We've purchased our second vehicle from Hutchinson, first in Albany and now in Forsyth, and both experiences were outstanding. There were no games and they met all of our expectations. A big thank you to Mr. Dunlap and Ms. Noelani; we would definitely buy from them again. We really appreciated the no-pressure atmosphere, their upfront honesty, and their hospitality.

I ve known the guys a Hutchinson Auto Group for many years and have bought a couple vehicles from them. I purchase a new truck from their Ford dealer in Forsyth in June of this year.My new truck was involved in an accident under their care. In a really odd situation, everyone at Hutchinson stepped up! They went over and beyond and made everything whole.I will never purchase a vehicle from anyone else as long as I can. The integrity of the people in this company is second to none! Big shoutout to Noelani and the rest of the team they were able to help with the financing terms to get me into a very nice gently used vehicle for a low down payment. Also worked with me to get the the monthly note to the exact amount I needed. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends. Also loved that the owner was there introduced himself and made sure I was being taken care of.

As far as working in a shop office goes, I talk to a lot of dealerships, warehouses, salvage yards, & much more. The experience I get with Hutchinson Ford is consistent. I never have any issues with this Parts Team & they will always be my first Ford call. After being let down constantly from Riverside Ford I am so content to have a team willing to take care of anything I ask and in a professional manner at that. Thank you Hutchinson Ford Parts Team! I want to thank Cynthia Beasley and Tyler Woods for providing my wife and sons with an excellent service experience. They were traveling from KY to FL and punctured a tire. They stopped in and needed help as their trip had been interrupted by this unfortunate event. Cynthia found a solution for my family's problem and worked with Tyler to get them back on the road in a timely manner... crisis averted.Having made my career in automotive retail operations, I understand that this type of situation can be frustrating for a number of reasons for the service advisor and technician. Its not a big dollar repair and since our unexpected tire problem was not on the schedule it could have possibly the schedule of the shop for that day and more specifically the technician doing the work.However, would never have known any of that by the way Cynthia responded to responded to my family's problem. She was kind to my wife found a solution to our problem and Tyler worked quickly to get them back on the road ASAP!Great job by the team!

I have bought many many new vehicles and Atun Mont and the Hutchinson Ford team met every request I had.I provided my requirements via an email and within an hour Atun had run all my numbers and we had a done deal.The time spent in the dealership was minimal, most all paperwork was completed before I arrived and my DREAM vehicle the Ford Bronco Raptor was shined up and ready for me to drive home upon my arrival.I ABSOLUTELY recommend Hutchinson Ford.Glenn Young

DONT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY!! when I test drove the car a tire sensor was on. I discussed with the sales person Susan. I told her that I wanted it checked and addressed whether it just needs air or if their was a problem. She said ok. I never had a reason to doubt her. Took car home Friday stopped at tire store had air checked it was fine. Called at 8:00 Monday spoke with her SHE said she would check with her manager. I still had no reason to believe that THEY WOULDN,T DO AS THE SAID!!!!! BAWARE THEY ARN'T TRUE TO their WORD Yes I did buy no warranty, but this was discussed before the sale.Please save your self some trouble go somewhere else's and have in writing because I learned my lesson people will say anything.I hope I can keep one person from going through this. I want to make IT CLEAR THIS WAS DISCUSSED ON TEST DRIVE!!!

I recently had my oil changed and tires rotated with the Hutchinson mobile auto service program. The technician was very nice and it was so convenient having it done while I was working. I highly recommend this service and company!

Susan and D. Hall are the BEST!!! I came in wanting to trade in my 2020 VW Passat for an Acura TLX (2019) . I was in need of a new car due to high mileage and expensive repairs on my current car. Long story short, I not only left with a NEW Mustang Mach-E but also at 0% You can t get any better than that!!!Thank you Susan and D. Hall!!

Atun was a very nice salesmen he helped me get back into my Google account I have been trying to get into for months. But that's besides the point he was a great at teaching my everything I needed to know about the vehicle I purchased. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend decided to bring her car in after learning about a airbag recall on her 2011 Ford Fusion. They fixed the airbag recall but broke multiple things in the process (see pictures). This included both pillar trim pieces and the air conditioning vent. They decided instead of owning up to their mistake to tell her that the trim pieces were already broke prior to them working on it. They then decided to put a screw through the trim piece without asking or informing anyone.

Once you sign the dotted line, they forget you existed. They will not return calls, emails, or texts. After I finished the paperwork, they realized they did not have the second key. I'm 100 miles away, but they said come back and we'll make you another. Sales, service, nor the manager will respond when asking a good time to come back.Also, be prepared not to pay advertised price. They'll bring out a competitive price report showing their ad price below the lowest sheet price and give you a higher price than advertised but lower than their comps. I knew the ad price was lower or I wouldn't had driven 100 miles.

I had 3 recalls done and they had my car for over a month. Scratched up the paint and didn't put all the parts back on. The service manager was informative and as helpful as he could be.

Hello!This is the WORST dealership I ve ever been too. I ve been lucky enough to purchase 10+ vehicles over the last 1-2 years. This was my worst experience yet.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!!!1. Starting when I entered the dealership. There was no AC. My salesman mentioned the heat. As it was already bothering me as well.2. I had checks in hand to purchase this vehicle. However I was waiting at the dealership for 3+ hours.3. I was finally called into the Financial Manager (Dana?) office. Which was very unorganized. He was very unfriendly & unprofessional. And was laughing at my concerns. He had AirPods in during our whole encounter. Listing to music / having conversations ect.4. Temporary Tag - I purchased a brand new vehicle. However I was issued a temporary tag which expired October 13th. The day I purchased the vehicle. When I expressed concerns about driving on an expired tag. The dealership had NO explanation.5. $3,000 Dealer Add On - This dealership adds a $3000 package to all of there vehicles , However after further investigation none of the services & add ons from this package were added to my vehicle. I called the General Manager of the dealership. Who was attempting to blame the package not being added on me. They would not pick up the van to add the missing package and expect me to waste 8 hours of my day driving back and forth to bring them the vehicle.6. Bengi - The used car manager was also very rude & unprofessional. When expressing my concerns he was explaining how HE think that mattered.7. This dealership is ran down. There is leaks in the ceiling tires. Missing tiles in the floor. Old Signs. ect ect. Very nice staff. The work was performed and completed in a timely manner. I had to bring it back the next day to have the repair repaired. But they fixed it and sent me on my way. Thanks Cindy for all your help.

Jasper Murray was very helpful when I came with my sister to get her a car. He did everything in his power to help get her in the car she wanted for as close to her price range as possible and with all the features she was looking for as well. All around great customer service and genuine care for making things work for us. Would highly recommend anyone who wants to go asking for him.

This is review of the Service Dept Only!Incompetent advisors and slow service. My vehicle issue was forgotten about for over a week, prompting me to have to call. The manager had to step in. Once that occurred and my vehicle repair was finally being addressed , a 2 hour service was quoted, however that took 2 days to complete, which I had to initiate a follow up call for as well. I cannot recommend this shop as a suitable and reliable Ford service shop until serious changes in staffing are made, particularly with the advisors.

Brand new Ford. First-time Ford owner. Zero effort to help find a solution to a problem and rep could only say things like: We re understaffed We re a small establishment We re doing everything we can While doing nothing to help find a solution to our problem.Only giving more than one star because the oil service was prompt.Do yourself a favor and go to a bigger establishment that can help resolve your need.
