TJ Automotive is the perfect Example of Customer Care. This is my second time having my vehicle serviced and the price and Hospitality was Amazing. Gone are the days of going to the dealership, TJ s is the way!

I came to this shop because of an oil leak, it was $125 for the diagnostic which was a little high. It turned out to be a CV axle, they replaced it. However, it turns out they installed the wrong CV axle and it slipped out of the transmission. Luckily it caused no transmission damage. After all this they only gave me 60 percent of money back for their faulty work. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for good work. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

These people are crooks. The lady at the front desk lied about the service to our vehicle. The mechanic lied about replacing a fuel pump. The fuel pump he claimed he took out of our vehicle does not even fit in the tank. I know because I've done work on the vehicle before. They thought they could receive my friend, but when I came with her and confronted them with their inconsistencies, they tried to lie their way out. It was really sad. I don't know what these other people are talking about, but if he lied to us, he'll lie to others and have probably done so.We caught them in lies and it was obvious. Find another business to deal with.

AVOID!!!! They kept my car for months and lied about the work they did. it broke down 3 times the day after i paid them. The final time they refunded my money and rushed me to move my car off the property. The head Mechanic is a coward who avoids talking to you. he make the lady in the front desk talk to you....

I love the location bc as u wait for ur car to get service u can go across the street & shop for groceries or household, beauty supply, do ur laundry, eat, etc & I like the receptionist it really helps to see a lady on charge of the front of the house, Timothy the mechanic is precise & friendly & he's not afraid of Mini Cooper's that's a plus

I ve been coming here to TJ Automotives for over 5 years. The staff here is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Whenever I arrived at my scheduled appointment, my vehicle is immediately taken to the rear for the start of service! Had high hopes after seeing the positive reviews, I try to support blk biz before I give my $ to any other community but I can honestly say there are better options. And it s sad knowing ppl who don t look like me actually appreciate and want my business. Firstly the lady is rude very arrogant personality, wouldn t let me talk to the mechanic , refused me water after I d just walked 2 miles to my car. I assume most of their clients are ppl who go to the dealer first to get ripped off so they re thrilled with the savings but for those who know better & go to shops & get quotes. THEY CHARGE MORE than PN enterprise, VE-Tech, and M&C discount all shops these are on the same road. BUY YOUR OWN PART they quoted me $180 for a part I bought for $50 online. And $50 more for labor than the other shops, who are actively fixing problems and getting people in and out every bay is active and oh those shops OPEN ON MONDAYS...

My experience at TJ s Automotive was prodigious! I ve taken my vehicle to several local shops previously, including dealerships to get a diagnostic because something drastically was going on with my Ford Edge, however they couldn t find the issue. I was referred to Tim whom was the mechanic that performed a diagnostic on my vehicle at TJ s Automotive and he found all the major issues immediately! He provided me with a reasonable quota, worked due diligently and my vehicle was ready within 24 hours!!! The services provided was extremely professional by him and his Executive Assistant (Olivia) in the office. The authenticity of his work was superb and ostentatious!!! My car is running like a sleeping baby and I m impressed with the services provided!!! I highly recommend TJ s Automotive to everyone whom looking for a knowledgeable and quality mechanic who knows their stuff!!! Even though I live 2 1/2 hours away, it was worth the drive and I will continue to do business with them in future!!!Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair

I was quoted nearly $1,000 for an issue after my car was checked out by the mechanic. While starting the work on the issue, the mechanic saw it wasn't as bad as the first diagnosis indicated. I received a call right away to tell me the findings and my total ended up being under $300 bucks. Wow...stand up people are hard to find. Thx TJ's!!!

Great people, affordable service, the owner isn't some shade tree mechanic he knows his stuff. Did a job that everywhere else told me it would be such and such price, way over what T.J. eventually did it for.
