I've been coming to these guys for about a year now I've had three different cars serviced and repaired by them and each time the job was superb. The owner and his son are very professional understanding compassionate. They know what they're doing and they get the job done right every time. This company was dispatched out to me through my insurance provider to tow my vehicle. I called the number provided to ask for eta. A male answered and gave me another number to call to get information. The service was requested at around 9pm. It is 155am and they were a no show. No call and stopped answering my calls. I m having no choice but to cancel and try again in the morning.

Wonderful team Father and Son. I will bring all of my vehicles here, we finally found a family mechanic we will ride with until the end. Thanks so much Mr. Ronald Dancy for being patient, honest, and welcoming. We brought in my Husband's 2004 Ford Explorer to be fixed that has been sitting for a minute. After the care of Reunited, our big blue is back up and blazing! I will definitely bring my Chrysler to get serviced very soon!! Thank you so much for being a company that is trustworthy!!! They will not overcharge and will help you understand EVERYTHING.

They replaced my transmission and within 5 months I had to have the car put back in another repair shop because all of the bolts that mounts the transmission were stripped and falling out or fell out completely. Every bolt had to be replaced and the mounts rethreaded. Very bad work, won't ever go back there again.

I have never been treated so poorly by any mechanic I've ever dealt with until I crossed paths with these " gentlemen " ( and I use that term very lightly. Being a female they assured me I could trust them and they'd treat me right. I was told I needed brake pads for the front and before I left that day I asked if I needed rotors as well I was told no just brake pads and I had already paid $50 for the diagnostic and they didn't even pull it up on the rack to do the full diagnostic to let me know why it was making the sound that it was making from the front end they were just guessing. I ended up getting brake pads and brought the vehicle back a few weeks later because life happened and I couldn't get it to them the day they needed it. I dropped the car off and received a call about 30 minutes later saying that it didn't need brake pads and that it needed a rotor on the front driver side so I agreed to go ahead and pay for the rotor and have it put on they ended up putting on the rotor and not changing out the brake pads so an old brake pad was put on a brand new rotor which you're not supposed to do but they did and I went along with it because hey they were helping me out so I thought. a few days goes by and the car starts making a squeaking noise as I'm driving down the road like the brakes were grabbing the rotors I figured since it was a brand new rotor and old brake pads that maybe the squeaking was normal like usual brake work I was told also the day that I picked up the car with the new rotor and the old brake pads that the awful noise coming from the front end was a strut and that it was perfectly safe for me to drive on so I took them at their word that it was completely safe for me to drive on. as the weeks went on the sound got worse when I turn the steering wheel and the squeaking got worse as I was driving down the road I got injured the Sunday before Christmas and I haven't even driven my car much and have been taken to all of my appointments and everything by my company hiring a driver in ordering me lyft's and Ubers. I've had a lot of things going on in my life and I couldn't just get my car over there at any point because I really couldn't even drive until about a week and a half ago and Money's been tight so today on January 24th 2020 I took my car over there to see if they could look at the front end again because about a week ago I had someone come and look at it in the driveway because the sound was so bad I didn't want to drive it anywhere and I paid another $60 for a diagnostic and this guy was an Army veteran who repaired vehicles in the military who also worked for Ford dealership amongst other things and told me that it wasn't the strut it was actually the upper control arm which is not very safe to be driving on in the condition that it's in. I figured that I would take it over there since I thought that they were treating me right and maybe they could put the upper control arm on for me but the one gentleman and I use that term very loosely talk to me like I was a dog and thought that I wanted something for free I'm sorry but I make very good money and I've never wanted anything for free but I do want respect when I go to a business. They gave me such attitude that I wouldn't even spend a penny at that place and I will tell all of my friends and I will blast it on Facebook to nNOT even take their business to this place. when I pulled up none of them were doing anything they were standing around smoking cigarettes so you would think that somebody who pulled in who has already been there before that they lied to that they would want to make things right aI guess I need receipts from when I was there and when I take it and have the repairs done for what is really wrong with it and them not guessing what's wrong with it then I will go ahead and take the receipts and I will take them to court and I will sue them I want my money back it may not be much but I want my money back for the labor that was done and for the part that I paid for which was the rotor and I want them to apologize to me.RUDE

Big or small, no matter what I have going on, Ray and the team get right on it. I appreciate them so much and I tell EVERYONE I know about them.. u can't go wrong with Reunited!!!

My first time to get car repaired there, for my brakes they told me 12,but it ended up being the next morning.The staff is friendly and bathroom clean, they did good job on my car..other than being late fixing it lol
