly and helpful and did not price gouge despite it being a holiday and a rare snowstorm for their area. The repair was great, we have needed no additional work since we returned home and it has been about four months. They gave me a ride to and from a nearby hotel. The driver was friendly and drove safely and seemed to actually like working there. We ended up staying another night after we got our car back because of the snow and decided to go back to SCT to have them check the tires air pressure before we continued our trip and they looked so surprised when i came in the door because they were confident that their work was done well and they would never see us again. That made me feel better about the repairs since we only had reviews to go about deciding on a shop in that area. Some of the bigger shops had awful reviews. We picked this one based on a review that said something about being referred here by another shop that was too busy. We figured if other local shops were referring work to them then they must be decent. They were friendly and checked our tires for no charge and with no wait at all. I would stop there again if i was in the area and needed work done on my vehicle. I might even consider stopping here for basic maintenance or tires on my next trip through the area. I was very impressed. It was also a very clean shop, the work area but also the waiting area was very clean and comfortable and had snacks and drinks if you needed them during a long wait.

We were 7 hours from home heading into our trip when two of our tires blew out. At 5:25 p.m. I called and explained our situation. Their scheduled closing was at 5:30 p.m. Their customer service went above and beyond. They came to the gas station that we were stranded at, picked us and the two blown tires up, went back to their shop, mounted and balanced two new tires and brought us back to the gas station. Because of their excellent customer service and kindness we were able to continue our trip.Would like to thank the team for all your assistance.Service: Tires

Absolutely LOVE this place...Jason is a gem..he has not only provided EXCELLENT care of my vehicles, he goes above and beyond...he doesn't "up sale" just gives the facts and what actually NEEDS to get done with your vehicle..breath of fresh air..thank you!!

Cannot say enough great things about this garage! We were traveling, pulling our RV and needed a tire QUICK to get on the road. SCT staff were friendly, quick and efficient; best of all though -fairly priced! Highly recommend!!!

Traveling, woke up with a flat. 24 minutes after opening we're were on our way with a solid patch. $25 and the nicest people you could meet. Judging from the locals lined up first thing in the morning. This is the place to come to hands down.
