As a independent shop we replace radiators often in a variety of cars and trucks. With it being winter we get cars with dead batteries a lot.We've been using radiators 4 less for a while now and it has been nothing but exceptional. The prices are good but the customer service is top notch.

Radiators4Less has been by far one of the WORST eBay sellers I have ever dealt with.I purchased a Champion all-aluminum radiator for my truck, and upon install and refill, the radiator sprung a leak halfway down the radiator. Upon realizing this, I reached out to the seller immediately, to see if they could send me another, or refund me for the faulty product, so I could get another radiator in my truck before the weekend.Unfortunately, their only solution was to have me send the radiator back to get a replacement or refund. Simple, right? Print out a label and drop it off at a Fedex loaction? No! Instead, they put a call tag pickup out with Fedex, and it sat on my porch for three or four days until it was picked up... And I still have the Fedex delivery driver ringing my doorbell and asking if I have any call tag pickups!In addition, I had to scramble to source another radiator, and pay DOUBLE the labor with my mechanic to have this faulty radiator installed, then taken back out.Over a week later, I reached out because I haven't heard anything... They are now claiming that the radiator was damaged upon install... NOT THE CASE! All of the components on the front of the motor, including fan, fan shroud, oil coolers, etc was all removed, and my mechanic said it fit right in there and did not snag on anything.This leads me to believe that it was damaged in shipping, either on the journey to me, or on the trip back. Either way, Radiators4Less refuses to refund me for this item, and now I am out over $275, a radiator, and the time and labor inconveniences as well!BUYER BEWARE!!!
