HANDS DOWN BEST EXPERIENCE since I've moved to ATL. I reached out to several mobile mechanics who either never fully equipped, lied about their expertise, or fixing things that don't solve the issues. Nonetheless, I dropped my car off to fix my control arm and CV axel and it was done within 24 hours. I was so happy! ASK FOR WARREN! He was so sweet and informative. He communicated with me every step of the way. There was not one moment I did not know what was going on with my car. I am very appreciative. I will be back.

Will not go anywhere else but to Precision Tune on Jonesboro Rd. Forest Park... Service is Perfect and fast ever time I pull up at this shop... I sit back an watch TV in the lobby while my vehicle get pampered like a BABY... GREAT JOB FELLA

I love this place. They do my repairs, oil change, tune up, and try to help if I call with a question. They also call if they need to charge for undiscussed repairs BEFORE doing it with the price of how much it would cost before hand. Happy Customer here.

Hey if u are looking for fast service....This place is amazing, the guys here are very nice polite an get you in & out.... CAN'T forget the place is clean an Have a nice waiting room wit free coffee, tea, hot cocoa an cold water... While you wait for your vehicles.. They are located next Door 2 a donut shop an across the street from Piggly Wiggly the market and the Clayton County Water Tank THEY DO HAVE EXTRA PARKING IN THE BACK... SO go an them out...

Make sure to check your receipt before leaving. Got an oil change and they suggested an air filter change. I said NO and they charged me anyways. Smh

I took my car up here for just a simple warranty brake change. All of a sudden my battery doesn t work. They tell me to go to oreilly. I go Now my car won t start. Nobody knows what s going on with my car the worst mistake I ve ever made life if already tough as it is and to have to go through this is insane I m done being nice and understanding. First it s the battery, then it might be the starter. Not the alternator they say oh migtt he not be the starter! Might be the ECU, but they really don t know because there is no way to tell I went to just get brakes done and now my car is completely not working I m so upset Update So I don t know what happened but it has cost me $1000 to get my car fixed and running I do not I mean I do not recommend this place to anyone. Do not go to Oreilly up the street if they recommend them to you. Between these 2 stores my car was jacked up If I could get my money back from my brakes and never use them again I would They can t fix brakes neither I pray for people who trust in this company RUn

Me and my sister have been coming here for a while now and I only have great things to say about this place. I don't know what I would do without Warren and his great team. I definitely feel safer on these Georgia roads because of them. The only thing I hate is that I didn't know about them sooner. I recommend them to all my friends and family and to anyone who will listen. I really wish I could give them more than five stars. We will definitely be customers for life

Worst place ever to go do an oil change something easy to do could not even been done right. They left my engine covered in oil once they removed the filter and didn't even bother to clean it. When I got to the first red light burned oil was flying everywhere. Plus I asked for a regular oil change and they put synthetic oil instead. Price is not even worth it. $58 dollars Service: Oil change

I have found my go to auto shop. The customer service is superb, prices are affordable the wait time is very reasonable which is all important to me especially working night shift. The ONLY reason I would visit another shop is if the service my car needed wasn t offered at Precision Auto Care!

The manager overcharged me for one extra air filter. When I pointed it out he started to lie that this is kind of extra oil filter and/or special charge for synthetic oil change. When I showed him their price sign $69.90 for synthetic oil change and oil filter he said that the mechanic overcharged me, not him. He threw out my money without any apology, no sorry at all, but saying do not come here anymore .Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

If I could give this location 10 stars I would. These guys truly know how to handle good business, they truly impressed me with their amazing customer service and the prices are very reasonable for all the services they provide. I usually go to the buick dealership to get my oil changed , which takes up about 3 hrs of my day. I went to this location because it's right down the street from my job and they had me taken care of in less than 30 minutes. The manager and the associates made me aware of preventive maintenance and other services that they provide at some very reasonable prices. When it comes to services for my 2016 Buick Regal this location will truly be the only place I get it done from here on out. These guys are amazing and anybody living on the southside of Atlanta should definitely stop by whenever your check engine light pops up or if you need a oil change . I'll definitely return when it's time for my next oil change , they truly have the dealerships Beat! And as far as prices and customer service. I'll definitely be back when it's time for service on my vehicle. Thanks for the great service!

