When you know, you know. This is the only shop that made me feel comfortable about leaving my vehicle. The guys here are very knowledgeable, and honest when it comes to working on diesel engines, they taught me some new things about my engine that I didn t know. I ll definitely be returning for more upgrade.

I wish I could do a (-100) for their service. THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER! The mecanic had my driver bring the truck in for an estimate and advised us to come back the following day. After the service was complete they sent me a bill double the amount they told me hourly. I spoke with the manager, not only would he not provide his name, he told me he don't care what they quoted me I had to pay the invoice that was provided. He did not care I was quoted a different price, he did not apologize for the wrong information his company gave us, nor did he try to accomicadte the error made by his company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE. THEY ARE THIEVES, LIARS AND NOT TO MENTION RUDE. After I accepted I had been scammed I told the manager I would send the driver there the following morning to pay the OVER PRICED invoice. They made my driver wait from 0800 and it is now 146PM and we're still waiting for them to send payment instructions. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!

A Carnival of unprofessionalism"Step right up to the circus of chaos! This place makes unethical choices look like a high-wire act without a safety net. The clowns running the show seem to think professionalism is just a magic trick they can pull out of a hat. Don't be fooled by the smoke and mirrors behind the laughter, it's just a comedy of errors. I've seen smoother operations at a three-ring circus. Save yourself the headache and find a business that doesn't treat ethics like a sideshow attraction!"

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. This place is so ridiculously untrustworthy that it s not even funny. There are plenty of other Diesel repair shops around. Shoulda chose a different shop that was my mistake.

They are ok. Not your traditional repair shop you have to book an appointment that's good and bad my issue could have been solved in 30 Mins so I went to the dealer. Nice front people but u will not get immediate help at least that's what I experienced.

Ms. Walker, had very nasty and unprofessional attitude, seriously over charged for a 15 minutes diagnostic for engine light., $358. She was nasty with her attitude saying I don't care what they charged you last time, our shop rate is 2 hrs minimum $175 hrs. You. don't know who I am, my husband works for me. I set the rate. I will never do business at this establishment again. This woman is beyond unprofessional. Avoid this shop. She give the whole shop a bad look.

Great Service!In the process during a oil change they found fuel dumping into oil. this was after getting work done at another shop it was on warranty but because the other shop took too long to get my truck back to me I decide to allow TLS to do the service base on their customer service and quality of work as well great staff. They truly believe servicing the customer right.I will continue to use their service due to quality of work because to have to my truck back in a timely manner.This is I make my living for my family.WCServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Truck wasn't building air and was overheating. They find me a reasonably priced tow after hours, kept honest communication with me, and got me repaired and rolling FAST. I'm so grateful for finding this shop. 2nd truck I had worked in here. Same great service. You guys are the best!~Deborah Unlimited LLC

My husband Alan had a truck leak for months and no mechanic could figure out what the issue was and he brought it to TLS and they were very accommodating and assured me they would be able to fix my issue after being misdiagnosed and spending lot of $$$$. Now my truck is running like new and I would refer these awesome people to anyone. Shout out to Shahira and her husband for getting me back on track.Service: Exhaust

Just got my Truck back from TLS Deisel repair and they worked their magic once again. These guys always over deliver when it comes to thoroughly explaining the issues along with providing multiple solution options. This shop is a gem and consider it a blessing if you discover them.

The level of service depends on who you speak to at TLS. I ve tried repeatedly to patronize. Lately, my conversations have ended with I ll call you back . Needless, to say no call back. And I have recorded conversations of a service writer attempting to smoke screen me and blame a co-worker. Time to find another shop. Good service should be across the board and not selective. When you ask too many questions you can see the disgust on some ppls faces. You better take your diagnosis and get on up outta here . That s the feeling I was left with. Won t be back. Again it depends on who you deal with. Some ppl try and be helpful and teaching and others just want your money and get out.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

This is By far the best shop I have been to. I have had trouble with so many other shops and this shop was quick, everybody was kind, they didn t try to get extra money from me like most shops they got my problem fixed. Extremely thankful for the business and great customer service they provide. Thank you.

Mrs. Travis and staff at TLS Diesel Repair are amazing, top notch group of people. Their guys really know what they are doing. Ed keeps them going and on track at all times. They have a beautiful shop with top notch equipment along with diagnostics on anything. They definitely receive five stars all day long over any other shop that I know of.

The worst customer service The owner of the place was talking rude I went over there to do my Box truck regen They work on it for like 2 hours Without doing The regen So they decide to charge me a $120 Without doing the job They told me It's a Labor charge just to look at it So basically they charge me money for nothing
