Stopped because on thruway the windshield wiper flew off the car. Went in and they came out after we purchased wipers for both side because it was time anyhow. They helped us put the new ones on and taught my husband all at the same time. He also gave us some advice on a few questions about unrelated items on our specific vehicle. I am very grateful and happy that this store at least gives you old fashioned service like in our day.,I had just gotten out of hospital in Macon and they were amazing. Thank you again NAPA!!!! I would recommend them to anyone.

I went looking for a battery and the employees was so helpful and friendly. They even came out and got my car started for me in the cold. Thanks for you all help.

Got a filter for my wife's car. It was half the price of one I could have bought at Advance Auto or O'reillys. Plus NAPA had it in stock and the others would have to order it. On top of that I didn't have to buy on line to get a decent price or discount. I'll be checking NAPA store first from now on

Don't let the smaller store front fool you! They have more items "in the back" than in the front - and are happy to let you walk with an associate to look for the exact thing you need.

I was attended to by a knowledgeable staff. The manager was so nice and helpful. The overall atmosphere was a pleasing one

Flipping outstanding group of peopleI was broken down unable to get to there store but they made it happen, you don't come across customer service like this anymore.Thank you thank you thank you for not having it's not my problem attitude and going the extra mile....!!!
