My experience with Toyota South Atlanta Collision has been very disappointing to say the least. 1. They promised me to have my car ready in 1 week. Okay, great that s awesome. I called back in 1 week to check on my car, someone told me it will be another week. Okay, no problem. I can wait, I don t have a choice. I called back the 2nd week, someone told me it will be one more week. Okay, at this point, I am not believing you all anymore. I called the 3rd week which was on a Wednesday and the car was actually ready 2 days later.It s like don t tell me the car will be ready when there is even the slightest chance it will not be. They never called me back when they said they would or even to update me on the status of my car. Also, the paper work through my insurance company changed 4 times, the promise date changed 4 times and the estimate changed after I picked up my car. If anything keep the promise date the same on the paperwork so everyone will know the correct time it took you all to fix my car.I m disappointed due to the lack of informative and effective communication from the staff.The work that was done was great. I can t complain about that. If the communication was significantly better, I would have given them 4 stars at least.

Any delays I experienced were due to GEICO, not Toyota South. My car appears as if nothing ever happened. Great professional job and staff. Special thanks to Camille.

Ashley my service advisor was awesome and when I say they exceeded my expectations with getting my car repaired within the timeframe they suggested. I have my car back and it looks brand new!!! Thanks to everyone who assisted Ashley with getting my car serviced!

I had a brand new car being fixed on the right side. It was just a scratch on the right side and they stole my brand new tire and put a fake tire on there. They re horrible.

They kept my car to long every other day was extended to next day if it wasn't insurance peopleit was the parts this turned into 3 weeks,plus I had to spend out of pocket for rental that I didn't have NEVER AGAIN ....Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I scheduled an appointment on the phone for Saturday morning and I also received an appointment confirmation. When I arrived the place was closed and I called several times with no answer.