This business is not registered with the Better Business Bureau. I have had oil changes done here several times in the past. The last time I was at this location for an oil change I was informed that my air filter needed changing. I advised the technician that I would do it myself. When I got my car home and was getting ready to change my air filter I noticed that the tops of the screws that secure the top of the filter cover was ringed off. The staff placed the cover on the top of the filter housing like nothing was wrong. It would have been professional to have informed me that they had broken the screws and offered to replace them. When I went in to talk with the manager he was of no assistance in this matter.Service: Oil change

Very friendly and helpful office staff. Place is always SOOOO busy, because, I'm sure, they have good prices and do good work. 4 stars because it took so long, but glad for them for having so much business but holding the line on prices. They'll get my business the next time, too.

The Manager Tommy was AWESOME. Very knowledgeable, honest and genuine. He called me with updates to my vehicle and explained things to me that very easy to understand. I'm not mechanic but from dealing with a lot of horrible mechanics and getting burned, Tommy this far has been the best 1 I met. I just came for an oil change the worker told me the supervisor said he couldn't do my oil change because they did not have time there was no cars in the bay and all the workers were chilling its 315 they don't close till 4pm will never come back

Although we share reviews management doesn't care. I felt as though if they did, they have our contact info. Why not reach out to us? I arrived at the forest park location yesterday at 10:33 am without even acknowledging me of any delays or problems. I went to the desk after sitting there over 3 hours to ask if they had forgotten about me. The guy had oil all over his hands and standing there typing on the computer with a sausage biscuit in his hand. Very unprofessional. 2 minutes after I asked if I'd been forgotten then my car was pulled in. I had sway bar end links done and it took about 30 mins 169.00 turned into 225.00. They could at least offer some type of compensation on next visit. The stockbridge location is much cleaner and professionalService: General repairs & maintenance

Supreme Service!!! Great Prices!!!This place is amazing!!! I kid you not they finished my car is less than 30 minutes!!! I got an oil change, tire rotation, and fuel system cleaning and under 30 minutes!!! Tommy and his crew are super nice and great vibes!!!! This is my new service center!!! The great customer service was defiantly a breath of fresh air!!! Thank y all!!!

We thought that we were getting great service because they were so nice and seemed to know what they were talking about. After repeatedly getting brakes done, then struts and other things. There was ALWAYS something more wrong. We started wondering why car still didn't feel or sound right after being "fixed". We paid every recommendation they gave us but it was always a reason to come back right away. We took it to another mechanic and he said they didn't change brake pads and didn't spray the brake pads. The rotors were never changed even though we were charged. In the end we had to get brakes, struts, rotors done by another mechanic and wheel bearings done. Guess what no more sqeaking, scrubbing, pulling to one side or jostling around. He drove it with us IN the car to prove it.We lost alot of money and respect for Precision Auto. Look at other reviews and run!!! You think its fixed but it's not . They say the lady was over charging customers but I think its the whole company. Beware!!!

Clayton and the guys here at this location are amazing! I recently had a bad experience at another auto shop and they were nice enough to fix the issues I was left with. Johnny worked on my car and took the time to explain what was wrong on my car and showed me how they re fixing it. They were very understanding and I m so appreciative. Thank you Clayton, Johnny, and Dee for your excellent customer service. You guys are the best!

went in for an OIL CHANGE on the 15th of November, 2022 and when the mechanic came in with a differential plug with metal shavings on it that looked like he just dipped it in them and told me i needed to get my differentials serviced and i said no well i guess i should have checked under my car because today the 27th i engaged my 4x4 and a bad noise is coming from the front differential and now im trying to get them to deal with this....Service: Oil change
