On 16 October 2023, I was quoted $200 over the phone for a tuneup on my Mazda cx5. Mid Georgia charged me $250 in labor, $19 dollars for a spark plug and $193 for an ignition coil when I picked it up on the 17th. One spark plug got changed the tuneup. My vehicle made it about 30 more miles from the service center and I had the same trouble. They did not fix the issue and had the audacity to charge me $250 in labor for a tuneup that did not happen. I limped my car home, paid $50 for 4 spark plugs and fixed my issue. This isn t a question of overcharging, I didn t have a big issue paying the money but most tuneups consist of changing all the spark plugs which would have actually fixed the issue. Charging $200 and changing all the spark plugs would have fixed the issue. Instead I went out of pocket for an unnecessary ignition coil and another $275.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

I found this service center while searching the internet for a shop to do a wheel alignment on my truck, and I have to admit these are some great people with great prices and they did a wonderful job I'm so glad I found mid georgia service center I really think I have found my go to auto shop

My husband and I were on a road trip when we noticed a huge nail in our tire. We had a packed car and two dogs with us. Everyone at Mid Ga. Service Center was so nice and accommodating! We were in and out in 45 minutes. Highly recommend!!

Unfortunately I was in an accident. I showed up a few days later and had no issues getting my items out of my excursion. The employees were nice and gave you a relaxed feeling getting into the lot. When they were on scene getting my baby.... They were very professional and did a great job.

They were great. Helped me big time at the last minute. They told me they had a tire for me, but later realized they didn t. Instead of waiting on the tire to come after ordering it; the owner took it upon himself to go pick the tire up since he didn t have the tire he told me he had. Humble enough to admit a mistake and more than made up for it. They were great.

Get storage quotes in writing. I went twice to get quotes, initially and to confirm the quote notes I made at the time, spoke to a different person the second time and the prices were higher.I went to a different storage place as a result and found a place with better pricing.

Today was my first time coming to Mid Georgia Service Center. After explaining my car's problem, the owner knew exactly what I needed, had the part in stock, and got me in and out in less than two hours. The office staff was also very friendly, professional, and helpful. The lobby was clean, and there was a great atmosphere of respect amongst the other customers entering and exiting the shop. They had great customer service and excellent prices. Even more, they had a great turn around time. Very friendly staff, I will definitely be going back. Great service provided by Mid Georgia Service center. Our trucks serpentine belt came off just outside of Forsyth. I called two other tow companies that said they couldn't help. This company was super helpful and towed us back home quickly. Randy, our tow driver was awesome and made my girlfriend and I super comfortable to be around. Great job.

Awesome folks to work with, I was worried because my car was towed there after a breakdown so I didn't really have a choice of who fixed my vehicle. But after my experience I will be coming back to these guys in the future. Price was very fair and work was top notch.

My Jeep overheated on the Interstate, mid-Georgia got me right in and rolling again the next day. They did a great job and didn t in any way jack up the price, even in my situation. Such a pleasant experience that I, as a lady, was dreading. Flat tire while at work, dropped it off, they called to let me know what they found and it would be ready for me when I got off. When I picked it up the gentleman asked if I would come back by the next day to let them recheck the pressure to make sure it was fixed, wanted to reassure himself that it wasn't going to leave me on the roadside somewhere!!! Not many people do that anymore, if ever. I will go back for tires and whatever else this business offers for my automobile.Service: Tires

This is a very fine company. My car had a blowout on the freeway. Called them, Randy was there in 15 minutes. I had bad damage to my fender from the tire blowout. He brought my car to their garage, fixed the tire, fixed a battery problem and Randy even repaired my fender. There are times when you are blessed with coming across a great company, I was blessed today. They have my business. Randy refused to be paid for fixing my fender. I highly recommend this business. My car was picked up from the freeway, brought to their garage, repaired and I was on my way. Hard to find service like that . Great company.

As a Monroe County Teacher, I loved the fact that they will pick up my car, service it and return it for no additional charge. Not many places offer specials for educators so this is much appreciated. Made it much easier to get a basic need handled within my schedule.

Good price on some new tires. While sitting there I heard conversations with two other customers and service center personal and seem to be honest with them about the service their vehicles needed or didn't need. I have always heard bad reports on taking a car for service repair. Not the case at Mid Georgia in Forsyth. I do recommend Mid Georgia for tires and car service needs

Was told on the phone that we could make an appointment to have both of our vehicles serviced. Stopped by to see how soon we could get the vehicles serviced and was told they did not work on "outside vehicles" . Not sure what that means, but basically we were told they would not work on our cars.

The gentleman who works there seems pleasant but uninformed. Interactions with Ashley were incredibly poor. I requested pictures of the wrecked vehicle be sent. She agreed, but they were never received. When I called about unexpected and scary paperwork received, the gentleman asked me to call and speak with her. When I called back, she was incredibly condescending, rude, and defensive. I explained I was simply trying to avoid Mid Georgia having bad reviews and community perception. When I tried to offer a suggestion about what Middle Georgia might do in the future to avoid confusion among future customers and give future customers a better experience than I had, her response, "I've been doing this for 8 months, and I've never had a bad experience."

When our tire caution light came on in our CRV, we were near the Forsyth exit number 185. We Googled tire repairs and Mid Georgia Service Center came up with excellent reviews. We immediately drove to their Service Center at 817 Hwy. 41. The service was outstanding and they gave our flat tire their immediate attention and repair and we were back on the road in 20 minutes. The personnel were extremely friendly, their cost very reasonable and I would highly recommend this place for any type of auto repairs you might have while traveling on 75 near Forsyth, GA.Totally satisfied customer!Darryl Johnson,Marco Island Florida.

Had to get my motorcycle from here. Drove from south florida 10.5 hours to be here when they opened at 8am. Rudest bunch of not knowing anything people I've ever dealt with and they didn't give me the helmet back that was with my bike.

Always do a great job on my vehicle. All the staff there are great! I always get my oil changed there and don't have to wait long at all. T.V. to watch inside and restroom area.

They outright lied to my face about not allowing the wrecker to tow my vehicle to my home, then refused to accept Geicos attempt to pay them. I'm utterly disgusted with the treatment I received here. Never again.

Excellent service and reasonable prices. Been using these guys for years and they have always been up front about pricing and honest about what they could and could not handle. Best garage around middle Georgia.

They towed my car after I ran out of gas and was only away from my car 15 minutes. And made me pay $150 to get it back. Sorry Randy ya should have called me before ya towed my car.
