I ve been helped by a phone CSR named Brenda several times. The level of service I ve received from this woman is outstanding! It s more like customized service. When you get that parts specialist motivated to get you back on the road and giving you options in parts and prices. That s when you have something good going on. A good business partner. I ll drive the 1.5 hours for parts especially when you say hold on, let me call and make sure they can put hands on what you need at the location you re picking up from . Keep up the good work!

If your going to parts it is a good idea to know who the good ones are. Otherwise you could go home with the wrong stuff. Some days be very prepared to wait! There has been waits for more than an hour. Call ahead and go to will call.For service they have some great mechanics overall! Would always recommend a few of them. Just remember it is a dealership and you pay for thier knowledge!

I want to thank the cashiers in Forest park at Peach State for the exceptional service. When I walked in the building all three cashier were so helpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in the building. My experience was wonderful, they all smiled and I loved how they worked as a team. So thank you again Zyria,Victoria and Anthony for showing me that it's still employee's in the world that value good customer service on March 1.

This place is a joke. I drove over a hour and a half to pick up 2 calipers for a M2 and when I got there they only had one. It is standard practice if the last showing of your inventory is being purchased you put your hands on them to make sure you actually have them on hand. Didn t happen. Then the guy the order is placed with left me and my co worker standing in the pick room for over 30 minutes and never came back. Acting as if he was looking for the missing part he made the mistake on. My company prestige fleet spends millions with Peachstate Freightliner over the year, every year. The only one to date I have found to go the extra mile to make customers happy is Jefferson GA Freightliner. There is no loyalty or real customer service in Forrest Park. Bunch of lazy a** sales staff that don t care about their job. This place has wasted my time on many occasions. It s unfortunate they are the only ones open on Sunday. I will not shop at this location ever again.

Park on the outside of the gate. Check in. Dock a little tight for a sleeper but it was easy for me long as you know what u doing you ok. Staff was friendly and they got me loaded fast

Parts department needs major management change. Called and placed order with Terrance. Was very clear with order. Ordered intake manifold gaskets, EGR differential pressure sensor, and DPF differential pressure sensor. Pickup number 275355. Came in and went to will call to find exhaust manifold gaskets and Exhaust pressure sensor on ticket. TWO HOURS of waiting and back and forth between front counter and will call desk to get the right parts. I m a regular customer at the Best Friend Road location and they never disappoint. Cost me and my client unnecessary down time!

I wasn t going to write this review because I m a firm believer in Hashem and I give all my issues to him. Nevertheless, I felt compelled to write this review after receiving poor service from the Forest Park location. I arrived on 2/24/24 for lost of air pressure and slow air pressure build up and was told that they would not be able to provide service until 2/26/24. I told them that I rather wait at my terminal and return on 2/26/24 than leave my truck or go into a Hotel. Later that day, 2/24/24, I received a call asking if I could return to the Forest Park location because a mechanic was now able to service my truck. I returned in 15 minutes of receiving the call. The mechanic took my truck into the shop and about 2 hours later I was told to come to the service desk to discuss my estimate. I was told that the estimate was $4,064 because of driver neglect and I was given a print out of repairs that the mechanic suggested. I was shocked because I do not neglect my truck. The mechanic suggested a new air compressor, air dryer assembly, air compressor discharge lines, annd split air tanks because he said he found water and rust in the tanks. This was shocking to me as I never experienced any water discharges when draining my tanks at the end of my shift. So dismayed, I left being charged $512 and being told that nothing was cover under warranty except for the air compressor. I contacted another Freightliner dealership and my personal mechanic that said this suggested repairs didn t make sense for the issues I was having. They suggested a second opinion. I took my truck to a second Freightliner Dealership on 2/27/24 and the mechanic quickly solved why my truck was building air slowly and losing air pressure right in the parking lot. He said one of my braided air lines near the batteries had a hole and that was the reason for the slow building of air and lost of air pressure. The repair was covered under my warranty. My truck now operates normally now with no further lost of air or slow air pressure build up. I will not be returning to this Freightliner and I will go out of my way to make sure that I only go to trusted Freightliner Service Centers. Please be aware that this wasn t my first service failure from this location. This is the third time. My last time with this service center, they took $612 from me only to have the same issue return 3 months later. That issue was related to the purge valve being stuck open and again this shop telling me that it wasn t covered under warranty. The second service center covered the purge valve under warranty.

This location was unable to help me with what I needed but Tiffany in service went the extra mile to get me the phone number and address of their other location that can. In my book, that is great customer service. She didn t have to do it.

They found the problem! There was blue hose on top of fuel tank that got clogged with mud somehow and wasn t letting airflow. Next time use a screwdriver to unclog it they told me. They also changed the fuel filters. It seemed kind of expensive for just 45 minutes of work but you get accustomed to getting f d in the @ss if you re an owner operator. It was $1058

Boought a cpc4 on monday February 19,2024 took it to the mechanic shop for them to install and it was bad. Took it back and jerry the manager would not replace it saying it isnt bad but truck reads no trans,gas pedal not working .but its not bad they say

Had my truck towed there to get checked out they did their diagnostic told me I needed at $8,000 wiring harness didn't feel right about it had it towed somewhere else and it just a program him to the PCM highly recommend you going somewhere else before you go here

Had a good experience here, needed a DEF pump it was in stock and they installed it while I waited! I had to come back in a Month later, needed SAM chassis installed, Jobious in service worked me in and they did a great job! Thanks

Brenda Wilson happened to be the associate of the night. We used to avoid calling the place for parts inquiry/order due to the long waiting for somebody to pick up the call. If we can help it, we go to the store to order parts but we happened to need the order/inquiry late at night and we were very surprised that somebody took our call that late. Best of all, Brenda Wilson was very helpful, efficient and very knowledgeable for the parts and even options that are available for us. She definitely a life saver.

Worst experience at a freightliner I've ever had. I've owned 7 freightliners in my life. I currently own 2 so I deal with freightliner all over the us. Tyler was the guy that helped me and he didn't want to search for my part and he was very rude. Seems like freightliner just hired people. Freightliner, maybe you should require your employees to complete customer service courses before hiring them. Last thing we want to encounter are people selling us the wrong parts, then you dont want to search in the computer sitting in front of you for the correct part. Freightliner you should do better.

Ms. Virginia Driver reviewShe is the best driver we have has since Anthony. She always comes in a timely manner and is always very nice and friendly.She has no issue with questions that I ask and no problem with taking cores back either. NEVER an excuse why she can t get them that day.If she cannot find me she always finds someone she is familiar with to sign for parts instead of just leaving them for me to find later.She also knows more than just me by name which is rare for a vendor since she only delivers and here for minutes at a time.I have even told Chris Cruzan that she was awesome a couple weeks ago!

Great service. The staff (Ms. Wilson) was extremely helpful and patient on listing and figuring out what parts I need for our box truck. She was very knowledgeable and helped me put my order in no time. Won't hesitate to choose this place again whenever I need my next parts call.
