The is the beat auto parts store in town. When 2 other stores couldn't help me because their diagnostic computers were "broken", O'Reilly was more then willing to help. They even installed a headlamp that I purchased at another store !! I will always recommend this store, and will shop here whenever possible. Thanks guys !

Never had any issues with this location. If you need something they don't have in store, there's a warehouse nearby you can pick up the product you need from that they can order for you in store. So you don't have to wait for it to be delivered. Order it in store. Go pick it up yourself. That's hella convenient.

The best auto parts ever,the doors was locked and the guy was counting down the register I could see him from outside.i knocked on the door ,he replied we're closed and came to see what I wanted anyways I told him I needed a piece for a transmission it was very important I needed it so I can get to work in the morning . He let me in the store and help me out and got me the part I needed ...He stayed after work and extra 45 minutes helping out One customer,ME. I never caught his name, but I am grateful and I thank you for assisting me and thats why you guys rule,you're awesome thank you. Now that's customer service.....

Fast and Friendly... Greeted upon entering the store... Lines were long long everywhere during the covid-19... But they moved fast and professional...I hope the young lady Miss Heather is doing okay since I don't see her there anymore... She had awesome service... Not taking away from the workers now... They're great also

Its 4 stars for now only because of the young girl that works there now. She will be leaving soon and my rating will definitely be less stars!! The young girl is an awesome worker and friendly too!! One day I went in to get some things and she was multi-tasking and doing great!! She was helping 2-3 customers at the same time and answering the phone calls too. And none of the customers had to wait very long at all and none were complaining either except that the other employees were hiding in the back(she excused them saying they were working back there on something special-she never complained about the other employees, she just put herself in high gear and took good care of all the customers!!! Sadly she will be leaving soon though to expand her experience and have a better life in the future!!! She deserves a big bonus!!! I wish her all the best!!! When she is gone I will probably go to one of their competitors if things don't change.

Enrique and Mathew were definitely no help! Apparently there is no store manager because that is what they are claiming. They have horrible customer service, they had absolutely no problem taking my money and adding charges that I was not told about at the beginning of the purchase, but when they gave me a faulty part they didn't want to give me a full refund! When I asked for the store manager they claimed one is not available and they wouldn't give me a name and they gave me incorrect DM information.

Joey has great customer service!! He help me with my check engine light and advise me to try get some lucas fuel cleaner and I after i poured into my gas tank my check engine light went away!!!!

Pleasant, friendly and nice. They've help so much even with the most difficult issue last time. I had to order and return a part three or four times and each time they where of awesome assistant. Ordered, returned, reordered, returned. Each time without frustration and attitude (as for me I was done and upset). They help me keep my kool and finally found what the issue was. Which the dealer was the only one to carry this part as my model have so many different versions. They'll always have my business bump a Autozone and Advance.Thank you for all your hard work.

Awesome experience. Horn wasn't working. This was the 3rd place I tried. 3rd time was the charm. The employee at O'Reilly was willing to come out and help me figure out what was wrong without charging me anything. They were very helpful and answered my questions. It ended up being a fuse, and I was so glad for their help I went back in and bought something else to say thanks. Firestone was going to charge me $99 for a diagnostic, advance auto wouldn't even step outside to take a look, and O'Reilly both helped me find the problem and took care of it without asking for anything. They've earned my business.

Usually I like O'Reilly but one of employees there is so rude and has a attitude. This happened to two times I saw her at her shift.The first i just wanted to buy a simple part for my car i asked nicely where it is was but then she pointed quickly and left like she was bothered. The second i saw her i just bought a part in the morning and dad told me that i didn't have to buy bc i had a warranty on it. So I figured I go and explain to get my money back then I had to deal with her again. I just explained to her the situation and told me that then she just told "your dad has to come her" With a annoyed look and attitude. I could understand why she didn't do it but to say it to me like that!!! O'Reilly Learn to train your employees to treat customers right!!!! I that employee name was Danielle and works the afternoon shift.

Stopped in for a new gas cap for my van friendly and helpful personal reasonable prices this store is following covid-19 protocol, store was clean inside and outside, in a highly visbly location access from four way hwy and access from I-285 plus shopping plazas and eateries and other services in all directions.

The worst experience i have ever had at any auto parts store. I usually shop at O'Reilly autoparts when i do auto work but after dealing with the manager of this store i may never shop at another O'Reilly autoparts store in my life. She was extremely rude and impatient with me and my client that was with me. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Was great was in and out in less than 5 minutes...showed associate what I needed...and the young man took me exactly where it was even got the product for me...made me feel like a valued customer...I've always shopped here for my auto needs and will continue to do so!

Went there to get a water pump and was there at 6:15 today on Sunday and they're already closed. Shouldn't have the hours online set to 8:00 if they close at 6:00 ish!

The customer service at this location was excellent and the employees went out of their way to ensure that I received the correct part for my car. The part was $150 less than I could find it at the dealership and any other parts store.

The manager was have to tell me it's okay for my vehicle to sit there because it broke down in the parking lot he had it towed the next day. I will take my business to other auto parts stores not O'Reilly's

I had one of my guys working out of town in Georgia .We had an equipment company deliver a dump trailer out to site.The operator of the job filled it up.He Went to hook his truck to it and he realized he had the wrong size ball it was a 2in ball for the trailer hitch. The operator called me I got on the phone with O'Reilly's. They not only had the trailer hitch but they delivered it as well it didn't take 20 minutes

Over the years I Have Bought a lot of auto parts from O'Rileys on Jonesboro Rd. I am a small business owner and I have eight work vans. I enjoyed buying my parts at O'Reilly's because if they don't have the parts available at the store I don't have to wait I can go to the warehouse, or they will send the parts to the Jonesboro location and I pick up my parts. Today I went to the O'Reilly's to get some parts I spent over $150.00 on some brakes and other parts, and I was picking up an ordered that was sent there a few weeks ago that was not available at the warehouse. The warehouse sent the order to my regular Jonesboro location for pick up. This woman who works in O'Rileys auto-parts on Jonesboro Rd her name is Mercedes. Was very disrepectful to me yelling and being very rude. Mercedes said if it was up to her she would not give me the order I would lose my money. I feel that she is not good for this company she is a liability to the company. She told me since I already bought the things that I wanted for today I should leave the store. She does not need a job. I don't think I will ever return to O'Reilly's. If their employees deal with the customers in this manner.
